I've called repeatedly for the information concerning my tickets that were to be delivered today. I've been hung up on4 times. They are not helpful at all. They informed me I need to send an email they are not taking calls for online orders. The event is December 18th, and I still haven't heard from anyone.

AWFUL

I have worked in customer service/quality Assurance for 16 years. If my agents treated someone the way I have been repeatedly treated, they would have been terminated. I was referred to them by the company I purchased tickets from. They refused to let me speak and repeatedly hung up on me. I CANNOT say enough how rude they were!@@@@@

To my regret I purchased tickets from this website without checking other ticket sales websites. Service fees are ridiculous, a delivery fee for email delivery is basically unfathomable. Could not apply an offered discount because there was nowhere in checkout to do so. Don't get actual seat assignment until tickets are emailed. My bad... I got in a hurry but I will never do business with these people again. Actual tickets I received came from Ticketmaster btw. Lesson learned, always check with multiple ticket sales companies you know and trust before clicking "pay now". I did get courteous assistance when I called but they could do nothing once I had paid.

Bad place to order tickets website makes it easy to default back to times and dates. Ordered 2 tickets the website defaulted back to the start time of 11 am showing. Originally wanted 7 pm when I called them the customer service guy said order was done on line I would have to use email to try to get time changed and said good luck. I said what does that mean he said once ticket is placed if I didn't pay the insurance I would be screwed. I said what? Haha he said good luck. What a jerk be warned this is a scam if you don't do it right the best thing is to order somewhere else. Do yourself the favor

Worst place ever!

Box Office Ticket Sales- November 1st we purchased tickets for Charlotte Hornets vs Memphis Grizzly at Fed Ex Forum for event date on 11/10/2021 in the amount of $1,098.92. The sales rep sent tickets to Charlotte Hornets vs Memphis Grizzly in Charlotte, NC. We received a notification email to accept the tickets on 1st saying to accept tickets. When we got a chance to download the app we noticed it was the wrong date and location. We called on Nov. 5th and Nov. 6th in regards to the mistake. We us been frustrated that this happened we let them know we were disappointed. Each representative was rude, disrespectful, and over talking me and my husband ( Rickie Braden) when we were trying to explain our concern. I ( Candace Hunter) made the call on today 11/06 to inform a manager of our concern and to get this resolved quickly. I spoke with Jessica ( in the Nebraska office) - she stated it will take 24 to 48 hours to listen to call. She was very rude, yelling on the call, and over talking me every time I asked a question. I tried get understanding of what the procedure was because it was not explained to my husband ( Rickie Braden) on November 5th. The conversation was so disrespectful that at the end I lost it! After this experience we will never purchase from this company again. We are requesting a refund and for the employee to be reprimanded for their rude behavior. I can't imagine customers having issues and being talk to like this!

Total scam

I spent $1200+ to buy 4 tickets to take my niece to Frozen in Minneapolis. No tickets were ever sent. I can't believe I fell for this scam. Embarrassed actually. Buyers make sure you are buying directly from the theatre. They also charged far more than the most expensive seats. Again, I'm embarrassed I fell for it.

I Purchased a Wheelchair Accessible Seat for my Sister who is Paralyzed! Also Purchased 3 Regular Seats from Broadway.Com to accompany my Sister & See Diana the Musical! However these are preview seats! Being that the Show Received Terrible Reviews and may not even Open! I had absolutely no problem getting a Refund from Broadway.Com for the 3 Regular Seats! Tried Calling Box Office Tickets to request a refund for my Sisters Wheelchair Accessible Seat because She cannot go by herself! They Totally Refused to cancel her Wheelchair Seat under Any Circumstances! Were Rude and Condescending! Do not ever USE this Company to Purchase Tickets! Use a Well Known Ticket Company like Broadway.com! A Reputable Company! Never Use these people! BEWARE

I called to inquire if they offered a "military discount" for a show a Mandalay Bay. I called on October 6,2021 around 5:50pm. The representative YELLED that they were not affiliated and do not offer. And when I said you can lower your voice he repeated it louder. Adding Ma'am at the end made it polite, yeah right. 35 years in the Military protecting all rights. You ask a simple question. If you don't like your job working with the public the do something to better yourself!

Rude customer service

I had tried to ask how they will ensure I get VIP tickets and was provided the response 'it doesn't matter how we'll get it to you and how we get the tickets. Now, will you buy $3000 ticket? If not, I have other people to get to' and hung up the phone. Nice.

Bought tickets 2 weeks prior, was told I'd have them 24 hours in advance. Was on hold for an hour and a half 3 hours before showtime when someone assured me I'd have the 4 tickets prior to showtime. 5 mins before showtime I received only 2 tickets, had to purchase 2 more at the box office. Can't wait to see how this refund experience pans out! And now this site wants me to open a third account just to warn people!

Scam!

I'm in the process of disputing my pending charge for $509.41 for comedy tickets because I thought I was calling and booking directly through the venue due to the company name being "Box Office Ticket Sales." After reading through multiple negative reviews, I discovered that they're a third party company. I found the Straz Center website and was able to secure two balcony tickets for $126 (even better than what they were offering). According to the other reviews, this company is a scam. Some customers never even received their tickets! They should be ashamed of themselves, overcharging people and not delivering as promised. My credit card company will be in contact with them on Monday. I called and spoke to customer service in which the lady replied, "when you're on hold, you're advised you aren't calling the venue directly." Are you kidding me? I was never placed on hold throughout the call! Box Office Ticket Sales is refusing to issue a refund. I'm not sure how these people sleep at night, charging five times the face value of tickets and impersonating venues directly! Total con artists! Stay FAR away from them!

RIP OFF

I wanted to buy tickets for concert at Ryman Auditorium, and accidentally stumbled on first listing on Google for Box office com. Tickets seemed high, but said likely to sell out so I bought them. Service charge was an addition $ 22 a ticket at checkout total for tickets I checked in Section 3 Row M near center were $ 206. When tickets arrived they were in Section 7 Row V under an overhang way off center., NOT what I ordered.
In addition one of the acts was cancelled at the last minute that we were our top priority
Our friends were offered refund by Ticketmaster because of this, which we were not able to get, in addition to bait and switch overpriced tickets.
BEWARE of this site!

Screwed for a moment

I ordered nine tickets eight days before the game and they told me I would receive them on the 14th a day before the game I ordered a limousine I was taking nine of us all family members to the White Sox Yankees game only to not receive the tickets worth $667. Thankfully credit card service took over for me since I had it on their card and they got my money put back on my card…. I took a snapshot of my email from them to confirm it so I got proof I'll never use these guys ever again they didn't even let me know the tickets weren't coming they never did anything for me

I bought two tickets to a Hollywood Bowl event a way over face value. A few days later, the company emailed me to tell me those tix weren't available but they were going to give me others. They marked the email URGENT, telling me to email or call them. I got no response to my email; I called, waited on hold for one hour (before hanging up), and will now get my credit card company. NEVER EVER use this company! I even wonder if they could be a criminal enterprise.
