I purchased what I thought was a train set, but it ended up being a "subscription". For a little over $100, all they sent me was a small train engine. I didn't realize I had a "subscription" until an additional charge was on my bank account and I received another shipment. I was in communication with customer service, and I very clearly explained that I wasn't aware that I had signed up for a subscription, and to cancel it. Customer service assured me the subscription was cancelled, but they took a third payment out of my account and didn't send me anything this last time. I returned both the engine and the second package (which I didn't open and simply wrote "REFUSE" on the package) almost a month ago and still haven't received a refund. The company is refusing to acknowledge the third charge with no product sent to me. I am out a total of $170 with no guarantee that I will even receive a refund, and no guarantee that they won't continue to take money out of my account whenever they please.
We ordered an item from the Bradford exchange in November of 2020. They cashed our check quickly but have changed the shipping date 3 times so far. Now they say March of 2021. They are liars, don't buy from them. How do we get our money back?
This company will take your order, take your money, lie to you about the product and delivery, and then send you nothing. Hey are incredibly dishonest. Avoid doing business with them at all cost!
I ordered a birthday gift for my son they never sent the item after charging my card I spoke to them about it never being sent and they refused to refund finally I spoke to my bank and they refunded me and now 6 months after I've spoke to their "customer service" about them falsely charging me for something they never sent I get a debt collectors notice they sent this into collections. Absolute trash company.
Terrible Company, customer service and money fraud. Due to their ignorance and inability to properly receive and fulfill orders my orders and money are now both missing. Unfortunately no one within the company can give me any information on where either are. They give you the run around and you never speak to the same person twice. Upon my request of the information as to how I get in touch with Richard Thomas who is the director of this company no one seems to know how to or who this person even is. Refunded my money for returned merchandise, them cancelled return! Merchandise returned over 3 weeks ago.
Also, cheap products made in China.
They signed me up for a collectors edition unknowingly, when I ordered an item from their site. They continued to charge my card, and send items after I spent 2 hours on hold, just to tell them to stop. I had to cancel my card. They still harassed me about payments and even turned my account into a debt collection agency because I refused to pay for items I did not want. Still I was spammed with magazines trying to get me to buy more. I finally had to send a check marked "final payment" with other choice words so hopefully they get the hint. Totally not worth all the hassle for one Christmas gift.
Everything I've gotten from them has been overwhelmingly AWFUL! Save yourself! VERY EXPENSIVE for total GARBAGE!
I swear when they train their reps they just tell them to make up anything and everything to shut the customer up. I have called three times regarding a collection I purchased. I have cancelled my order, and guess what look there Bradford exchange has charged me AGAIN! They will not stop charging me! It's to the point that I now have to change my card number! They keep saying that I'm finishing paying off an item, but when I first contacted them I was told everything was paid off and there would be no charges. I have been told three different things by three different reps. They probably just keep sending me to their run around guy, because I have been upset when on the phone with them. We are living in terrible times, and how a company can feel good about themselves by screwing people is beyond me. I don't care to pay for something I have bought, but the fraudulent BS charges beyond that need to stop! To the bank I go for a new card!
VERY UPSET MY 22 YEAR OLD GRANDSON WAS KILLED IN ACCIDENT A WEEK PIROR TO MY ORDER. I ORDERED LOVING REMBERENCE LANTERN FOR MY DAUGHTER. PAID 109.99 TOTAL.
BRADFORD EXCHANGE BE A SHAMED!
I ordered a Kinkade snowglobe for my mom in November, was told to expect it early January (a little late but fine), then it changed to late January, and now it says end of February. I'm absolutely aghast that I was charged right away for this pricy item yet my order has not moved for months now. It is very difficult to even track the order to begin with as you need to create an account, I received no notice of the delay and only found out after logging in and checking periodically. I am contacting customer service and hoping to cancel but based on the other reviews I am unhopeful they will even respond.
Junk junk junk, poor customer service. They put a question mark in my name. They didn't care when I got in touch with them
I fell in love with the picture of the ring, so my husband bought it for me, I am very disappointed with it, the birthstones do not look like flowers, all bunched up and you can not read the names, looks like a toddler made the flowers
They bill you for things that you've already paid for in the statues Michael the angel the armor of God in the light of Jesus are made very cheap I am very dissatisfied with this company they're still sending me a bill for something I already paid for
As you can see from the picture they send cheap items. I it is not worth the money when i should of went to Kay's and was completely satisfied the first time. The shape isn't even the same. Please do not buy the one you love a gift from this cheap company.
I ordered the Nightmare Before Christmas snow globe. It arrived on time and we were amazed at the detail. Very beautiful. However, as soon as the 365 day warranty period was up everything started going wrong. The music wouldn't play. The bats won't fly around and it has grown some kind of skin creature inside the globe. Bradford will not do anything about it and this globe was almost $200. What a giant waste of money. This "collectable" is now worthless. Thanks for nothing. I will never order your garbage again and I will advise everyone I know not to either. This is a manufacturer defect and despite the 365 day warranty should be covered. Snow globes don't grow creatures inside.
My husband purchased this ring for me for Christmas.It was ordered in November and came December 29th. Also, it looks nothing like the picture. Thw center stone is huge and looks fake. I saw the same ring on Wish for 90 CENTS! Pretty disappointed. My husband is a wonderful guy with a heart of gold... he does not deserve to be taken advantage of.
My mentally challenged aunt got this despicable company's catalogue in the mail and bought me a model car for Christmas on behalf of my grandma. She paid the obscene sum of $100 and received a haphazardly painted hunk of plastic. This company targets people who don't understand how much things should cost and then offers no customer service when the item is inevitably defective or MUCH lower quality than anticipated. This company commits exploitation of mentally vulnerable populations.

I sent back all of my order for a full refund. They refunded me but have since charged me again for a product I no longer have.
The BRADFORD EXCHANGED BLOCKED MY OTHER PROFILE SO I CANT TELL YOU ABOUT HOW THEY'LL STEAL YOUR MONEY! PSA: DO NOT by any circumstances order anything from The Bradford Exchange. They have been siphoning money from our account & have been misleading regarding the issue from the beginning. They think it's normal to pay $363.90 for a tree that was advertised for $59.99! Look up reviews! They have 1 star with the BBB! They blocked me on Facebook when I tried to make it right.
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
