Like many that have reviewed BraveNewLook.com and the company that comes across in the payment transaction (onlineshirtorders.com) I placed an order, my account was charged, I did not receive an invoice from them or any kind of shipping information. After time passes, no shirt, I attempted to contact in multiple ways with no response. I will need to enter a complaint with the BBB and request a refund through my credit card to attempt to get a resolution to this. Very disappointing.
Ordered bracelets of which shipped a month ago and I have yet to get them.

Order 2 bracelets. Got email on July 2nd stating items had shipped. No tracking number. Now Aug 18th. 6 emails later from some lame made up person Daphne T telling me to wait one week and contact by email again. They have no phone contact number. Let Trump know they are using his name to rip off people!
