I came across their website 4 months ago. I really liked what they were showcasing on their website. I decided to order a list of the items that caught my eye. I placed the order in December. I made the habit of checking the status of my order frequently. Some of the items on my list were due to ship 2 months from the date I had placed my order. They charged me over $100.00 alone in shipping costs and I still had to wait longer for the items to ship out. There were numerous times I tried contacting Bradford with unsuccessful results. When some of my items finally started shipping out, some of items took longer to arrive. When I contacted Bradford for tracking details. They advised that they didn't have a tracking number to give me to track where my order is. They didn't have a tracking number on file for any of my orders. When the items finally arrived, they looked absolutely nothing like the picture on their website. The picture of the item displayed on their website is just so they can lure people to buy them. They make the item seem better and bigger but if I was ever to see 90 percent of the items I bought on that website, I would have never paid a dime for them. Then they ended up cancelling one of my orders. When I called them about it, they advised that the item was sold out and they would never be getting more in stock. The woman advised me that Bradford would send me a letter confirming the item was out of stock. Weeks later I got a e-mail from the Bradford website saying that the item was available! Finally, the last item that arrivedcame broken. I returned it back to them (I was able to keep the tracking number for the item and it only took a week for them to receive it). IT TOOK THEM OVER A MONTH TO ISSUE ME A REFUND! I was appalled. Why is it that they will charge a credit card immediately when a item is shipped but to return a customer's money, they will take their sweet time. I contacted Bradford about 20 different times regarding my refund before I received it. Why is it that I am able to track my return but I can't track my purchase! I don't recommend buying anything from this company. The item you want will not be what it looks like and customer service is not their first priority. Their first priority is to take your money every which way they can. I will never waste my money on their garbage again!
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
