I received a personalized item that ended up having the wrong birthstone included. I called to see how I should go about returning it, and the Bradford employee was extremely kind and helpful. The whole process was quick and easy!
I am HUGELY disappointed with a ring I purchased from the Bradford Exchange! I gave it as a gift and within 3 weeks the silver plating had COMPLETELY worn off and the ugly dull orange metal beneath is turning my son's finger green. Furthermore, the stone is loose and rattles around in its setting. I will not be purchasing anything from this company ever again and I encourage others to stay away and buy somewhere else. Their quality is absolutely the worst. On top of that, it took nearly a month to arrive in the mail.
Ordered ring which B. E. Claimed was shipped Feb 4. Was supposed to be a Valentine's Day gift. Never arrived and no tracking number. After 3 calls to customer service and 3 conflicting reasons why ring hadn't arrived, I was given a reissue date to receive the ring Mar 21-28. Ring arrived on the 28th. I was afraid to open it because of all the negative reviews I was reading. The ring is beautiful. All the names and corresponding birthstones were correct. Very pleased!
I'm highly upset that the money I work so hard for was taken and I never received anything. It says it has shipped but I never got it. This company sucks.
I order on line quite frequently I have never met a company like this one WOW. First of all couldn't order the product on line had to call the company was on hold 15 minutes she stated I would get the conformation via email with in the next few minutes this was Thursday today is now Monday still no conformation 6 calls later(each call 10 minutes or longer)6 people later including a supervisor email was spelled wrong and oh by the way this particular package has no conformation or way to track package per supervisor which she did nothing to make this horrible experience any better also each person I spoke with all had a different story as to when the package will arrive they charge so much for the items maybe they could spend some of the money on training. NEVER will I order from this company again and you shouldn't either.
Bought a gift from the for a friend which should have cost £57 and so far its cost £150, can't put a stop at the bank as this would mean me not being able to get my refund. Been on the phome yet again and they said I'll be getting my money back within 5-7 working days, I'm not holding my breath. Never again would i use tjis awful company!
I ordered a jewelry box on Dec. 16. They promised before Christmas arrival. They say it shipped Dec. 22nd. It is Jan. Now and still nothing. The tracking number does not work and says it is Fed Ex. When I call them they said that it was actually sent USPS and they cannot help me. If it has not arrived in thirty days they will send me a new one. (Yeah right)
Don't ever buy from Bradford Exchange! Ordered something for my wife for Xmas,,, Guaranteed shipping before Xmas! Bull sht! First 2 emails no reply, customer service are bunch of lair's,, first 3 times was told would be here on or before Dec. 24th,,,, Called monday after Xmas and was told it was shipped Dec 23,, next day it said shipped Dec 28, when i called i was told it shipped 23, not long after that it changed from 28th to 23 on online status... more Bull sht! Customer service suks! Shipping suks! (still no tracking number or package Jan 2) So at this point I don't know if it has ever been shipped! It's really a shame it's like this because my wife and i like there stuff, but it's just not worth the headache to buy from bradford! Do your self a favor and don't buy from them! What type of company is this, I have had so many problems since October and now they are threatening me with affecting my credit rating. I do not owe the Bradford Exchange any money at all but if I don't get some answers in the next couple of days. I am going to trading standards and a solicitor. They are the worst company in the U. K I have ever had the misfortune to deal with.
Dont EVER order anything from here! Ordered something in October that was guaranted by Christmas, December 16th came along and I called and they still said It would be here by Christmas... called again on December 22nd and they told me it was back ordered and I wouldnt get it until at least January! Oh and their show orders usually take 6 months... wtf! Who in their right mind would wait 6 months for shoes! Oh and they never answer emails and with each call I sat on hold for at least 30 min. Dont waste your time with this junk company... horrible

I will never purchase another item from TBE, the reason being is it doesn't matter if you spend a $1.00 or $10,000 dollars there is still NO FREE SHIPPING!
I ordered in October. There was no sign of my order for a week when it showed up on my credit card as pending. A week after that I finally found it online - the order number had changed. When it finally arrived, it was not as advertised. I contacted them to return it and be refunded. After some back and forth, they sent a return label. I returned it. They said it would take 32 - 33 days before my account would be credited. After that amount of time, I contacted them another couple of times, but got no response. Finally after I entered a dispute with my credit card company, they told me that they never received it (yeah, right!), but would refund my money anyway. I will never order from them again!
I was sent an email that if I had ordered a personalized item it would arrive in time for Christmas
I called today after a long hold time I was told as it was at the engravers there is no gaurentee

I'm honestly surprised by all of the complaints. I read the negative reviews before ordering and almost decided not to order from the Bradford Exchange, but decided to take the risk for an item I really wanted. I placed an order at the end of October, and I received it approximately three weeks later, two months before it was even scheduled to ship. It looks amazing and was packaged with care. There are one or two tiny paint chips at the top of the item, but other than that, it arrived in excellent condition for something that's so fragile.
I ordered the diamond dog pendant with movable legs and tail. What a piece of junk! It's incredible small, you'd need a magnifier to see the diamond on the attached heart that says "I love my poodle." I ordered this for my friend for Christmas. It's in a cheap pouch in a cheap box, wrapped in a piece of wadded tissue. It would be embarrassing to give it to her, she'd never believe I spent more than five or ten bucks for it! They charged an incredible amount for shipping, and it arrived in a small white plastic envelope that couldn't weigh more than 2 or 3 ounces. If you're looking for cute jewelry, look elsewhere. This is a rip off.
I ordered this ring as a present for my wife the beginning of September, they sent the wrong size, after a lot of problems, I eventually managed to get it sent back, and stupidly, I asked for the right size to be sent sometime in the middle of October, they still sent the wrong size, so I sent it back within a couple of days and asked for a refund, I've been waiting over a month now, and keep getting fobbed off with pitiful excuses.
If I don't have my refund by the end of this week (20th November) come Monday, i'm just dragging them through the courts, and while I'm at it, I'll take them for all my time wasted, cost of calls, and legal expenses, I've had more than enough of this useless company

I ordered a queen elsa music box statue for my niece when we received it the was statue was smaller then a Christmas ornament I paid an extremely large amount of money for it and when I got it I was very dissatisfied the character didnt even look like Queen Elsa her castle was small she was bigger than the castle I didnt even have the heart to show it to my niece... the way it looked I would of payed 17 bucks tops for it plus shipping and handling was about 20 bucks more ridiculous I will never order from here again and recommend that no one else does either the only thing they got a one star for was delivering the item to the right address. This website is total rip off
I ordered the George cross to check out to see if it was suitable. I sent it back to Bradford exchange in September, expecting a refund of money they took out my bank without my authority. When I tried to get my refund, but I am still waiting one month later. Every time I call them, they say they will call back. Nothing happens. DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE SCAMMERS.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
