Ordered leggings on November 30th. Received an automatic email confirming my order. Received an email stating my item had shipped on December 15th. Tracking number shows that UPS still has not received the item for shipment. Emailed customer support. No response! They got me for $40. Won't happen again! Warn everyone you know who shops online. Filing a report with BBB.
My Christmas sweater was ordered and I was told I would need to wait 3-5 business days for it to ship, and 3-5 business days for delivery. Making it a total of 10 business days at the MOST until I should have received it. It is more than 2 full weeks out, and I still do not have my sweater and it still does not say that it shipped.
If you look on their website- there is no way to contact them by phone- only email. In addition, their customer service representative only answered one of my many emails. I begged in my emails for someone to just give me a call- as this sweater was a Christmas gift for someone, and they never did. It's a complete scam. I have reported them to the BBB, and I also alerted my bank.
Seriously, whatever you want to purchase on here is not worth the money, time, effort, and (most importantly) the aggravation.
I ordered 5 items two months ago. I did recieve 3 of my items. According to there shipping info the 2 items I did not recieve were in a package with 2 other items. I have sent several emails with no response. I wish I'd seen all the negative feedback. So many people have been took by this company..
I ordered leggings on Dec. 1st. My credit card was billed on that date. On Dec. 15th I received info that the merchandise had received a UPS shipping number, but UPS showed only that and that the merchandise had not been received by them yet. On Dec. 23, I still have not received my leggings and have filed a complaint with the BBB, my credit card company and the local sheriff's department. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!
Don't order from this company, I ordered from them Nov. 4th, on Dec. 15 they sent a tracking number and I'm writing this on Dec. 23 to say, I have yet to receive item and the tracking number doesn't show as received at the US POSTAL! I have emailed their customer support 4 times, no response back from them.
I ordered three mugs from them on Dec 2nd. All three were printed upside down. I sent them and email every day since getting the mugs. I got only one reply asking for a photo which I supplied. They have ignored me since. Totally inexcusable. Stay away from this firm. Buy your products elsewhere. The other

I ordered 2 mugs for my parents for Christmas early November, when I didn't receive them I emailed to no answer. I reported them to PayPal and got a telephone number and a different email address, still no response. Finally I got 1 cup... then a week later a mug... nice set... one cup and one mug. Guess my mom gets the small... hard to give a lop sided set
Lots of scammed buyers posting on their Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/bravenewlook and company deletes them. I bought a shirt, after 2+ months it was never delivered and I opened a PayPal dispute. Company provided a fake tracking number to win the case. This is what they do. BEWARE.
Placed an order (and was charged) on Oct. 2nd. A month later, no notice of shipment, emailed to cancel order. Was told it shipped on Oct. 19th - shipping link brought me to DHL but not info that anything actually shipped. More than 7 weeks later, no merchandise, no refund, no response to emails. SCAM. FRAUD.
I received my order after weeks of waiting and it was the wrong size! After repeatedly emailing them they finally answered only to tell me they can not exchange or refund!
I placed an order for my daughter on October 7,2016. November 4 was the two year anniversary of the passing of our dear little dog and as my daughter has anxiety, he helped her a lot in social settings and such. I decided to order the poodle bracelet and hope that she would have it before the 4th of November. Did it come? NOT at all and TODAY I received an email from the company explaining it ran out of stock and that they are sorry and here is a $10 credit towards a new order. TO heck with that, I placed a Non receipt with Paypal and they refunded my money
Horrible service. No product received. I have written many times n called twice. No response. Thank goodness I paid via PayPal, now they are going after them to get my money. Avoid these crooks.
I placed my order on 10/14/16 and in a follow-up tracking, I was told that I could expect my shirt to ship on 10/25/16. It is now almost two full weeks since that expected date of shipment and following numerous emails, with few replies, my order has still not been shipped. The point of ordering election gear, which is still heavily promoted on the website, was to have it in time for the election. Since that's going down tomorrow, I'm guessing I won't be rocking my Hillary gear.
I am not alone in having a horrible experience with Brave New Look. Check their Facebook page (https://www.facebook.com/bravenewlook) for other customers whose orders are also heavily backtracked. Again, while the company has (finally) admitted a delay, they are continuing to advertise the same items they currently cannot produce in a timely manner.
Brave New Look has refused to issue a refund, citing that cancellations are only available within the first 24 hours of purchase, though delaying a shipment by over two weeks seems to be perfectly acceptable.
Customer Service is a sham. The company is a sham. Save your money. You won't get it back and you probably won't get your order.
Ordered a month ago, got nothing. Replied to first email saying my order was shipped, now they don't even reply. Save Your money, these guys are a scam
I wanted a 2016 campaign tee shirt, I ordered it weeks ago-- yesterday began early voting and still no shirt and the shipment information. It was an expensive shirt that was advertised on Facebook, if you can't fulfill orders DON'T ADVERTISE ON FACEBOOK!
I received the automated order confirmation and that was it. Never received an indication that the order shipped. Sent numerous emails and haven't received a single response. Had to contact my bank to issue a charge back. This is a scam.
I ordered the Trump Bracelet and the Earrings on two seperate occasions! Both with in a Month and have received NOTHING!
DON'T ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are using our money for like a PONZI scheme. They do not tell you they don't have the product to send you. They order them after they collect your monies which could be thousands at a volume discount and can't even ship in a decent method to protect the customer. WHAT A SCAM! I am contacting the Attorney General in their State!
