If I could give less than one star for the rating, I would do that. This is a ripoff company and I am so disappointed that I did not check their reviews BEFORE purchasing from them. I don't think anyone EVER purchases tickets from them more than once. They add fees AFTER you click to purchase and then they will tell you if you try to contact them that all sales are final(It pops up in a notice, not from a person.) When you redeem your tickets since you can't get a refund for them anyway, it takes you to Ticketmaster site for the tickets. So they upcharge from these other sites. Use Ticketmaster or Vivid Seats directly. I was very happy with these other sites. Paypal would not review my case to back me up. I paid an extra $63.14 for these 2 tickets. They were good seats but that is all I can say good about the experience. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!
Ordered tickets in Dec for a concert in March called numerous times because I hadn't received my tickets they assured me I would get them. An hour before the concert started they told me I was getting a refund because they couldn't give me my tickets a two hour drive to get to the venue and they screwed me over large absolutely the worst ticket company ever.
My Friends and I paid six (06) tickets for a concert to see Gilberto Santa Rosa, suddenly, this March one week before the concert this BOXOFFICETICKET sent to us an email RESCHEDULING WITHOUT ANY REASON to almost the end of the year WITH NOT OPTION TO GET OUR MONEY BACK, we try to call them and from the beginning HAS BEEN REALLY PAINFUL, finally a computer said they will call Us and was me the one who received the call, a Person Call Sam, tried to induce me to keep the tickets and the option to get our money back is; "we must to sell the tickets by ourselves"! Why?, Suffice to say Last call, AFTER 90 PLUS MINUTES WITH WAITING TIMES SIMPLY THREW A THREATENED saying she will hang on the phone and then she did it... REALLY MISERABLE EXPERIENCE AND THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER
I purchased tickets for Jojo siwa for my daughter in 2019 Christmas gift and concert got canceled due to COVID and won't refund the 359.00 I was calling messages left emails and finally get a response in 2021 saying I can't have a refund and has to be used with in 1 year the amount I paid. I don't do concerts this was just a gift for my 5 year old daughter. Worst service ever and out that money now. We have tried emailing phone calls and sending certified letters to the place along with Jojo and no one will respond back.
I call them and call them know that I didn't receive them and they said they couldn't help me. That I need to go online. I went online and there was no option for me to Tracy my ticket. They are so unprofessional.

Ticket master's site was temporarily down so we used your site because we knew the show was going to sell out fast. But after a few minutes of buying from your site, ticket master was back up. We checked the price and for the same event, we paid $300 more from your site for seats that are not nearly as good. It seems that the tickets I purchased are actually from a third party but I am not sure about that. If I could return or cancel the tickets I would. I even bought the insurance but it's no good to me because I don't have a legit reason to use the insurance for reimbursement.
So, now I am trying to sell the tickets using tickettocash.com (but my listing is still pending after 24 hours and that is really frustrating!) which I think is a partner site with you. So, BOTS will probably make even more money off me IF I can sell the tickets.
None of this is anyone's fault but my own but somehow I feel deceived and taken advantage of. I will be telling anyone who asks me to not use your service because I feel the buyer's best interest is not of any concern. If I could turn the clock back 36 hours I would tell myself to not make this purchase.

To leave a lengthy review would be both a large waste of my time and the readers time, but here is the gist: This company and their customer service "employees" are complete frauds. I ordered concert tickets 4 months in advance and never received them. On top of that, I was hung up on several times by their smug customer service who look for any reason to do so (I was never hostile with them nor did I even raised my voice, even when it was the DAY OF the show and I still had not received any tickets). They have shady phone call handlers that claim they cannot help you and direct you to an email hotline that will not respond (believe me I sent several emails). Bottom line, their official website's reviews are clearly hand selected and not an accurate representation of this company or their service what so ever. I was finally left with no option but to purchase last minute tickets on TicketMaster 2 hours before the show because it was a Christmas gift to my wife therefore I was determined to go. Oh and by the way the tickets I purchased 2 hours before the sold out show were half the price as what I got them for 3 months earlier from Box Office Ticket Sales, complete joke of a company.
A band that I know sells out quickly had tickets go on sale. When their tickets went on sale, the Ticket Master website crashed. I was refreshing the site for hours and it never came back up so I thought I wasn't going to be able to get tickets. I looked elsewhere to find tickets and I found Box Office Ticket Sales. I was able to pick my section and row, and their website looked legit. After purchasing my tickets, the Ticket Master website eventually came back up and I found out that I paid 300% more than what they were worth. Box Office apparently takes advantage of people when the Ticket Master website crashes and they jack up their prices.
After a very painful process and less than 24 hours before the show, I did end up getting my tickets, in the section and row I picked, so I'll give them credit for that. However, the person I was sitting next to had a very interesting story for me. A couple of his friends backed out on him at the last second and he had to sell two of his tickets back to Ticket Master. He handed me the paper tickets for my seats and he had never heard of this Box Office Ticket Sales place.
I paid for two tickets five months before his friends decided to back out on him. What would have happened if they could've made it to the show? I would have been without tickets, because this Box Office Ticket Sales place doesn't actually HAVE any tickets, they just resell them.
DO NOT use this website under any circumstances. There is a very good chance you'll end up missing the show you wanted to see.
Ok. I purchased 2 tix to a sports event on February 2020. Then pandemic hit! After a year of them telling me, we are waiting to see what happens with the pandemic, and they can't do anything until it's permanently cancelled. It was cancelled, no fault of my own. Called and asked several times and just gave me bs answers. It's 2 years later and still fighting for refund. They give you a credit. Their prices are a joke too. You'll wound up spending more than the credit. Now I'm going to report them to BBB. Also contacted a lawyer. Because at this point it's not about the money. PLEASE DON'T BY TIX FROM THIS PLACE. I wish I could have given it -0!

