Recently received one of the Disney tote bags. Paid $125 and the FAUX leather is breaking down. Only been used since 12/20. Bradford exchange is a ripoff.
I received my order expecting it to be quality product. The box had MADE IN CHINA stamped all over it. Not the quality I expected. I returned it.
They used my debit card to sign me up for a $14.95/mo "rewards club" that I did not knowingly agree to. I wasn't aware that this was going to come out of my account and it caused me a great deal of trouble!
Ordered 1 John Wayne coin, the price shown was 19.99 when I finally received the coin they charged a total of 38.96. It was cheap looking but I decided to keep it to avoid return hassle. I received another coin the next month so I called them after an hour I learned it was a collection and I wasn't notified at the time of
purchase. I cancelled the rest of the collection but still had to pay. I ended up paying 467.52. This company sales cheap junk for outrageous prices then tricks you into buying a 12 month collection that you didn't even want. Horrible Company! 1 star with BBB!
I ordered a Christmas gift on December 7 2020 and as of 28 Dec I haven't received the gift or information on the status of my shipment. The company doesn't provide shipment status or tracking numbers to track the order. I sent them 2 emails requesting shipment status, however they haven't replied. However, what they do great is charging your credit card the entire amount immediately. Last time I'll do business with Bradford Exchange.
To give my honest opinion, I was excited to have orderd the disney shoes for a friend for christmas and they were wonderful, fit perfect, and looks great. I then had issues with another purchase with the site not disclosing certain information about the FULL purchase and then contacted them on the phone and told me the whole total was $400. I was disappointed to say the least and canceled the purchase and got a refund. My second disappointment was that I ordered an Elvis hoodie for my daughter for Christmas and was done on Nov 30th and got a notice saying it'll be here Dec 24th. They didn't process my transaction until Dec 23... and said it woud be here Jan 12th. Very disappointing. I was still willing to wait, but because I sent an email asking why they just NOW processed this transaction, I was only met with a canceled ordered that I did NOT cancel and my money refunded. So my opinion is, just to proceed with cauntion. Write all transaction numbers down and names of employees when you call. At this point, this site is a hit or miss.
What I ordered did not look like the picture! The pic must have been edited to get you to try and by something but don't be fooled by the pictures - do your homework and check the reviews - this stuff is terrible. Had I not already told my daughter this is what she was getting I would have sent it back even after waiting a month to get it. DO NOT SHOP HERE
Ordered customized gift for granddaughter well in advance of Christmas and it DID NOT arrive. And no response to compliant email. It s all about the money with them!
Ordered item back on nov 21. Said it shipped nov 24. Customer service said they had to reorder. They didn't have any left. And wasn't gonna ship until feb 2. Rediculous
I ordered for Christmas a really nice airforce sign which has a hanging sign with a last name and hanging season sign. They only sent one piece of the package! I paid over$100 to purchase this for Christmas to give to my husband. Now that gift is incomplete. Customer service is closed right now. But you can bet they're not getting off easy. STEALING IS A CRIME. YOU TO MONEY AND DIDN'T DELIVER THE GOODS.
We purchased a train set and there was no power pack and so I requested for it They sent it after some time... after Christmas. So I was not able to use it that year. On the following Christmas, I tried to work on it and the engine was not powering up. There was light but it was not running. I called up and they said it was already beyond warranty. Yap my bad of not testing it but I could have tested it if there was a power pack. Very poor quality
I am so disappointed in 2 Thomas Kincaid Christmas decorations! Made in China and eyes aren't where the divot in sculpture is, black smudge on face, no ac adapter so had to buy one on top of the $300.00 I spent. The one piece looks like a ceramic shop down the road could make for $25.00! Thought this was a reputable company? Think again! They lost my business!
I couldn't place my order online, so I was forced to call it in. Called to place order over the phone; lousy service; customer service personnel seemed annoyed or inconvenienced at having to take my order. I had to ask about shipping, total amount, or even "Aren't you going to ask for the shipping address?" This was after she told me to have a nice day. Two weeks later, I received no email notification of the order, and had to call again. Turned out the order was never placed. Had to reorder over the phone. Probably should have left well enough alone... the next day I had fraudulent activity on my card. Not saying it was them, but seems highly suspicious! No one else had just acquired access to my information.
They send me coins which I have not ordered and there seems to be no way of stopping it.
Very, very disappointed - it seems also to be linked to Sainsbury's which I have used for years and would like to keep using - provided I get this scam cancelled.
Ordered an Nutcracker Egg... lools nothing like the picture on the website. No communication, no tracking number. Was not packed at all. Shipped in a Styrofoam encasing. No box.no nothing.

I am sorry to say that if you are paying for anything from Bradford that costs more than $25, then you WILL be disappointed. We had never shopped at the company before, but my wife found a snow globe that she really wanted for the holidays. We paid over $100 for it - yes, first mistake - and second we had to wait over a month to get it. I will not go into the customer service issues that most of the reviews are about (yes, it is horrible, as is their website and members' programs), but I will warn the public that ALL of their products are made in China as far as I can tell. They do NOT come in present-able packaging (eg, our $100+ snow globe was literally shipped in the same styrofoam container that it was packed in with a shipping label stuck to the outside and the "certificate of authenticity" - total joke - literally taped to the outside with a HUGE "Made in China" announced embossed into the styrofoam). All in all, shocking. Oh - and the snow globe was a "Thomas Kinkade" branded snow globe. Those familiar with the artist and his Kinkade-branded products would be appalled.
I ordered a Christmas decoration for my wife in mid-November. The item was never received. I was told that they could re-send the item and that I "might" receive the item by Christmas. The customer service person didn't get the whole idea of having the decoration for the Christmas season. Why get it just before Christmas to then pack it up and use it next year. It is not unreasonable to ask that an item is received within 30 to 40 days.
Stay clear if you want things delivered in a timely fashion, or even delivered at all.
The Bradford Exchange has been very honest, reputable and fair with me & and I love there merchandise! Some very unique and interesting items only to be found at the Bradford Exchange. They also have a the absolute best guarantee in the business & One year exchange or refund for any reason, how can you get better than that! The one improvement that I wish they would work on is with there Customer Service agents... some are super, and really want to help you... others act and talk like they have been woken Out of a deep Sleep when you try and ask for help. If they could improve on this just a little... you'd have a great company going to a Super company!
I been using Bradford for about 3 years and every time the service was bad. I order a product and it to arrived at my home on 12/10/2020 package never arrived and called customer service and I got some one who just has me hanging there and acted like she wasn't on the line so I had to speak again to see if they were on the line When she answer like she did not care and here it is today no package and I'm very upset I've done spent over 4000. 00 and this is totally unacceptable. Worst of the Worst. I do not recommmed this company to anyone!
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
