I returned a tk snowman that I received as a gift-the train was not running properly. I sent it in January-it is now April. They said I needed an account for them to look this up. I have tracking that they received and signed for it.
They will not send back my property.
THEY CAN NOT JUST KEEP MY PROPERTY AND TELL ME I AM OUT OF LUCK!
I would give this company less than one star if possable. The lost my purchase., said they shipped but tracking they provided didn't show shipped. Purchase was for daughters wedding. Ordered more than a month early. Now since they can't find my purchase they wanted me to give my credit card info so they could charge me for a second item. Said I could submit a claim in 30 days. I will never do buisness here again.

Past year I purchased 2 dog pendants, one sent to US to my friend, 1 yorkie I bought which was faulty!, returned & after several months got refunded, but they r again sending me letters that I owe them the same amount. I spent a lot for returning item. I told them I have post office receipt of sending them back the item, willing to send them the proof. Still they r asking for amount of £75.96+ £7.50 reminder charge.
I have rung every week for months to TALK to a person I have askedon the account when sent back to them to ring they keep sending over due accounts which I have tried to pay numerous times I would not recommend anybody to use this company
Don't even think of buying anything from this company. Their ads are misleading. I bought one coin - nowhere on the ad did it say I was getting a collection of coins. When I tried to cancel the order they kept charging my card. Numerous conversations with them on the phone. I sent back products at my expense. Customer service was unknowledgeable about how to solve the problem. Then they kept harassing me for money and telling me they were going to send me to collections for an outstanding charge of $24.15. It is amazing the level of incompetency. A totally aggravating experience. They prey on the consumers like vultures.
Horrible dealings with this business. Charged monthly for something not ordered. Rude customer service not once, but twice. The supervisors are just about as helpful as the horrid phone operators.
I ordered an cat ornament that was ok but not as big or nice as the picture. They use illustrations only in Canada so every thing looks so beautiful. I compared real pictures of bracelets I wanted to buy on Ebay and they were terrible. They also bombard you with advertising pictures of their stuff online.
I ordered a ring on thursday, changed my mind right away there is no option to cancel on the website. I emailed them on Thursday and Friday. Then I called on saturday and it said they were closed... So then I got an email back on sunday saying "it was to late to intercept it was already shipped." So then i followed up by email again. Tuesday with no response... Then on Wednesday I get an utomated email saying it was shipping so I called and was advised it was sent on tuesday, two days after i was told it was to late! I am furious just because this is the worse customer service experiance I have ever experienced. I feel like I am being ripped off, and lied to!
Received necklace pretty quick! It's beautiful, I can't wait for my granddaughter to see it when I visit her this spring. It just like they said. Gorgeous December birthstones with a diamond and her name engraved in the heart. Thank you so much! My brother used to always order from your company before he died; and never had a problem with anything he ordered!
My wife ordered a table lamp with 3 birds on the pedestal, advertised in The Smithsonian Magazine. Its official name is "Joyous Gathering Accent Lamp." It was ordered mid December of 2020 as a Christmas gift. It is now three months out, with no sign of our $195.00 purchase. We had previously been given a date of the first week in March for its already late arrival. A call today to "customer service" advised us that the item is "on back order", and that it "should" arrive by May 9th! We had been told the exact same script on our last call promising at that time, an early March delivery. When asked how an order made in December of last year could possibly take half a YEAR to arrive, it was simply repeated that it was "on back order." No other explanation. Maybe the lamp can be a Christmas gift for NEXT year?
My husband ordered checks and received them. Come to find out he was put on a "Brads Reward" program so his credit card was being charged every month without his knowledge. When he called the company they were very rude and even hung up on him. He then had to call his credit card company to dispute the charges. He spent over an hour on this problem on the phone. Not sure this is even settled! Don't order from them. The checks were $89.00! Rip off!
They did not disclose anywhere that the total train was going to cost $1,170,58. I would have never started to receive it. THIS IS A TOTAL SCAM! Will never buy anything again! Won't even give me a credit /write off the second piece. I have to send it back. Total Bull$#*!!
Do not purchase from this organization! They will enroll you in a $14.95 rewards program without your knowledge or consent. You will also ask to removed from their mailings lists until you call them. You can request through their email, but they will never action it. Their predatory practices were reported to the BBB. Buyer beware!
I ordered a very expensive birthday gift for my disabled daughter who lives in a different state, and paid for express shipping for the gift to arrive on her birthday. I very clearly put the shipping information as my daughters name and her address in Virginia. Just a couple of minutes after I placed the order, I received a confirmation email saying it was being shipped to me in Tennessee, so I reached out IMMEDIATELY (roughly 2-3 minutes after receiving the email) to let them know they made a mistake on the shipping address, and I once again gave them the correct shipping address in VA. I received an email today (2 days after placing order) saying it was shipped to the wrong address and to return it to them when I receive it and they will then credit my card so I can re-order again for it to be resolved in roughly 30 days. I called today and spoke with a supervisor (Jodi) who said there is nothing they can do. She didn't even apologize for what happened, even after acknowledging they made a mistake by shipping it to the wrong address. I WILL NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH YOU AGAIN AND I DO NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE ELSE DOES EITHER. I trusted you with a very special birthday occasion for my disabled daughter and you ruined it. You didn't even TRY to fix YOUR mistake. Shame on you Bradford Exchange!
Recently purchased and was shocked over how poor the quality was. The only thing missing was a made in China label which without a doubt is where it was made. As a Former Marine I am absolutely shocked they sold a product like this. Nothing like the pic, not even close. Even the certificate was junk! This is not the Bradford Exchange I know or grew up with. This company is most definitely heading in the same direction that Sears did. Again, I am absolutely shocked that a 75th Iconic Anniversary tribute honoring thousands killed and wounded defending our country was so cheaply made. If this is now their quality I'm done as a customer!
My mom ordered an item, they sent the wrong item. We retuned the item and then canceled the order, they continued to send items AND billing her credit card. Everything we received we returned AND cancelled her credit card to stop them from billing her (they continued to bill her for items that she did not purchase). This company is a vampire sucking the money from unsuspecting consumers. DO NOT BUY anything from Bradford Exchange!

