This company has the worst Customer Service you could imagine! The rep I talked to did not even know where my $119 order was and I even gave him the order number. First off I could not understand him and I spent many minutes on hold. Do not buy anything from this company on there site which is awful.
I purchased a $39.99 coin when the queen died. I paid for it when I ordered it. It arrived and I was happy. Then another coin showed up randomly, this one for the value of $99.99. I called their number and gave up after spending an hour trying to get through and sitting on hold with no response. So I wrote an email stating I did not order or even want this coin and asked for an address to return it. No reply. I then received another coin two weeks later, again charging me another $99.99. I did not order and certainly did not want it. Tried again calling, same thing no answer. Sent another email stating I'm not paying for these coins and asking where I can return them. Still nothing. Then I received invoices stating I owed $205. Each time charging an extra $5 for non payment. Now I have a text message from ARMA finances chasing me for $253. Are you kidding me Branford's? You're not getting anything except these stupid coins back when you get around to sending me a returns address.
Do your self a favor stay away from them and there products don't ever expose your credit cards to this site
Do not deal with this company! Especially for check ordering. My order came to $25.31 and they charged me $59.60. Called customer service twice. They did not help at all. To top it off, they take their money right out of your checking account, so you have no recourse, other than letting other people know.
Checking out my selected item they offered expedited 2 day shipping for double the shipping cost.They promised my item would arrive March 31st.I received no email verification,no tracking info for next 24 hours.My credit card had been charged tho.The item wasn't even shipped for 2 days.It shipped the day it was promised to arrive.took extra money from me.I'd of got the same delivery time paying 65% less...and they ignore my complaints sent by email simply replying "thanks for letting us serve you"...never again
I have been in contact with the customer service by phone after waiting half a hour to talk to someone,told them that I have paid in full got the letter confirming this,,but then I see a payment of 55.95 pending to go out of my bank account,,I have emailed so many times with no response starting to wonder if I need legal advice,,please delete my bank account and refund me

I ordered a $75 jewelry box for my wife the 1st week of February, it came broken so I emailed customer service they said they would send a new one. My wife's Birthday was March 8th and its now March 11,
I never received a new one, tracking number or anything and now customer service wont return my emails.
I got scammed for $75 from this company.
...and calling in they argue that the OPTIONAL ADDRESS line is included in the count of lines on the check, whereas, the online service DOES NOT. FAR TOO MANY hours spent trying to order checks from these folks...
TAKE HEED: If the only ordering does not except your approval, GO ELSEWHERE. The extra couple of dollars saved is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME.
Ponzi scam company you will end up paying 3 times more than what the product is worth. Even if you stop getting product you will have to pay the full price it's a crook company.

They charge S&H for each item! But send in the same box. The customer service department forgot that they are customer service workers and need to humble themselves. You pick up a phone and answer reviews you aren't that useful to society so act your wage!
Ordered a Xmas bangle in September 2022 heard nothing until middle of December, it arrived, my credit card details were supplied but they chose to send m a snotty bullying letter informing me of a late payment charge£7.50 being added to my account, I contacted customer services and explained they had my details and asked to be removed from mailing list, both letter and contents ignored, wrote to ceo, he also is very ignorant, never do business with them!
I had subscribed to the life of Jesus Limoges a few years ago. Then they started shipping duplicates of the same Limoges and charged my credit card. I finally got them to sent RAN's, I returned them and never received a credit. When Covid hit, they couldn't get any additional Limoges, so I to,d them to cancel the subscription. Nearly two years later, I received a package. Not only did they not cancel future orders, they charged my credit card. I called and spoke with customer service and was to.d I had to go to the trouble of returning a product I did not order. When I told him they needed to make arrangements to have the item picked up, since I shouldn't have to do this for something I did not order, her hung on me. I have now been listening to elevator music for the last 15 minutes because they are so busy there's a line of people waiting. I would never buy from this company again! I'm still waiting on credit for the two duplicates I returned over a year ago. Buyer definitely beware!
I purchased coins, my coins saying they were paid in full. A month later I got a letter saying the coins were not paid for. I called up the Bradford Exchange, was told my credit card was denied, I called up my credit card company, they said my card was not denied and I have the charged on my statement saying they went through. I checked my Bradford Exchange statements all coins were paid for. I asked the Better Business Bureau to investigate. According to them the Bradford Exchange said my card was denied. I sent in proof it was not, Bradford exchange said they will try again to get their payment even through they have already been paid., my credit card company is standing behind me. My BBB complaint has been closed even though I do not agree with the Bradford exchange trying to get payment again, they have not shown me any proof my card was denied, they can't it was not denied. I did cancel any more mail or coins. I keep getting mail, I did get a coin after it was canceled. I sent it back in January according to tracking it is still in transit. I asked Canada post and was told that it might of been delivered but not signed for. I checked tracking at the Bradford exchange it says the tracking number is non existing. Another scam by The Bradford Exchange I sent the coin back but no proof they got it. They said I could send back thr other coins. Why would I send back what was already paid for and get no money back
I ordered my checks from here for several years. I ordered my checks here the first of the month and changed my mailing address on the checks and the billing address three times. Then when I pressed submit it changed it to the P. O. Box. I get an email saying it was sent to the wrong address. I call them and they tell me basically I can reorder but they won't do anything about it switching my address. If you have to reorder checks I sure wouldn't use their online for any reason! Won't be dealing with this company if anyway possible!
I purchased a Peter Brock Medalion for my son it took 6 months to arrive. Within 3 days another unrequested of purchased Medalion turned up which i returned the next day on November 18th 2022 they have now sent the bill collectors even after many emails, phone calls and letters to try and sort this problem out. RUBBISH COMPANT NEVER USE THEM THEY ARE GARBAGE.
The item could have only been broken during packing, because of the way it was shipped. So that means they new it was broken and they sent it anyways. Then when i called to fix this issue, I get hung up on twice. Tomorrow is valentines day and there is no snow globe for my lovely wife. These items are made of cheap plastic and their customer service is terrible.
I purchased the Silver dollar collection starting with issue one and Uncirculated "Ike" Eisenhower silver dollar. What I finally received for a total of $65 per issue is a scratched up 1976 heavily circulated, ungraded by any known companies coin, containing zero silver⦠They choose to send a non silver coin for a U.S. silver collection? The pictures and description says 90% silver. The value difference is HUGE! The coin I purchased should be worth $30-$40', however the coin sent is worth about $3. They are not getting paid as they have yet to fulfil my order. When they send the right item they can have their payment. Don't trust this bait and switch joke of a company who charges hundreds for garage sale rejects. Do yourself a favor and just go to a good ole flea market, same stuff drastically cheaper at flea markets.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
