On November 12,2019 I ordered a Loving Wishes Jar as a Christmas present for my daughter. It arrived on December 4,2019 but was the wrong color so that same day I took it to the post office and returned it requesting an exchange for the correct color. I haven't received any receipt confirmation or any communication from their customer service except that it has not been processed by their returns department yet...? Just terrible service and obviously too late for Christmas. They need help.
I have never had such an awful experience with a company before! I ordered a simple pendant in plenty of time for our Oct 12th anniversary. It was super easy going online and actually creating what to put for engraving on the front I wanted RGB, on the back I wanted I Love You! 10/12/18. The website was the last thing that was user friendly. My order did not make it until after my anniversary (I can deal with this part) when the order came the date was wrong, it was 2010-12-18 ( hardly Oct 12,2018 by 10 years). Called waited 6 weeks and got the 2nd one. Same wrong dates as the first one. Called went through it all again. 6-8 more weeks and the 3rd one came back as 2018-12-10 (still not Oct 12,2018) Good lord how hard is it to put the correct date! Got my money back and still only wanted the correct engraving. Thank you for ruining our anniversary and a pendant that was suppose to be very special! Save your time and money on this company!
OH MY GOD, they have messed up my order THREE times, from a "pendant" to something coming from my son's "Grandmother", to asking me for money when I already paid. DISASTER
I bought checks and the advertised price is not what you get. Ordered basic $2.99 box of checks that they charged over $40 when it was all said and done. What a joke! Online form would not fill so needed customer service to complete the form, they charged me for that as well. This company should be reported for this bait and switch activity and deceitful advertising. If I know where to report this, I would. I bargained down to $25 for 1 box of basic checks that was advertised as $2.99. This company is outrageous. Save your money and frustration, so somewhere else.
PSA: Do not buy anything from The Bradford Exchange. I bought this last year for the Christmas season and spent over $200 on it as it's supposed to be an heirloom piece that you have for years. What a joke! I literally got one month of use out of it. I took it out of the packing this year and it doesn't work. The lights come on but nothing moves.
They have a 365 day warranty. Another joke! Who takes their Christmas decorations out during the summer to check if they are working?!
Apparently I missed my 365 day window and they can do nothing but suggest I pay another $200 to buy another. Are you serious?! Your product is complete garbage. I have other Christmas decorations that have moving parts, flashing lights, and play music that still work 30 years later. And they didn't cost $200!
I am highly disappointed and will NEVER buy a product from them again. Please save your money for something better built.
Bradford Exchange is a disaster and are performing fraudulent actions! Stay away from them! I ordered a Chrismas tree that cost $150, with an express delivery it cost $200.It was a birthday gift! Bradford Exchange never sent that tree, cause my card was issued outside the Us. They didn't bother to contact me and to inform me, that my surprise would never be delivered! They also charged my boyfriend for $580! He didn't order anything. That idiots sent him some Christmas tree that he didn't order! And on one of his previous orders they sent him the wrong item. This is everything that you should know about Bradford Exchange!
When ordering from their mailings, quite often the price ends up being substantially more than indicated in the ad! They indicate "3 payments of $19.99" for a product, and when you get it, it's only the first of several shipments at that price! Very deceiving, and some of the products are not worth the price! I have been a customer for many years, and don't remember this happening in the past. Hey, Bradford! What's happening here? Are you lowering your quality and integrity that much?
Dont buy from Bradford exchange, I ordered from Bradford exchange and they said my credit card was declining so I gave them another card, I ended up getting charged for a single item on both cards. Then they sent me six more items I didn't want and charged both my cards. I called them several times to get them to stop charging my cards and stop shipping items I didn't want but ended up having to file a dispute with both credit card companies and get both cards turned off to stop the charges. I ended up being sent seven items and charged fourteen times when I only wanted one item. I sent most of the items back and they refunded my credit card companies but now there sending my bills for items I have returned. This has been dragging on trying to straighten this out for six months.
I ordered one wolf, but was charged for two! Filed a dispute claim with PayPal, was denied claim! Filed with Bradford Exchange, was also denied claim!
I have stopped payment on my checking account on any charges from BRADFORD EXCHANGE!
Be very careful people in dealing with BRADFORD EXCHANGE!
Their customer service is like the medical insurance business... they ignore, pretend they do not understand, repeat requests already satisfied, and then start the con game process over again... all in hopes of not having to stand by their products. This is my FIRST negative review, so you can imagine how inept they must be for me to pen this. Buyer BEWARE!
