Took 2 payments for 1 ornament got that back ornament came wasnt working so phoned to get replacement out of stock so ordered a different one that was £30 dearer so paid the extra, then phone up asking about it they didnt know and sent me back original payment but not the extra £30, worst service I have dealt with in a long time over an hour for to get to talk to someone phoned 4 times and now I've gave up
I placed an order for a leather jacket £309.00 on 2nd November 2020. I got an e, mail confirming my order, with 6 / 8 weeks. I waited 4 weeks and asked for an update on my order. I got a auto reply saying they will be in touch soon. No one replied to my e, mail instead they sent me an e, catalogue to place an order. I asked them again for the status of my order giving them my order number again. The reply was what is your name etc, I gave the information, They asked for this 3 times, I gave it 3 times., then nothing. I decided to send them a copy of the confirmation of my order they first sent to me, I sent this 3 times. They replied by saying "what is your name etc, In my opinion Braford Exchange must employ retired clowns. This nonsense is still going on 10th Dec 2020.
Bought a beautiful Kincaid tree just before Christmas in 2018. Only used during Christmas, mostly in the evening. When we started to insert batteries we noticed that something hot inside the tree had melted a hole in the casing. I called and they graciously offered to sell me another tree. Otherwise, "sorry we can't help you. Warranty has expired."
I have bought many items but this particular item is a new 3 foot Thomas Kinkaid rotating tree i ordered fed ex gave me a delivery date of 12-1 still hasn't arrived and we called the Bradford exchange and the manager said the tree is sold out they offered me another tree I told them no the tree was not out of stock when i ordered it how can it be out of stock wtf I have an order number for it and it was shipped to Nashua NH by fed ex and the trail went cold they are going to refund my money back i want the god dammed tree I will never order anything else from this company they have ruined my Christmas thanks not
I love to check out online jewellery sites for women's rings. Recently I ordered a ring from a site that seemed legitimate but now I wonder. The price I paid was $29. I later saw the exact same ring on Bradford Exchange selling for $129. Looking through the Bradford listings I realized I had seen many of their rings sold elsewhere for much less. I suspect I will never see my $29 ring or 2 others ordered from other sites that are also listed on Bradford. Not copycats - the pictures and descriptions are exactly the same. What's going on here? I dealt with Bradford Exchange twice in the past and know their rings are junk.
Long story, so the short version is if you want to order something read the FULL description and don't expect customer service to be much help if something does go wrong.
I ordered two calendars not realizing that they were part of a subscription/monthly payment plan. I do blame myself some, but in my defense their descriptions and pictures can be misleading (so read EVERYTHING). When I only received a piece of the calendar I realized the mistake and thought it would be easy enough to return it and cancel. WRONG. Customer service is a joke. They take forever to reply, their responses are vague, and sometimes they just straight up ignore some questions (not sure if this is on purpose or a language barrier issue?). Even after I asked to return the items, I still kept being billed monthly, and when we told the bank to stop authorizing them to take money, suddenly their customer service worked at lightning speed to send me bills in the mail. I did FINALLY get them to stop billing me and I sent back everything that I did receive. I've been given refunds for 2 out of 3 things that I sent back. I sent them all back on the same day and that was weeks ago, so I don't know if they're just hoping I won't notice the missing 75$? I emailed them again, but my expectations are so low at this point. It's all just been such a pain, the back and forth has been going on for months now (mostly due to their slow response time).
Silver blessings nativity set it's beautiful. The detail on each item is remarkable and the colors are so lovely. I got the subscription plan so everything was sent to me separately a few months apart. Within the year I had the entire nativity set. They are packaged very well and I am able to place each figurine back inIt's on compartment for storage. My set is 12 years old now and still just as beautiful as the day I got them
Bradford sent items I did not order (never heard of them before), bill me monthly for the worthless items, and now threaten me for not paying. Can't find a phone number to correct the matter. Crooked outfit, if I could put a negative value on this review I would, but one star is as low as I can go.
The crap they sell to mostly poor, uneducated people is horrible. I help a disabled lady pay her bills, because everything just confuses her. She keeps getting conned into this trash. 3 to 4 times the price. A cheap polyester hoodie that you could find at a discount store for $19.99 is $109 after all payments are made. I myself buy only Ralph Lauren products but this trashy company had the audacity to send me one of their low quality products, just because my name is on the online checks for the disabled persons account. Now I drive a mercedes benz sl550 and live in an exclusive neighborhood. I would not be caught dead in this trash. I will not send back nor will I keep it. I never ordered this **** and will never pay for it. It is not my place to take the time to request a return label and then go to drop it off somewhere. To be blunt, I make over $200 an hour so to take an hour out of my day to fix someone's dishonest business practices just don't add up. Stay clear of this company, trash anything they send you. To get back at them for sending relentless marking junk mail. Black out all your information with a sharpie and send the self addressed return post card to them. That way they will have to pay postage over and over until maybe they go out of business
It's a scam the product are not the same As the shopper they sent to the house The cost of this product is ridiculous And it's not even gold $150.00 dolars
Tried to get my elderly father off off the mailing list, because he is not handling his mail well and they gave me trouble. They asked if I had power of attorney. It's not like it's a medical issue. They asked if he was right there to get on the phone and give the okay. Well we see him on weekends and of course you can't call on the weekends.
Not sure about other products. I've only ordered a train set and holiday village. I had to exchange one item and the service was great. Got the item back quickly but that was a few years ago. I am continuing to order my products from them and so far so good. These two next items may come in late because of COVID but I totally understand that.
How do I sort out a missing order they have nt resonded to e mails and no one answers the phone
AVOID THIS COMPANY
If you insist on using them pay on c/card only
These people are running nothing more that a barely legit scam. They have (for instance) been billing me every month for over a year for an item I paid for in advance, and they will not stop sending me stuff as part of a subscription even though I have contacted them at least 6 times via phone and e-mail.
I have complained to the Federal Trade Commission at least twice and am on my way back to their website right now. The more complaints the FTC gets the more likely they are to act. I am also going to look for a law firm that handles class action lawsuits, as this company obviously targets older people and rips them off. They are worse Tham Publishers Clearing House eve was (and still is because they will send items you never ordered).,. Stay Away From the Bradfiord Exchange, Hamilton Exchange, Hawthorne Village-they are all part of the same company and will just steal your money.
They picture 3 lanterns TK Holiday together with a price of 69.99 under them. They shipped one... then you find out they are individual only. I order 4 bulbs in one order. The charge shipping on each item even though fur were ordered at the same time. They gouge on the shipping.
I am waiting 4 weeks and the order is not send yet. I payed $100 for my daughter birthday present and I'm not sure if the order will come. Disappointed
Absolute con placed an order in June have email several times no reply. Phoned only to be put on hold for over an hour each time with no one picking up the hold. I'd rather buy off of dodgy Dave on the street corner then get conned by these clowns
I bought a "Nightmare before Christmas" clock at the cost of £200 for my late husband. Even though it has only hung on the wall it has stopped playing music and lighting up. I have changed the batteries but it still doesn't work. Emailed Bradford Exchange asking for some help regarding the matter but they are refusing any help or advice. Quick enough to take your money then its bye bye customer.
The site is riddled with false advertising, the products are of garbage quality and it is impossible to reach them. This is fraud, avoid completely! They're one of those sites that prey on old people that don't know any better.
I wrote these people about being charged for a product I have not received. What a rip off! Don't order from these thieves.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
