Having researched all the details about our Sony Bravia TV i. E. make, model, weight and reccommended bracket we entered the bracket number into the Brackets R Us website and duly ordered the reccommended alternative bracket.
On receiving the bracket the first thing we noticed was that detailed instructions consisted of 4 drawings. Still having my brother on hand, a gas fitter, we managed to interpret the drawings, however we identified that the place we intended to fit the bracket had a deep layer of plaster before reaching brick. Needless to say Brackets R Us only supplied normal wall plugs but we managed to overcome this problem and duly fixed the bracket to the wall. My bother noticed that the TV was facing slightly downwards so we used the tilt facility to correct this which required both of us as you have to use two spanners while one of you holds the TV in place.
Having finally fixed the bracket we noticed a few days later that the TV was facing downwards again and on inspection found the bracket had twisted with the weight.
I e-mailed Brackets R Us and over a week of ping-ponging e-mails and sending photographs identifying the problem I thought we were finally going to have the problem resolved. Not so, Brackets R Us having admitted that the bracket was not sturdy enough proceeded to reccommend a pricier bracket requiring me to send more money and return the original bracket in its box which I had already told them we no longer had. Furthermore they expected us to pay for the postage.
We have decided to buy local where we can discuss our requirements and have an actual person to reccommend the appropriate bracket and fixings.
Needless to say I would strongly reccommend you avoid using this company.

We have just brought a 32 inch flat screen and wanted a tilt and turn bracket - we went onto this website and found what we needed for just over £30.00 - bargain, The bracket was delivered within a couple of days in the evening by Yodel - nice small bracket very stylish - but then we found the supporting plate didn't fit so we emailed customer services and straight away they shipped out a replacement delivered within 48 hours. This company is brilliant and a breath of fresh air in this day and age! Service is refreshing and efficient.

I found Bracketsrus.co.uk through the search engine, Google. The website is so simple and easy to use. Basically, you filter the brackets by letting the website know what brand of TV you have and what size. It then selects the ones that are most suitable for your TV. You can even filter if you want a pivoting bracket, ultra slim flat-to-the-wall, corner bracket or levered brackets. At first I thought the prices were too good to be true. The delivery was fast and the product is spot on. Why pay at least £60-70 for a TV bracket from an electrical company when you can get the same bracket, if not a better one, from Bracketsrus.co.uk I have purchased three TV brackets from Bracketsrus.co.uk now and I've been happy with all of them. The instructions are very simply laid out and my TV's are still up on the walls! All in all a top company. As long as this company is running I'll be purchasing TV brackets from them for many years to come.

Ordered a bracket (easy) paid for it, then decide to upgrade, requested an upgrade (easy), then the problem happened

First delivery, I was out- my fault
2nd delivery 3 adults in house (work being done on house)- no physical visit, but courier says yes they did so i clearly must have been somewhere else, and so was everyone else.

After a week of chasing, i had to provide an alternative address, which i did, and then the product came.

Product is fine, but is the original order, not the £25 upgrade

So 2 weeks late and the wrong product, can not be bothered to tell them, as clearly i am mistaken, the bracket does tilt and swing, even though the professional TV fitter says it doesnt!
