This company is a scam ordered a ring and they send me something else called them and they told me they would send me the right item and I never received it
At the beginning of December I ordered a fairly simple wedding band from The Bradford Exchange. I haven't had lunch finding rings I like that are in our price range. Which is why I ordered from here. As my wedding date was set to February 11th. (I have to order my rings because my fingers are so small and it's hard to resize bigger rings) I was promised my ring would be in January 19th. TWICE by customer service. On January 19th by the end of the day my ring wasn't here. I called them. The automated system was saying March 2nd. So I called customer service to see what was going on in hopes that the system had it wrong. NOPE they hadn't even STARTED to make the ring. I explained to the guy my frustrations. He was very understanding and canceled the ring for me. At this point we decided to go to a local jewelry store and order one. However, while on the phone the guy kept trying to sell me other rings. Needless to say I don't have a wedding band for my wedding on February 11th now.
Very dissatisfied my ring looks like it came out of a gum ball machine I can even read the names I added to it never woul I purchased nothing from them again very disappointed
I placed an order in Dec. And still haven't received it. If I don't get my item by feb.15 2023 I will contact my attorney and the BBB
Don't buy the jewelry unless you don't want to wear it. My daughter bought it for me for my birthday, spent almost 150.00 on this eeyore necklace.this shouldn't happen,turned my neck black.not happy..
TERRIBLE communication amd service. Tried to pay on an order and close the account. They told me on my first try it was paid. Then they tell me a month later no it wasn't. Tried again then called to confirm they got it. The first representative tells me I DONT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT. Finally got it sorted out but in done with these guys.
If I could give The Bradford Exchange a -0 I would, my husband ordered something for me one time and now he has been getting a recurring charge a month on his debit card for 14.95 for their REWARDS PROGRAM which he did not sign up for, plus their merchandise is low quality for what they charge, he had to call the bank and cancel his current debit card and have them issue a new one. BEWARE, this company is a SCAM!
Ordered Christmas presents on 12th of December.
Jan 9 only 3 of 7 items ordered were delivered.
One item was a set of 5 pics.
They ship everything separately, $10 for shipping each time one of the items in the set shipped.
3 rings were also bought, all shipped separately, $10 for each item.
Customer service totally incompetent.
Be extremely CAREFUL if considering doing business with this company. Complaints are too numerous to even list. There are very reliable companies out there, with quality merchandise, and service. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH.
Deceptive advertising. Beware, if you buy anything that says collection, you will be charged every two weeks. They will offer you a discount but charge for a rewards membership later. Now I have to call my CC company to get anew card because they keep charging different items.
My fiancé ordered me an engagement ring and purposed on Christmas Day but my ring almost didn't make it first of all and second my birthstone in the ring is the wrong color it is blue instead of green and they will not fix the mistake or refund our money. This was supposed to be a very special day for us.:-( thanks for ruining it Bradford. You used to have good quality stuff but not anymore. 1st pic what we thought we were getting 2nd pic what we received and clearly the gems are blue. SMDH would not recommend would give zero stars but not an option. That even claim they have a money back guarantee nope they lie.
I bought my son a bracelet for Christmas. He loves it and so did I. It lasted 2 days. The clasp was magnetic and cheap. It fell off after 2 days and could not be found.
Dec. 1 ordered pendant for my Mom. We recently lost my father and as it is our first Christmas without him wished to get her something special…on the 12th of Dec., I sent an inquiry as to the delivery status and received a very kind email from a representative named Kelsey assuring me that despite delays at the manufacturing end, the gift would arrive by Christmas Eve. By the 20th, still no sign of my mom's gift and I sent another email asking if it would indeed arrive on time or whether I should go shopping for an alternative gift. On FRIDAY the 23rd, I finally received an email from Wilver saying he was "happy to inform me that my collectible has been reserved for me"…and that they anticipated the order would arrive no later than 02/02/23. As, by then we were under a severe storm watch, I was not able to run out on CHRISTMAS EVE to try to find something else, after being repeatedly reassured by this company that my Mom's gift WOULD indeed arrive on time…it didn't. I am fully aware of issues in every sector of business dealing with manufacturing delays etc., All I would have liked was an HONEST answer from this company that my product would not be arriving on time. I guess that was too much to ask. If and when my pendant arrives, I will give it to my mother, but the moment has now passed and I am severely disappointed with The Bradford Exchange and will not ever order from this company again.
