I ordered an item in November 2016 and have not yet received the item. I have sent multiple emails requesting status and refund. Finally got a responding email from "Daphne T" in May 2017 stating my order was lost in the shipping process. When I checked the tracking of the shipment it shows only a label was created but no item was actually shipped. The email also stated they can issue a refund but nothing has been received. Also they have not replied to any of my emails since. Buyer beware!

I had an issue with an order in October 2016. I only JUST received an email asking me how my experience with customer service was. The answer is TERRIBLE, but when I clicked on the link they asked me to, it simply said that the ticket had been closed and I could not comment. WTF?

I just received my brave new look bracelet, just like they said two weeks for delivery, they where great about emails and Facebook messages letting me know when bracelet would arrive, I am very satisfied with the quality and details, I ordered the one with, I will carry you with me until I see you again, and with my brother Chris's name on it, I will always wear it in remembrance of my brother

I purchased a "mama bear" tank top & 1st time I washed it, in cold water & air dried, the entire print disappeared. It looks like a tank top I've owned for 10 years! There is only now a very very barely recognizable outline of a bear. Shouldn't be bragging that "everything we make here is in the USA"! All they are doing is making american workers look lazy & cheap!

Ordered a real estate necklace on March 3,2017... still hasn't arrived and I just get the same blanket responses, they have also provided me 2 tracking order #'s that are not valid..."Thanks for reaching out! Bought a pair of shoes - they were really poor quality and grossly over priced. They have no returns policy other than you can't return unless faulty. They are unhelpful and refer you to their FAQ.
Will never buy from them again and recommend that you don't

Ordered two pairs of leggings in medium. I'm a size 6 - 135# - 5'5' Their sizing is WAY off. Closer to a "girl" sizing. Went through several emails - requests for information to return - requests for customer service phone number - NOTHING! Someone sent me a nice email thanking me for my purchase - probably robomail. These people do NOT respond to requests for returns or complaints. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - you are throwing your money away,,

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... My husband ordered me the "Thin Red Line Canvas Shoes" from here, I thought $44.99 was kind of expensive, but we ordered them anyways. The shoes took forever to arrive and then when I opened the package and saw what I received I was baffled and at a loss of words. They don't care about the quality of their products because these "custom made shoes" came from China and are so cheaply made that the dollar store has a better quality of shoes. Now after receiving my package, the shoes end up being to big and I found out there is no exchange or refund from this company. They will exchange if the print or quality is wrong or something along those lines. Their customer service rep "Daphne" is absolutely no help at all and basically explains you are left with their horrible product no matter what the issues you have with the item.

I decided to give them another chance to get the shirt for my daughter that I never rec'd for Christmas, since my first order came w/o any problems. I ordered the shirt on 5/5 & rec'd it on 5/15! It's looks great & my daughter loves it! Thanks Brave New Look! Just remember to pay w/PayPal.

Do not order from them! Their sizes are not true to size, and they are not willing to refund! I am 5'2" and 115 lbs, and the medium would not fit over my knees!

THREATEN LEGAL ACTION
April 20, 2017

On March 17,2017, I ordered merchandise totaling $218.49. It's now 4/20/2017 and I have not received the merchandise nor notice of delay or cancellation and have received my credit card bill noting the transaction. I have contacted the company via email noting my pending legal action. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE!
