Its obvious that the five star reviews are shills. I. e. By employees or professional reviewers not customers as the tone and wording are so similar. (Note that profile pictures of 5 star reviewers are mostly animals!). Believe the one star reviews and avoid this company at all costs. They are con men. The brackets are very poor quality. They send you the completely wrong item and keep saying it's not wrong and you've no chance of getting a refund. Should be called RacketsRus. I threw the brackets away as I wouldn't resell them as they were just very poor quality and would be dangerous if a tv was mounted using them. TAKE NOTE: DO NOT BUY FROM BRACKETSRUS, YOU WILL REGRET IT IF YOU DO!

I was looking for an unusually sized wall bracket for a Panasonic Plasma TV and the helpline were really helpful in providing measurements. I ordered at 5 pm and it still arrived next day! The wall mount came with a full pack if fittings, to cover all possibilities and is truly a very robust and well made unit. Superb all round, I would not hesitate to recommend and use again.
They sent the wrong brackets. I asked for a refund. Sent brackets back and they refunded me only partially as they clained the packaging was broken.

I bought two TV brackets for £45.00 each and they were billed as having a RRP of £94.99 each which is absolutely ridiculous. When they arrived I was immediately disappointed as they were clearly bargain basement and not as advertised. I had to fit them as the customer was ready for their televisions to be mounted. After fixing the bracket to the wall and attaching the TV it was clear that the bracket couldn't hold the weight of the TV in a horizontal position and was a total waste of time. I went to my local shop and bought a much better pair of brackets for £29.99 each. When I complained to 'BracketsRUs they didn't want to know and I was left feeling completely ripped off. I am an experienced electrical engineer and it is clear to me that this company is mis-representing the quality and RRP of the brackets they are selling, and my advice would be to steer clear of this outfit altogether.
