Bought tickets for a concert in 2021 for $700.00 FOR A CONCERT in 2022. Never received any communication back, what-so-ever. Called "customer service" three times to inquire about tickets since the event is 3 days away. ABSOLUTELY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, LOUD AND YELLING! TOTAL JERKS! BEWARE!
I purchased tickets in 12/2/19 then COVID hit and my concert was post postponed which I was fine with happening. The problem was that box office tickets transferred my tickets to another franchise for me to gain access for those tickets and I never was updated on this transfer. The date got changed again. Now coming down to the last 2 weeks before the concert and still unable to get access to my actual tickets that were supposedly transferred 2 years ago. Trying to get a hold of a person at box office to help with the problem is a nightmare. They are great at taking your money but then not following through.
When I called this number I thought I was calling Pgh Pirate Box office, I am a senior citizen. They were very vague when I tried to ask questions and pressured me into buying tickets which were 3 times the value if I would have purchased them at the game. I really did not understand they were a third party just ripping elderly people off. Contacted customer service. Very poor customer service! No satisfaction. I am disputing this charge with my credit card company.

They bait you and their website is a scam. I did speak to a supervisor and they are just awful. They lie about their services to get you to agree but they don't deliver the correct information. You can tell they are use to dealing with unsatisfied customers. Do yourself a favor and do not use this website.
I purchased 2 tickets for" Hamilton" which cost over $400 which I never received. It was so upsetting and we had to purchase another set of tickets just so we can see the play.We traveled over 3 hours and spend money on a hotel as well all the texts, phone call were only recordings came on. After we came home and contacted them they e-mailed the supposed tranfer of the tickets which we did not receive. I am wondering why this e-mail showed up but not the first one? Buyer be aware when thinking about buying from this company. I learned my lesson after loosing over $400.
I booked tickets for a SD padres game for myself and my daughter on. I never received the email ticket transfer from Ticketmaster, like box office tickets said I would, when I called their office they were closed. The next morning I received the WORST customer service from Josh. He said I didn't follow the simple instructions and I was the only one to blame. When I said I never received the ticket transfer he said I should have checked my
Junk e-mail, which I did. No tickets. He was cocky, rude and arrogant, he was the highest person that I would ever speak to and kept repeating that I would never get a refund. I am so appalled by this service and customer service. DO NOT USE THEM.
I was directed to this website trying to buy tickets to hear the music of Queen presented by the Jacksonville Symphony Orchestra. It booted me off and then directed me to its website. I have tried repeatedly to get by money back via email and twice directed to a very rude lady who said that they weren't affiliated with Box Office Ticket Sales and would not even listen and just hung up on me! I called her at the number that was provided. To make it worse all sales are final, no refunds! I am out almost $180.00! I should have just got out when I saw how much I was paying and then the service fee! Deceptive practice. Non answers on email! Complaining to the BBB to see if anything can be done.
They sold me tickets twice what I could have got them off website. I immediately called back and they said Customer service would call me and they never did. I have not received tickets either. UGH!
Bottom Line... these guys suck! Bought tickets on line for Sox, still had not received them in the second inning. They then explained the original tickets were now unavailable but wanted me to take seats in another section. They apologized for the ridiculous amount of time they had already wasted but explained this was due to the original seats now being unavailable. I explained I was no longer interested and could we just cancel the order and get a refund, which they explained was acceptable but may take 7 days to see refund. REALITY - they are NOT honoring the refund. PURELY SCAM ARTISTS! Go the TicketMaster.

I paid $580 for four tickets to two Arizona Diamondbacks games May 13 and 14. I only received tickets for the 13th. I called on the 14th to say I had not received my tickets and got no answer. I went to the ballpark and did what I should have done in the first place and bought at the ticket window. I called Box Office on a Monday and at least got my phone call answered, but customer service denied my request for redress. The operator said that my tickets were sent by her records and the office telephone is answered on Saturdays at the time I called. My advice is to avoid this outfit, use the ballpark ticket window and and avoid secondary vendors whenever possible.
Purchased tickets, never received, day of show they try to tell me event cancelled, 100 percent false. After an hour on phone they tell me dont have tics ipurchased and can offer me other tix, but they are worst seats in house! Clearly, i declined. Eventually got a refund. Went online again 5 minutes later to diff sight got great tix for $150 less!
Not even 1 star. An absolute scam. Purchased tickets to a concert that eventually was cancelled due to covid. On their website it states that in the event that your event is cancelled you will receive a full refund. After multiple emails and calls I have been told that they changed their policy and will give nobody a refund.
I have never dealt with a more unprofessional "company". Their "sales reps" are beyond disrespectful and will hang up on you. Im completely baffled as to how this "company" still exists.
Purchase your tickets anywhere else. This is a scam.

Josh and his team are rude, and straight up criminals. Take your money and run. Send BS tickets in the form of a PDF which isn't acceptable for venues as a ticket option. Transferred the mobile tickets and sold them to someone else. Caution - they will triple the price and run with the money. "Tickets" are not sent unless you ask for them.
I ordered tickets totalling over 900 dollars, as of todays date have not received. I continue to get the error Oops there is a snag. I try to reach out to this establisment but you have a hard time speaking with someone and once you do, NO HELP. I'm very dissappointed overall and out done with their lack of customer service. I have to pay for something I never received and I really wanted to attend this Mothers day event Mary J Blidge. I will never refer or use this sight again
My husband and I bought tickets for a concert from this reseller and not Ticketmaster directly. We arrived at the venue and before we got to our seats my husband had a medical emergency and was transported by ambulance to the closest emergency room where he was treated. We never saw the concert. The venues administration checked with Ticketmaster, and since we bought from a reseller there was nothing they could do to refund. We contacted the reseller with no luck of refund. I know it was our choice to purchase from a reseller, but hoped they would be more understanding and compassionate of a emergency situation, with documentation. They were not! All sales final and no refund. It's all about the almighty dollar We won't do that again and just wanted to warn others of this.
After spending more than $ 500.00 on tickets, my concert was postponed twice in two years due to covid. Today the concert has been permantely cancelled due to equipment problems. BoxOffice Sales REFUSES to offer me a refund and only a voucher for some future show TBD. ( see screenshot promising refund for CANCELLED shows) This is clearly theft of services and potential wire fraud.

Purchased two tickets to Morgan Wallen in Nashville, travelled from Ontario. Getting on plane I injured my knee, and fell. I could not walk after this. The Airport staff was able to place me in a wheelchair, the Taxi and hotel staff were very helpful and compassionate. Overnight my leg got worse and we had to book an earlier flight home. I am still usable to walk. I request a refund on my tickets and there response was, no. Great customer service. All of this has been incredibly depressing and trying. No compassion, no explanation, nothing!
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
