Ordered checks as I had done before. New address but checks to be mailed to old address. They were delivered with the old address on checks. Called customer service and was told the check address can't be different from the mailing address and we should have called them to to ask for the checks to be delivered to a different address than was on the checks. How was I to know that!. The customer service person just kept repeating the same thing over and over: you can't have a different address on the checks when you order online. I asked if they would credit our account and send new corrected checks: answer, you can't have a different address... So I took the answer to be no, we won't refund or credit. I will never do business with them again!
I purchased a coin from them. I paid it in full by check. They keep writing insisting that I still owe them. I tried to contact them. They leave no phone number from which to be reached; so, I sent them an email response to the email address they gave me on the late payment letter. The email came back the next day. What's up?
I ordered a rather expensive coloring book as a Mother's Day gift. It didn't show up until well after Mother's Day. Then they sent a second one and charged my credit card again... then another. I have returned the package but have yet to get credit back on the cc. Don't trust these people with your credit card number.
Had to get new credit cards do to them to stop charging me after calling only for them say they stopped charging me. Hope to get a refund with all this headache. Please stay away. If you do buy don't get any of collections items they don't tell you full price.
I purchased 2 purses for over 200.00 none is of good quality. I called customer service to mail me or email me return labels, none so far. I provided them with pictures for the to stop taking money out of my checking account, they still continue to collect money. I'm extremely disappointed of those bags. I feel like I got scammed. This is insane. Both purses have been on my dinning room table for about 2 months now. How can you continue to operate? I'm so disappointing. I will be contacting BBB.
Placed and order April 2020 product was supposed to be deliveded June 2020 for my mother's birthday couldnt get any answers as to why it hadnt been deliver then recieved a notice that due to unforseen circumstances that it would be here Aug 2020 called to ask if they could discount shipping and was giggled at and told NO after getting fairly upset was offered $20 promo code off next purchase bit declined it it as I will NEVER BUY FROM HERE AGAIN wish.com items come faster than this and $140 for a purse the situation should have been handled more professionally IF I COULD GIVE A -0 RATING I WOULD

I received my US Army Ladies Ring, as well as my US Army Canvas Tote Bag in a very timely manner! First time doing business with these folks! I received my items BEFORE their estimated due date! Only issue was my lack of attention to detail. Thought the bag I ordered was leather, instead of canvas. Explains the reasonable price! Great quality, good craftsmanship. Will do business with them again.
I was so excited to get my wedding ring set that we got from thier and it can late and was nothing like the picture and it's supposed to be real diamond... yeah right almost 400.00 down the drain and won't give us a refund even came with one of the take diamond missing
Send old people to collections. Then sell to the same old person again. Quit preying on the elderly..
They have very deceiving ads. You think you are buying one but it is many sets. They will keep charging you even when you send the item back. It will take hours of your time dealing with customer service to get your money back because the representatives are all from another country and you will have to repeat yourself many times. So exhausting!
This company ask big ticket prices for items that certainly look good, but have poor quality control and really poor workmanship. This is racketeering at its best. Using slave labour markets and selling poorly made objects a luxury goods prices. BUYER BEWARE. The pictures look fantastic - but the delivered product is anything but. I have an Aliens clock that cannot keep time and the interior finishing demonstrates lack of skills, training and care. Many people have BE items that break easily, have broken in transit, don't work when they get them... the list goes on. They also have a poor attitude towards customer service; they do not deliver internationally so yo cannot obtain pieces available in overseas markets. No way to place special orders or even get help having items posted internationally. In this day and age it demonstrates a lack of regard for customer service and towards customers generally.
The customer service representatives are all from another country and have no clue to what you say to them. I gave them a change of address over 2 months ago and they are still shipping my items to the old address. One of the representatives told me if I paid $1250 I would receive all of my items at one time. I asked that girl numerous times does that include all 3 of my orders and she said yes. Turns out it was for just one of my orders so I had to cancel the purchase. She straight up lied to me to get her commission. On top of that it takes forever to get someone on the line to talk to. I'm a numismatic and I want the complete collection and that is the only reason I continue to deal with them. I am so pissed off with them.
