I don't know why I don't check reviews before ordering? Wish I had! I ordered two t-shirts weeks ago and I have been told several times that they are on their way. This is a tip off site. NO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

I ordered leggings for my wife. Took 3 weeks to ship and they never arrived. I contacted customer service and all "Daphne" said was that their records show the package had arrived. Moral of the story is I'm out $43 with nothing to show for it but aggrevation. I have since learned that there are hundreds of complaints against this company. Don't be fooled... save your money and show elsewhere.

DO NOT BUY THESE... Their website is misleading and changed from the time I ordered the pants to when I tried the pants on. There is a quality issue with your product, sizing information and thickness. Their size chart suggests measurements and provides the recommended size, that size should fit those measurements. The thickness of the leggings suck, they are too thin and there's no stretch.
I'm very disappointed in the product, customer service, and overall business of Brave New Look.

I placed an order Feb 1st for 2 pairs of leggings, was really excited about getting them but that was nearly 6 weeks ago.The tracking on their website says they should have shipped Feb 12th, but here we are March 9th and no update on if its been shipped and no product.

I understand it takes time to prepare and ship products and me being in Canada I did expect a delay. But I was hoping for realistic timelines and order updates which I have received zero. I've tried emailing their *******@bravenewlook.com directly, as well I submitted a request through their web form, and I've ever Tweeted at them with absolutely NO RESPONSE.

This site is horrible and at this point I'm ready to report them for theft. This is no way to do business, if there is a delay TELL ME, don't just ignore me.

I should have looked at the reviews before hand, that was my first mistake. DON'T ORDER FROM THEM

Terrible- stay away

Ordered Adult XL- received an adolescent Medium. Their response? Too bad. Read our FAQ page. No exchange, no refund. Basically they can send you what they want with no accountability. My advice- stay away.

I ordered from this site on January 15. They took my money and have not communicated w me since. I've sent 3 emails and commented on their FB. They deleted my comment on FB. Do not order from this company. It's a scam and no customer service.

I ordered an item in November, thinking that would be plenty of time for it to arrive my Christmas.No such luck.

I even had to contact them just to get a confirmation of my purchase and a tracking number, which ended up being bogus. After contacting them yet again, I was told my product was finally on its way (this was in January, 3 months after placing the order). Lo and behold, when it finally arrived, it was the wrong item. I contacted them again and they said it would be another 2-4 weeks before they could send me the correct item.

It was a simple pair of leggings... hardly a special order item. I responded and told them no, that's ridiculous, just give me my money back. After that, I never heard back from them.

I emailed them once a day for the next few days and still got no response. Despite apparently being incapable of responding, they did manage to cancel my order without notifying me (I only found out because I checked the status of the order from a previous email) but they did not issue a refund. Pretty sure that's called theft. I've contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and I'll be contacting the Better Business Bureau because that's about all I can do at this point.

Don't buy from these people. They're overpriced and have a blatant disregard for customer satisfaction in any capacity.

I ordered back in November for a Christmas gift. They sure were quick to deduct the $69.00 from my account but I never received the sweater and cannot find a phone number to call them. They never respond to my emails. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAN AND A FRAUD, DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM!

I received another order by UPS today and I didnt order these. I got my order back on 12/27 and it was correct. This label matches my original order but the pants dont match except for the correct size. The item inside is the wrong breed. Let me know with a review what you ordered and the date and maybe these are yours. I have a tracking code also that begins 1Z- and ends -90. Maybe you will see this. -Steve

I have read many of these reviews, I only wish I read the reviews before ordering. I was given the number try if u will *******629. Did me no good. It is a recording with mans name given. Does not return phone call nor does he mention "brave new look".
I learned a very costly wake up call and lost $ 89.96 real eye opener...

I ordered leggings over 2 months ago. One pair arrived 2weeks ago and is so poorly cut and assembled. The second pair arrived today and is not even remotely close to the ones I ordered. Totally different design. Material is so thin, almost see through. No ability to contact the company via Facebook, Messenger, and emails are not returned. Waste of money.

I ordered a pair of leggings aver 2 months ago, and have yet to receive. Isn't funny that they don't have a phone number to call? You can email them, but that's a waste of time. They try and keep you hooked by creating a fake UPS label that is never sent out. STAY AWAY!

Horrible company

Similar story as others. Ordered by mistake and canceled immediately per website policy stating you had 24 hours to cancel. At least in my case I received the products (opposite of others but in this case, products I didn't want)! Contacted them about returning and got my 1 response. Never got refunded. Emailed many many times to get a response. Nothing. I filed a dispute with my cc company and charge was reversed. And finally, tonight, out of the woodwork I get an email asking for me to tell my cc to recharge me. Wth?!? Terrible company. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE FRAUDS!

I ordered on Nov 24 and didn't receive anything from them so i emailed them a few times with no response. I checked with the Better Business Bureau and there are many many complaints about the company not shipping the orders. I filed a complaint as well.

Such a let down
December 30, 2016

Ordered my wife a pair of Leggings on Nov 15th for Xmas. Didn't receive any notifications until I complained on Dec 13th. Leggings finally came, rolled up in a UPS bag, not even wrapped up, until Dec 30th. Thats 45 Days for a shipment from California? I could have walked there and gotten them. When asked for an explanation, they won't respond. Garbage Company, Chincy clothing. Avoid at all costs.
