If you want to be ripped off and not get the tickets you ordered. This is the site for you. I did not get Tyne tickets I requested. Instead I got tickets in a much higher section with a much lower ticket face value. They charge me over 300% of the face value.
BUYER BEWARE! Very confusing "look like the box office" marketing, sales, and step by confirmed step in their favor in order for you to buy their tickets. They position their questioning and information sharing so you are locked. Pertinent information is left out until you have purchased. Suggest you will have your ticket electronically but don't state until after you purchase that you will not have them until 48 hours before the event. Anything wrong then you are stuck. You can feel the pressure and will wish you had hung up. Customer service and tier level management yell, scream and belittle you for being so stupid as to purchase tickets from them. They are right. Then you get a lecture about how much you should have known about them before calling. Right again. When you get your receipt, you have no information about the seats they promised you just a general row. You won't get your tickets until 48 hours before (for me it's 3 months) and you have no recourse. My mistake for not making sure before I phoned. No announcement of the company and this being a ticket reseller. Too laaaaaaate. I truly IS your fault.
2 x $13 tickets for a documentary end up costing $46. WTF
9.95 delivery fee each for a $13 dollar ticket.
My butts still hurting from this
I made the mistake of using this service and now paying the price of not going directly to the venue site. Now I'm stuck with poor seats and can't resale. Also poor customer service as they directed me to read the fine print. My bad but never again use these guys.
I was foolish. I clicked buy. I paid $150 for a $50 ticket not a pop concert but at a symphony! Never use!
Spent $1800 on 3 tickets to see the Foo Fighters in Pelham Alabama and the tickets were electronically rejected at the gate. Called Box Office Ticket sales and got no help! Asked for a refund and I am still waiting!
Needless to say we didn't see the Foo Fighters! I had my grandson with me and it was suppose to be his first concert, he was heart broken!
So I just went to Kevin Hart show last night. I was absolutely terrified after reading reviews…not only did I get my tickets two days prior as they stated, I also got upgraded to front row seats. Any time I had a question or was having extreme anxiety about the purchase being fraudulent, they responded immediately via chat and email as well to reassure me my tickets were legit. We had an absolute blast. The only crappy part was having anxiety after reading all of the crappy reviews. The best part of it all was scoring front row seats for 175 a piece (which were initially being sold at 400+ per ticket)
We purchased tix for event in Nashville, the seller shipped them to NY! Hours spent on email, because their phone never worked, got nothing accomplished they were supposed to have them reverted to Nashville. We are praying we can get some resolution at the actual box office of the venue.
I got billed. But, never received the tickets I ordered. When I actually got a hold of someone they did not give answers or solutions. I honestly do not know if this place is real. I got over $400 stolen from me.
Bought tickets in February! Still havnt received them! Was told venue hadnt release tickets yet! Lie 1, Then they said its up to person who pwns tickets to release! Lie 2, They will not contact ticket holder btw! Ive used they guys by accident! Never use them! Stubhub or anyone else is better than thos trash company
Beware. They scalped me not only for the price of the ticket but also for the service fee (which was approximately $57) and also a $9 and change delivery fee. But what service are they providing when they don't give you your tickets right away. And why the delivery fee when they promise to get your tickets the day before the event. Usually when something is delivered that late, It's free. I have yet to attend the event so this isn't a complete review but the experience is relevant enough to share
Buyer beware when it comes to buying tickets from these morons. They send physical tickets to your address. They shipped out tickets today through FedEx who are known to delay packages all the time. They don't even overnight them. They sent them 2 day air which will arrive sometime Thursday in Mississippi which is the day we are flying out to Las Vegas. I have no idea why they do not send the tickets out electronically like every other service like theirs. It is absolutely ridiculous and will likely be missing this show because of these morons.
I bought tickets thinking I was getting good seats. When I got them, they were not the seats I asked to purchase. They wouldn't take this into consideration, even though I contacted them within the first hour after purchase and the event was 2 months in the future - no refund or even switch of tickets. They also charged more than double what the tickets were worth. Do not use this site.
I had spent $400.00 dollars for tickets for Feb. 18,2023 to see Riverdance. It was our 20th wedding anniversary gift to each other. Unfortunately on that day my father suffered a heart attack and passed away. We were not able to make it to Riverdance. I called to ask for either a refund or a credit and the SUPERVISOR has the balls to tell me that I had the opportunity to sell the tickets before the performance. SERIOUSLY! He had a heart attached and died on the 18th! This was NOT planned! Heartless people! Hope someone shows them the same compassion they showed me! KARMA will get you! SHAME ON YOU AND YOUR COMPANY!
I wanted to purchase some last minute tickets for the Utah Symphony on 4/8/23. They charged me over twice the face value of the tickets and then added an additional 25% per ticket for "administrative costs." Simply absurd! I would urge the use of other ticket providers.
Definitely don't deserve one star. I wish I would've read the reviews. I called the venues box office, and was somehow rerouted to boxofficeticketsales.com. It's part of their scam. Then, when I realized I was not talking to the venue, he told me that they work with the venue because they're too busy right now, and that the box office wasn't open because they were too inundated with business, that they had lost a lot of employees during Covid and I had to work with them. The guy kept talking really quickly, which was a huge red flag. I don't know what I was thinking. He was preying on me, knowing that I wanted to get tickets for something before it sold out. They have clearly been trained to do this. It was textbook 101. I can't believe I fell for it. He told me I had to hurry because they were selling out fast and I asked what are the best tickets in my price range? He told me the tickets I was buying were three sections back on the floor. As soon as I got off the phone, I looked up those tickets and they were six sections back, not on the floor. The seats that I wanted were available, in my price range through Ticketmaster. I should've listened to my gut because he kept telling me it was selling out and I was running out of time. He got me and now I'm having to go through the Better Business Bureau and my bank to deal with them lying to me to get me to buy those tickets. I would never have paid that price to get tickets that far away and off the floor! Also, there was $215 worth of "additional expenses" and $9 for shipping added onto my two tickets. There is no shipping and I was told that they won't email me my tickets for nine months, so I don't even know if they are legitimate.
I know for a fact I did not even go to their site. I went to the venue holding the concert and there must have been a banner or ad or something on there I accidentally clicked on and all of a sudden I'm getting notified of my $249 for (2) seats in a small Arlington, TX theatre when the venue was selling them for $50. This was for a July show and nothing was even close to being sold out - even now 2 months later (april) those seats are still available. Why would anyone use a 3rd party seller like them when the seats are available for a 1/4 the price from the venue? They are somehow either hacking into websites or some other sinister way of getting sales. DO NOT USE THEIR SERVICES. Even if you do need 3rd party tickets, use one that operates with scruples. I can understand now why they chose the name they did - I'm sure others were confused when they saw {Box Office Ticket Sales} on their web page, thinking it was the venue's hot link for ticket sales. Note that NOTHING was sent to me with the price I paid on it...I only knew the price charged when I looked on my credit card statement! One more thing - I received several responses after I disputed the charges, NOT ONE of them was an american name - none. This is an out of country group of shysters! BEWARE! I cannot show what was charged without attaching a cc statement. Im not putting that on the internet. I repeatedly tried to upload a picture of their confirmation email, but this review site kept giving me an error message.
I bought tickets or so I thought for a concert 4-7-23 at the Heritage Banking Center in Cincinnati to see Kem/Ledisi only to find after contacting the venue that no record of me existed.
I pray that they are dealt with severely
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
Answer: Scam They lie You will never see your money again.