I ordered one item advertised for $39.99. What arrived was not what was ordered and did not come with free shipping, instead I was billed $74.00. However, the worst part of dealing with this company is the DECEPTIVE billing practices. They enroll you in a subscription program that you do not consent to. After my initial purchase, I have been billed $37.00 a month, x 3. My initial purchase advertised for $39, has now cost nearly $200. When emailed to cancel, I was told they would continue to charge me. AVOID THIS SCAM AT ALL COSTS. Since I did not consent to recurring billing, I have no idea how long they will continue to charge me, but I've read other reviews that state people have been billed for up to 2 years.

I ordered checks online and was charged for extra things I was not aware of until I already ordered the checks. They will not cancel your order they said they are unable to heal. I emailed the company three times with no response. It took me three Days to get a hold of a human being in customer service. They were no help at all. I have to pay extra 16.65 for these checks. I have never paid this much for checks. I've been ripped off!
Don't order checks from them they are absolute junk. I had 20 books of checks that were misprinted they refuse to do anything about it. I had some checks get returned cause the account number they messed up on. When I called got told I'm out of luck but they were willing to discount checks for me im like are you guys on drugs they are such a joke they will scam you watch out every one
Answer: When a company this size, keeps your money and lies countless times, hours spent waiting and talking to employees and supervisors and report you for not paying when they have your money isn't a company I would recommend to anyone.
Answer: Hi Tina. Sorry for your crappy experience with The Bradford Exchange - I know the feeling. I would dispute the payment, but make sure you take pictures and be very descriptive of why the item was not as advertised. The Bradford Exchange is certainly NOT what they once were; their products used to be a much better quality than they are now.
