I'm very pleased to say that my experience with Bracketsrus was first class. The website was easy to use which meant I could check, review and decide on which television bracket I should be using very easily. The site is well structured and it was so easy to find the right bracket for my flat screen 42 inch Samsung tv.
The really good news is that it arrived soon after my placing the order. The instructions were reasonably clear to understand and whilst I'm not a 'professional' tv bracket installer I found it easy to fit the bracket myself. I did have some help from my (very brainy) wife who made sure that I followed the instructions properly. (Anyone would think a man is not capable of reading instructions!) But, seriously, it was relatively straightforward to fit the bracket on the wall and my television now is safe and sound and doesn't look like it will ever fall off the wall.:-)
The bracket I chose is very strong indeed. The wall fixings are good and, so far, it has stood the test of time. I do occasionally push it back against the wall and the bracket can be a bit stiff to move, but I'm sure a bit of WD40 on the hinges will lubricate it so that I don't end up with arms like Arnold Schwarzenegger!
Overall I've had a very good buying experience from Bracketsrus and I would highly recommend them. They even wrote to me shortly after buying the bracket to check if everything was okay. Excellent service!
I selected a bracket from the Bracketsrus website and it arrived quickly in good order and at a good price. It was rather heavy (for a 55 inch TV) but it was easy to fix by drilling and plugging one hole in the wall, attaching the bracket to that, then using a spirit level, marking the remaining hole positions. An accurate spirit level is essential for this to get the wall plate truly horizontal. Now I have the option of moving the TV out from the wall and swivelling to any angle that I want. A brilliant piece of kit. Highly recommended.
The main thing I was after was a bracket that would be as flat to the wall as possible so the tv wouldn't stand off of the wall too far. This product did just that, it was simple and easy to fix and was delivered very quickly. Would defo recommend.
