I ordered a month ago and still no bracelet no line of communication no customer service ti speak with it they have your money I tries to block them and they went around my bank and used a different ip to still get the money out I still do not have my order nor an update very upset do not recommend these criminals
Ordered checks. Finished checking out when a pop up appeared and said to enter email for free shipping. Entered email and the next message appeared that I had signed up for a rewards program that cost $14.99 a month. Called the phone number to cancel and they wouldn't cancel until I received e-mail. I then called to cancel my order-not doing business with a company that has no ethics. They canceled my order but could not cancel the $14.99 a month scheme. Bad behavior is never acceptable but is offensive in this environment.
Customer service is horrible I had called the company because I needed to pay a bill. Well I paid my bill and in the process they claimed I owed 324.00 for other items that I had already received and my account was in collections. So I figured "oh my gosh" I don't want my account in collections, so I paid it. Well now its a week later and I'm receiving all these packages from them. What the hell right. So I called and they're telling me I ordered them with a series that I was getting about 5 years dago. NO I DIDN'T ORDER THESES. So now I have to send them back and wait for my money to come back to me, that they originally said was in COLLECTIONS NO IT WASN'T IN COLLECTIONS. I cannot believe how they twisted this whole issue.
Don't buy anything from them! They charged me, never sent my item. Never answered my emails. Phone just kept saying closed today call tomorrow. Every day it said that. Save yourself the anxiety, go somewhere else.

For this company to be so big and keep my money from a refund is ridiculous, I owe them $35.72 for a last payment on a product and they owe me $ 79.80 for a ring I had made 2 payments on then sent it back they received my return on 1-22-20. I have talent many hours in the phone since then with 2 supervisors and countless employees, to have them tell me they'll take care of it and take what I owe them off of my refund, to say that because it has taken so long I would get what the ring cost plus what I've paid. Of course I haven't gotten anything all I want is what they owe me minus what I owe them. Yes now I'm being reported for not paying them, but nothing happens to them for keeping my money. Sad thing is I've bought countless things them and enjoyed them all, now I will never do business with them again. I hate being taken advantage of and my blood pressure has risen a lot during this. If you don't want a headache then don't purchase anything from here.
Ordered a silver coin for 19.99. Was charged taxes and shipping ended up costing me $38.66. Then Discovered it was for a series of collectibles. This was not explained to me when I purchased the coin. Texted and asked to have it discontinued. They agreed to stop sending Items but would be billing me $38.66 every 28 days until it was paid off. Why was I being billed for items I was not receiving. After reading other reviews. This company is deceptive and unprofessional. I would not recommend anybody use this company
So I ordered a Mother's Day gift. I had already paid and was excited for her bracelet to arrive. Fast forward to today! I am checking my email and come across one from them. It says my order is not being shipped. Weird?! They say it could either be I'm a new customer or that I have an outstanding balance. So I call first time 20 minutes give up. Then call back. Over an hour wait for them to tell me because someone at my address ordered something and didn't pay for it I have to now pay for it. They said it was from five years ago. I have only lived at this address for three years. So I have to pay for someone who I don't even know. Completely ridiculous! I will spend $168 else where!
I ordered the armor of light and they keep sending me more. I only wanted the first one. The rest are almost identical to the first one anyways. So I sent the second one back with the return post card they sent with it. It has a spot that asks if you want to continue the series and I checked NO. I emailed them, I also tried to call them and I was on hold for almost an hour before I gave up. Well the next month they took the money out of my account again. I emailed them again, tried to call again. To no avail they still sent it. So I finally just went in and told myCC company no more purchases from them period ever. I finally - 2 months later got my refund for the first one I had sent back. Now I have another to send back. SO hard to work with them and I will never never order from them again.
Attempt to call several times earlier today. Kept getting sent to voice mail and then disconnected. Finally able to leave a message. Waited about an hour and a half, no return call. Attempt to call again several times. Got voice mail and then disconnected. Finally got a live person, connected to the wrong person. Was told that the problem was their new system, the same stinking excuse given to me several times over the past three weeks. Asked when they were going to get their system fixed. Response... let me get Ayah on the phone for you. Ayah on the phone, asked if she got my message from earlier in the day. She asked what message? Got disconnected. No return phone call. I guess they will blame that on the system too. Ayah not able to pick up the phone and call me back will be a system issue, the system sure is getting blamed for a lot of customer service issues. And, yes, I know what the response will be from this company to the BBB, it will be for me to contact my personal shopper. But, how in the world do I contact my personal shopper when the stinking system is working and when you get disconnected your personal shopper doesn't have the character and integrity to return a phone call.