I ordered a plaque for my back door several weeks ago. It finally arrived yesterday. It was supposed to be personalized but wasn't. It was vastly smaller than pictured and cheaply made. What a piece of garbage. Thank goodness they do not have my bank card number. I am fearful of trying to return it because after reading all the bad reviews they would probably say they didn't receive it. So I am stuck with a piece of junk that I plan on paying with a money order because they clearly can't be trusted with bank information. Shame on you Bradford Exchange.
Ordered this watch in early June of this year. It was listed as "Guaranteed" to be here by Father's day. His father worked for the Canadian Pacific Railroad for 40 years, and I thought this watch would be the perfect gift. I'll number off the constant mishaps and errors from here.
1. Watch arrived a week after Father's Day despite being "Guaranteed" to arrive before.
2. The watch had been damaged. In fact, it looked like it had been taken out of the box and worn previously. Part of the watch face had come away and jammed under the second hand, rendering the watch inoperable. Various scratches on the watch. I surmise it was a return that was sent back out in error.
3. Used the enclosed return label and mailed the package back to BE. They do not pay for a tracking number on the return postage, so there is no way to track the return your package. Had I have known this I would have paid extra so i could watch it's return.
4. Call attempt #1: On hold for three hours with horrible muzac blaring in my ear. Gave up.
5. Call attempt #2: On hold for an hour and a half before someone picked up, said "Hello?" and immediately hung up.
6. Call attempt #3: After 55 minutes, someone finally answered. After a week and a half, the watch had not shown up. The customer service rep told me that I would have to wait for the watch to arrive at their depot before a refund could be processed.
7. Over the next month I called seven times, was able to get through two of those times, and was told each time that the watch had still not showed up at their depot warehouse. I pause here to add that the warehouse in question is here in the city that I live in.
8. After a month and a half, Bradford Exchange took another payment off my credit card. Waited another hour on hold before I spoke to an extremely rude customer rep who argued with me about the extra charge, before finally admitting it had been an error. Still could not issue a refund on the original payment because the watch still had not shown up. I demanded to speak to someone in a higher authority. She said she would put me on hold, then hung up on me.
9. After waiting 2 hours and 11 minutes, was able to get through today. Watch still has not arrived at warehouse. Cannot track the package because the tracking number provided on the shipping label was not paid for by BE. Only the basic shipping was covered.
At the 2 month mark, they agreed to refund my money. At this point I will have to wait and see if it happens or not.
DO NOT do business with this company. Once they have your money, it is next to impossible to get it refunded, or even have any action taken on it at all. Do yourself a favour and go somewhere else. You'll be happier in the long run.
I ordered the mickey mouse ornament back in April i just recieved it and looks nothing like the catalogue it is really disgusting service don't you check the items you sell.am also been waiting for the other mickey mouse one doesn't look like i will be getting it either
My order was "shipped" on June 24 and still not has arrived. The tracking order they have provided does not work and it seems that all I've been getting is the run around. Today is July 19th, they said my order would arrive on the 7th of JULY. Customer service is a joke... No one has answered my question yet.
I ordered a cheap reborn doll from them. I chose the option for 3 payments instead of 1. I noticed money kept coming out of my account, MORE than 3 times. I have a bad memory so I thought maybe I'm just seeing things. Until I get another package in the mail (after I already received my item). It was ANOTHER doll. I realized they stole my money and sent me another product that I did not want. I did NOT click on anything that indicated I was buying the whole collection of dolls! They did get back to me but they pretty much just told me I was paying for the whole collection and to send the doll back. I called my bank and had them blocked from taking any more money. I ended up giving the doll to my grandmother since they already took my money.
Turns out! The second doll wasnt even fully paid for! THEY SENT ME A PRODUCT THAT WASNT PAID FOR THAT I DIDNT PURCHASE. I just got a call from collections because I owe $65 on this stupid doll that I didnt even buy! (I will be paying btw... But I am NOT impressed!)
It's not hard to compare invoices and see that I was over charged. I'm getting no where with this company. Just give me my money back that I was over charged! I will not be ordering from them again. Very disappointed.
I bought a wedding set which stated it Seoul not discolor and now I have engraved wedding rings which are turning copper in color after only less then two years. So disappointed I have been buying for years other products and now for this to happen Im horrified
Will never order from this site again. Ordered crossbody bag on May 30 they said they shipped it on the 5th of June. It is now June 21st and I have not received my order. Customer service is no help it was as if they did not care. Said at first they could not refund my money but then said they would. Have not received my refund either.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