I contacted Bradford exchange customer service several times regarding to my daughters ice princess maiden doll. The first customer service told me that it was supposed to arrive a week later after I had spoke with them. A week later my package did not arrive. Several days later I decide to call again. I told him that my package did not arrive and that I spoke with the first customer service and they told me that my package was supposed to arrive that following Friday and it did not. Come to find out that it was never processed in the system to ever be delivered to my house. So this customer service told me that it was supposed to arrive within 5 to 9 days which they put a rush on my order because i waited so long. I told customer service to please send me an email with a tracking number so I can follow it so I would not have to bother them regarding to this. Till this day I never received a tracking number but I did receive my package. I am very disappointed that customer service was not willing to help me when I asked him several times to make sure they sent me a tracking number and actual tracking number that works! I hope customer service does a better job next time when it comes to helping out their customers. Because I felt I was not helped the way I should of been...:-(
Never received my entire order even after contacting customer service multiple times. I even paid extra for my order to ship together with tracking. A manager never called me back either as customer service said they would. I will never order products from them again. BUYER BEWARE!#!
They piece mill everything to you. It's cheap cheap cheaply made. Doesn't look anything like the picture. I ordered a little tree with a Santa in front of it last year. I got the tree in a shipment. Then every few weeks I would get something else. They chargeded 25.00 for 6 plastic ornaments! Yep. I sent it all back. Plus I didn't even get every thing by Christmas and I ordered it at the end of October. Stay away stay far away from this company.
If I can I would give this company a zero star! Since about three months ago I ordered three porcelain items from them, my nightmare started. During the past three months, they have kept sending me lots of letters and leaflets too often to bear. More horribly, about two or three weeks ago, I received an email from them stating one order from me being dispatched. I felt very confused because I didn't place anymore orders after I received the three porcelain items I originally purchased and paid in full. So I replied to this email immediately asking what this order was.
About one week later, I received a parcel which was a porcelain item again! We called this company and was told they would call us back within 72 hours. Unfortunately, it didn't happen. We tried to call them again and again by phone and by email, but got no answer at all. Until today, I received an invoice letter from them for this item I didn't order. Who can tell me what to do with this issue?! How to stop this company from this unacceptable sales?
Buy at your own risk they will lie, hang up on you, play games... Dude swear he couldn't find my order being kept getting charged for a subscription... he finally found it which was odd being I gave him all my information... He said he cancel subscription which I dont know if he did being they lie so much apparantly. Stop sending me all those yorkies in a cup what am I going to do with all those? He had the worst attitude these people lack customer service so have your lawyer sue them or credit card company go after them being they wont listen to little ol you... I even called back same guy answered and thats odd must be 3 people only working in the store... Listen people all these negative reviews can't be lying so be careful who you buy from
I purchased a Thomas Kinkade Holidays in Motion Rotating Illuminated Tree Topper: Animated Christmas Decor by The Bradford Editions in 2017 and was so happy with my experience at first. The next year when I put the tree up the tree topper stopped working randomly one night. I called and was told the tree topper was still under warranty so I sent it in for repair. I have not heard anything from them since, and it is now July (I had a baby on Christmas Eve and forgot to follow up with them). I contacted the Bradford Exchange today and was told that the tree topper was out of warranty and there is nothing they can do. I am so upset. They never even sent the original back to me or contacted me in any way. I will never purchase anything from this company again! Terrible terrible customer service. I cannot believe they wouldn't even send me back the original tree topper that I spent about $100 on. Buyer Beware!
Save yourself the time and money and get your item somewhere else, they sold me stuff I didn't even order, refuse to issue a refund after following all of the instructions they gave me, they are not organized at all, over 6 weeks has gone by and I'm still trying to get a refund from these people for an item I didn't even order.
I ordered Disney Tim Burton's The Nightmare Before Christmas Snow globe on April 2,2019. After couple of weeks I checked to see when it is approximate time of delivery is. It Said May 14 - 24,2019. That came and went and the updated time of delivery moved to May 28. On May 29 i received a notification that I am on WAITING LIST ( however they didn't wait to charge my credit card!). Today is June 30 and the status of my delivery date says MAY 28. After paying $242.93 I regret it. Better off deal with Ebay or Amazon, they have them too, however look who the sellers are. If says BRADFORD EXCHANGE, don't get involved with them. Never Again!
I purchased a US Army clock about a year and a half ago and the personalized ribbon fell of and broke. The product was not attached very well. For the money I paid for this the product should stay together a lot longer.
I will not purchase from them again.

Bradford finally got back to me and told me I needed a 12V adapter. I purchased one at the local hardware store, plugged it in and turned it on. It blew out all the LED lights. This event turned out to be a disaster. I later found out LED lights are not usually rated at 12V so the information given to me by a Bradford Tech was not correct.
Recently, I purchased a North Pole Village that uses (2) AAA batteries or an external adaptor. The item has a place where an adapter can be plugged. However, when I tried to find the adaptor on the Bradford Exchange website, it's not there. I inquired via email and was told, "the adaptor doesn't come with the product and could be found at a local hardware, etc. Now, what voltage and current should the adaptor be? In my case the item must fit under a xmas tree and simply isn't conducive to using (2) AAA batteries. I don't think Bradford Exchange should sell these items without the consumer being able to purchase the necessary adaptor from them.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