I just bought something from bradford and they charged my card twice... I will not be ordering again and if I could give them a 0 I would. I was also told that I would get my money back on my card 3 to 5 business days. Well it's been three days so we will see. Beyond irritated, I also got some lame excuse that they do it that way to make sure the money is there... Okay well it would not have went through if the money was not there so why would you run it a second time.
Scam! Take your money but never send the order while telling you they are "back ordered for materials" for 3 months now. Avoid like the plague! Horrible company with terrible customer service. Truly a disgrace to online sellers
I have ordered many things from Bradford Exchange and Loved them All I have ordered Jewelry, Clothing, Knickknacks etc. My First Disney Jacket is about 10years old and looks like new and I get So Many Compliments and I tell them to go to Bradford Exchange! Get wait for my Disney Bracelet and Anorak Jacket! Thank You Bradford Exchange
My saga with this company started in April of 2019 when I ordered a subscription to the Thomas Kinkade Fairy Garden village collection. I initially saw this collection on a magazine and then went to their website and placed the order. As each shipment was sent, there were accessory pieces pictured BOTH on their website and on the magazine that were not included. I called customer service and was first informed that I had to purchase at least 3 of the shipments before I would get them all. I get the 3 shipments and still no accessory pieces. I began a long saga of emails with customer service with them providing me with one excuse after another and constantly promising me that I would indeed receive these items. After I received AND paid for 8 shipments with still missing items, I wrote a review. One of the members of their "escalation" dept answered my review and this started yet another round of emails. First I was promised that they would reship the shipments that were supposed to contain the accessory pieces and then I was told that these accessory pieces are not meant to be included with the shipments I have received, they will be included in future issues should the artist decide to continue the series. However, to this date these accessory items are SHOWN on THEIR website with the shipments I HAVE received. I have accepted the fact that I am not going to get what I paid for. However, if I can stop one other consumer from being ripped off, I certainly will. If you order from them just be very aware that what you see pictured, may very well NOT be what you receive!
Ordered Christmas presents from this place over 400 bucks worth... the clock said it would be here by Christmas... items did not arrive till February so they decided to charge me again for the already paid items in February... this overdrafted my account they reluctantly returned my money after arguing with them and me threading BBB... but they did not cover the overdraft fees despite me telling them this was not my mistake and not sure why I am the one being penalized for it... this was my first time with this company run away!
I placed an order on Feb 4th 2020. The item was supposed to arrive by Feb 14th and that was confirmed on the order confirmation email. I checked on the order on Feb 12th and saw that the status was changed to "shipping by Apr 1st 2020". I tried contacting the business, but was unsuccessful as no one answers their email promptly and their phone line doesn't seem to work. When calling, it gives you an proximate wait time. First time was 16 minutes, the second time was 18 minutes and the last time was 33 minutes, with the option to schedule a call back. The first time I got the call back 20 minutes later and was left on hold for additional 38 minutes before I hung up. I tried calling again, this time staying on hold for another 30 minutes without using the call back option and again no one picked up. The last time I got a call back and after a 26 minute call a woman finally picked up. She told me that the item will not be available until July and that she can look for something else. I informed her that this is a Valentines Day gift and I have no use for it in July, nor do I want something else. I asked her to just refund my purchase at which time she hung up.
Customer service on phone is horrible, the woman talks over you doesn't let you talk. I tried to explain something to her that I returned something to them and she says it was never shipped out in the first place, seriously? Then how did I get it? And when I talked to someone else before this they sent me the return label and all the paperwork was in the package with my name etc on it. The customer service rep hung up on me, it is too bad I'm still waiting for my ring to come or I would be done with this company. They are rude as hell the lady would not let me explain anything until I got loud with her and had to practically yell for her to shut up so I could tell her that yes I did get it the order and yes I did return it and yes cancel it! Omg!
My first order with them went great. They provided me a tracking number and I received them in a little more than a week. I love these Disney flameless candle sticks. I hope future orders go as smoothly. Will provide a review for each order.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