This company is a joke and buyer beware…worst customer service ever. They will not even try and work with you. I purchased tickets…agent neglected to inform me of Covid restrictions…. Yet they will not refund my money. Very agruementive…nasty …. And very misleading.
I spoke to Chris on the phone. When I asked if this was Madlife ticket sales he said yes. He told me the concert I was looking at was almost sold out. I panicked because it was my friend's 50th. I purchased 12 tickets and found out the next day that this was a third party. They jacked up the price $50 per ticket and when I asked for a refund they refused.
Don't purchase from this site. There tickets are 3 time the value of the tickets. I brought my tickets from them thinking they were Thomas mack center. The person on the phone never said they were not. Called to get a refund with the concert being 2 months away and was told they don't do refunds. They read me back the recording from the call and still not once did the lady say she was not with Thomas and Mack. They tickets they sold me where priced at $20 and they sold them to me for $87.50. Way above value.
Ordered tickets for a broadway show. When we received the tickets it was for the wrong date and time. After several attempts, and very rude people, I received an email stating no refunds, even though they sent the wrong tickets. It truly was a horrific experience for us.
Our group was sold tickets they did not have at double the price then we were reimbursed. Now the week of the show we got charged again and sent fraud tickets. You can't get the barcode to resell on other sites either. Also can't get customer service response. Absolutely terrible company and should not be in business. Would give a zero star rating if that was possible.

I made a mistake using this company which I thought was the venue. I bought 2 tickets for a show in Boston. The total came to $375 and I was a stupid for following what they were saying during the transaction and got sucked in. Later after thinking about it I got a bad feeling that I was taken. The. Venue didn't even have my name and phone number so I thought it was fraud. My credit card company did a investigation and took their side. I recently spoke to the venue
And they have name all messed up and a cell number that isn't even mine now this what this company did to me. I have to call the venue again and to see if I they will allow me in. I had talked to customer service at the company twice once to see if I could get a refund and the answer was no
Then I asked how I would get my tickets and she said some that they would send them to me by email and I would have to use a application to get them on my phone. That seemed fraudulent to me. The venue also said that they don't accept 3rd party tickets. The 2 times that I have called this company they were rude the last time was a man who yelled at me. So I will tell everyone that I know heck I'll even tell strangers about how horrible this company is and all about my experience. Now I'm going to call them and tear them a new one along with my credit card company. Shame on them but I've been nieve.
They pay for the ad to pop up, claiming they have all these great reviews (which are all from one sketchy source at the same time, aka not real people) and then UNBELIEVABLY RUDE on the phone. The guy on the phone told me the cheapest prices available for a a show was $70. I said okay well the venue website says tickets start at $38.50 and he said "if you want the cheap seats then you can go through them, we are a third party seller only" then I tried asking another question, he cut me off and said "call us back when you're ready to buy tickets " and hung up on me
Beware, the representative I spoke with spoke rapidly and mumbled! I had no idea what was going on! The tickets ARE VERY OVERPRICED. BUY ELSEWHERE. I tried to deal with customer service, what a mess! I was spoken to RUDELY AND UNHELPFUL. SAVE YOUR $ LOOK ON OTHER SITES THEY TOOK ALMOST $400 for what should've been at least $100 LESS! I repeat BEWARE!
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