I bought my mother a Precious Moments figurine set. At least I thought I did. Only one arrived despite the picture showing "4" figures and using plural(figurines) throughout the description. Not happy!
They package a broken nightmare before christmas piece for christmas. Also they send the pieces every 28 days so if you buy a set you won't get them right away. The broken legs were wrapped up so it was packaged this way then when I called the told me that the damage falls on ups. These people are horrible do not buy from them. Pay a Lil more somewhere else for quality.
We ordered a product from them over two and a half years ago that was on pre order. Since it was during the height of the pandemic we knew delays might be a thing but this was ridiculous. On it's original timeline we were due to receive it in September 2020, approximately 4 months after we ordered it. By May 2021 we still hasn't received it and received no notifications regarding the order. We contacted them and were told it was delayed due to supply chain issues. At this time we understood and waited patiently. We checked back in around October and we were told they were still waiting to receive it; we were less happy but we dealt. Here we are, December 2022 and we still have not received our item. I followed up at the beginning of the month and was told they should be able to ship on the 21st so, on the 20th I followed up to ask if they can confirm our product was finally arriving and this morning I was told the item was discontinued and we wouldn't receive it.
After two and a half years, zero ability to check my order status or communicate, they jerked us around only to not deliver and discontinue the product. I will never buy from them ever again. Dave yourself time and money.
Last Christmas I also had an issue with this company charging my account. Spoke with representative whom quickly cancelled the ongoing charges. This year ordered an item beginning of December and was guaranteed delivery for Christmas. It had taken over one week and a half just to ship. Now of course the package has not moved in over a week. Called the company and was assured that it was being delivered today. I explained that was in contact with both ups and USPS and they do not have the package. Finally spoke with a supervisor who stated that I have to repurchase the item and pay for 2 day shipping to receive this for Christmas. I explained again that the company guaranteed the delivery before Christmas and requested that they should send the item and not have the customer have to pay for it again. As a side note the purchase price is only $39.00 not hundreds of dollars. The supervisor refused and stated they would not even consider any sort of refund or investigation until it has been 30 days from shipment date. Horrible horrible customer service and very shady company dealings. BUYER BEWARE!

I purchased a Christmas gift for a family member and had it shipped to them. The package arrived in its original manufacturer container with a certificate of authenticity and description of item attached to the container. The package was then wrapped in clear plastic and shipped. It was obvious to my family member what was inside thus ruining her Christmas surprise. After contacting the Bradford Exchange it was felt the accepted no responsibility for how it was shipped and the advised me if I didn't like it, I could return the Item. Buyers beware when using this company.
I placed an order for a necklace that had the names of my grandchildren on it along with their birthstones on November 23rd 2022. After about a week I checked on the status of my order and saw "No Activity". I contacted customer service and could barely understand the female who answered who now tells me there is a backorder but assures me there is a Christmas delivery promise. I continue to check the status and I still get "No Activity". I e-mail customer service 3 times and each time I am assured that there is a Christmas guarantee delivery. On December 20th I call customer service again and speak to yet another female who I can not understand who now claims it is still on backorder and may now take until January 5th 2023 to arrive despite 5 confirmations from Bradford that it will be delivered before Christmas. Hey Bradford, get some customer service people who speak English.!. I also made sure I was not enrolled in any Rewards program and on multiple occasions I was told that I was not enrolled and would not be charged any fee. Well today I got my Visa bill and sure enough there is a $14.95 Rewards fee charge on it. I immediately cancelled it through my card company, and contact Bradford and spoke to yet another person who did not speak English who tried to tell me I had signed up for it. After explaining to Achmed or whatever his name was that I did NOT enroll, he sent me a cancellation notice. We will see if they try it again next month. Horrible company stay away.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
