He sells cheap quality parts also e puts carid orders before everyone's else's he hides te made in China behind the label with the part number on it also he sales cheap pads from auto part he reboxed them in a hyper ceramic box. Or titanium Kevlar so it's really just autopart.com parts he used used rotors and rotors that were returned and paint them he lies and says that there's a base coat on them which are used rotors repainted on top of the old color or he just touches them up he also try to make it look like he doesn't know much about defectives that occurs he will send you bad quality parts to see if you will complain ten he will argue with you about it bad business be aware I worked there so I know I jut never knew exactly what complaint where occurring but now I see don't order from there he will disappoint and will rip you off with rotors that cost 15 bucks and just cause he paints it then make you have to pay 80-150 per rotor just case of paint

These Guys are Theives I sent My Rotors To Have Them Slotted And Drilled They Received Them And Held On To Them For 2 weeks The Guy John Said He was On Vacation But would Inspect Them And Check them In For The Slotting And Drilling Called 11 Times Poor Communication I Explained He Stated That Was Done I Then Called A week Later He Then Said He Needed To Inspect Them Because I Noted Some Scarring On The Back He Said The Don't Turn The Rotors So I was Forced To Buy Rotors From Them And They Would Return Mine With The New Ones A Week Passed He Then Charged My Credit Card For Shipping $76 More On Top Of The $260 For The New Rotor Which States Always FREE Shipping On There Website Lies They Stated They Shipped The Rotors Mine And The New Ones And Were Left At My Front Door Which Were Never Received Now Refuse to Reimburse My Money Or Make A Claim Through Fedex SO THEY LOST MY ROTORS THE ONES I PAYED FOR AND $360 Plus The $84 It COst Me To Ship Mine To Them THESE GUYS ARE THE MOST UNREPUTABLE THEIVES OUT THERE PLEASE BEWARE I will Post This All Over The Internet

I ordered front & back gold rotors, told the guy the year, make and model 2x, then repeated myself to make sure he heard me right. A week later the rotors get to me. I take them to my mechanic and he says,"THESE ARE THE WRONG SIZE"I call brakeworld back to let them know and they tell me to ship back and that They would send out the correct set.It cost me $80 to send back. Then when the correct set came, the rear rotors were DAMAGED! I called them back to let them know, wasnt about to send another $80 to send back. When sending the correct rotors to me, they had the nerve to charge me for shipping!$65! I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!

I was under the impression that they sold products imported from Italy only to find out it was all inferior quality Chinese copies of good products on the market. Then to top it off I could have bought German engineered brake kit for $300-400 less than what I was charged for this Chinese garbage I was sold. After many calls to customer service only to find out they do not care once they have sold you something. They do not call you back, and basically anything that would make them a good company to do business with is completely missing and backwards. I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!

After more than one year and many calls, John, would not call me back, or give me a refund. Brakeworld's customer service is only handled by John, I could not speak to anyone else. I called the South Carolina Attorney General's office, they were very helpful, but John at brakeworld would not call them either. John is awful, worst customer service I ever had, no response or refund.
