I bought the "Blue Rhapsody Topaz And Diamond Ring" because the image on Bradford Exchange site depicted a beautiful ring with two rows of sparkling diamonds. I am so disappointed by the actual ring I received. Bradford Exchange clearly misrepresented the ring on their website. I needed a magnifying glass to see the rows of diamonds that appeared much larger and more apparent as advertised. I returned the ring yesterday and I hope I don't experience any problems getting a refund.
Bradford Exchange, you should be ashamed of yourselves. This ring is NOT worth $200.00; I have seen more attractive rings in Wal-Mart for 1/10th of the cost.
Absolutely horrible---ordered jewelry box on 11/9/14 for xmas delivery for my daughter--Keep checking on line... finally called-- promised that it would be here by xmas... WRONG-- just got notice 1/5/15 that it would not arrive till after 2/28/15--- Have definitely cancelled order and will NEVER order from or recommend this company ---HORRIBLE business methods--- just be honest and let people know what is really happening
Absolutely rubbish order jewellery box for my daughter in November been ringing every week to see if it would b here by Xmas guaranteed me it would still haven't received it so phoned today they said waiting to go out but their not sending it till 29th I asked if they could send it straight to my daughter as I'm in Wales she's in England they won't do it paid 6 99 for post and they won't do it now my daughter has to go without Xmas present unhelpful is less staff no apology or anythinf
You do not want to deal with these grifters! I keep getting invoices for things I didn't order.

I'm a precious metals investor and I discovered many ridiculously cheap PROOF morgans, peace, and silver halves. The funny thing is, before we even get started on the collector's value, that $#*! is like 85% below melt value. That stuff is clearly counterfeit.
I ordered a small jewelry box... they shipped two and charged my card accordingly... had to put a stop with AMEX for fear they would continue charging my credit card... now they keep sending me invoices for something I have no idea what it is, but at least I am happy I put a stop with AMEX for any charges they might keep trying to charge.
I orderd on Nov. 30th and added to it on Dec. 12th. Now I've spent over 7 hours either on hold or listening to lies. No reply to emails. WORST SERVICE EVER! I don't think one person with whom I've spoken has a clue what's going on. Now it's Dec. 24th, my aunt does NOT have her gifts which were specially chosen. I would never use this company again and I will make sure I tell this story every possible place. Let's shut down the people who don't know how to run a business.
I ordered something on Friday, July 20. Fortunately I printed a copy of my order directly from the web site rather than wait for my e-mail confirmation -- which NEVER came. In following up, I sent a message to "customer support" and received no response or even confirmation of an e-mail message. I am worried now that they have my credit card number. I spoke to "customer support" and was told that I should have received my e-mail confirmation. I told them I hadn't. The "customer support" rep took my name and found my order only to inform me that they don't have the item in stock and that it would take 4-6 weeks to get the item. I cannot wait that long so I cancelled the order and had the "customer support" rep read me the cancellation confirmation number. I am just so disappointed that the item was NOT labeled out of stock. I was given NO notice of that and/or even e-mail confirmation of my order. Then the "customer support" rep tried to sell me something as I was telling him about the botched e-mail, lack of notice about out of stock items, and terrible communication. I wish I would have checked here before even placing an order. I was just too excited about the gift I was hoping to give! Oh well. I found another better item on a different site.
If I could give LESS than one star I would.
My mom bought a clock from them and we're still waiting for it. They said it was to come 2 month late and now they said it's not coming to July. They flippin' SUCK.
I purchased a Christmas Village collection for my wife as a Christmas gift, the pieces arrived mostly on time and she was happy until the final order 3 weeks ago arrived. For a two week period, a tracking number they provided was invalid which just makes you feel very confident in their abilities. When I called and spoke with someone about the invalid number, I was told yes its invalid but I cannot do anything at all. Really? Really?
Eventually, about two weeks late, the parcel arrived.
The collection was Muppet's themed (her favorite) and featured figures of all of her favorite characters. After the final delivery, we noticed that we did not receive two of the figures that were originally advertised.
I sent an inquiry email, and got no response. I placed a call, and was told that the picture was 5 years old, and the two figurines in the question were no longer being produced, and had not been produced in some time. My response was "Maybe you should take 5 minutes and snap a new photo, or let your customers know!" I was considering canceling the entire order and returning it and was told that someone from the marketing department would call me back within 48 hours.
That was a little over 10 days ago, the 'marketing' department never did call. I placed my third call this morning, and I was told the figures were no longer available, sorry... that was it! So I am in the process of canceling the entire order and returning it to them. This was TERRIBLE customer service! I cannot stress enough how good they are at taking money, and how bad they are at servicing the customer after the fact.
Since my initial complaint to the BBB and several other consumer advocacy groups, the Bradford Exchange actually placed new photo's on their site that did not contain the figures in question, and then later removed them to respond to the BBB Claim. Fortunately, I saved a cached version of that page with the 'new' photo's that Bradford then claimed never existed to the BBB. I actually caught them lying:)
The moral of the story is BUYER BEWARE of these guys!
I ordered a locket for my daughter in December for Christmas, they said they were out and it would be about a week befor they would get more in, well it took 3 weeks, so ok,,,, they shipped it out on January 24, stating it would be there for Valentines----guaranted----I even got an e-mail stating that... well she still does not have it... I called numberous times, send several e-mails that went unanswered by there customer service department, when I finally called today 2/15/11 they told me there is nothing they can do for 30 days the post office must have lost it... they took my money right away... but they do not care... I have wasted so much time I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM AGAIN. I thought they were reputable, that is whey I ordered from them, but to let there customers hang out there, is not caring about there clients. If you do order have them send it 2nd day air, they did not tell me about it till I asked...
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
