Arrived at venue box office to scan tickets for the show and found that there were no tickets. They had sent two sets of tickets for different show. We had to purchase tickets on the spot to see the show. Contacted BOTS and they refused a refund, stating that they had retracted the tickets and sent us an e-mail stating so. We never received this notice. They said that our complaint was irrelevant and hung up on me. As noted in many complaints, we thought that we were buying ticket from the venue's ticket office. Fees were NOT disclosed up front. NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!
First, the good: I received tickets that actually worked, and as promised, were not the tickets I ordered but were better seats. The Bad: I ordered these at Christmas and everything I received stated a delivery date of 3/13, the day before the performance. 3/13 came and went. Numerous phone calls to customer service assured me the tickets would arrive before midnight on the 13th. I called the day of the performance, as soon as customer service opened, and was told yes there is a delay but I would get them by 2pm. At this point I had no confidence they would arrive, but they did, around 1:45. So it all worked out, but incredible stress to spend 900 on tickets and have to travel 3 hours to NYC, and you have no tickets the day of the event. Judging by other reviews and conversations with their customer service, this scenario is not unusual. Not going to use them again, but grateful for wonderful tickets to the opera.
Very Rude, Please clean house, these people answer with attitude for simple customer questions. Please retrain on Customer service. My 5 yr old has more education than those people working for Box office. It is because of us the customers these people have jobs. Smh
***WARNING******* purchased tickets well in advance of my sporting event. When I got to the game my tickets still had not loaded. I had to pay a second time to get into the event since it was already planned out. I called Customer service and they couldn't help at all. Complete WASTE OF MONEY. This site is a FRAUD AND NOT RELIABLE. They also PRICE GAUGE! TICKETS TWICE THE PRICE! DO NOT DO NOT BUT TICKETS HERE!
I thought I was buying from the venue. When I realized that they charged me over 3 times what the tickets were worth (I bought 4) I tried desperately to cancel, but, they would not budge. I am so upset that I got sucked into this. NEVER AGAIN!
When I call this company about a musical coming up the gentleman was able to look up prices for me but was also very pushy and ask can we go ahead and book this I will still looking at other dates and other times and still was very pushy when I told him that I was going to think about it and call back before I could even finish my sentence he hung the phone up I thought that was very rude and unprofessionl FYI stay away from this company it seems like that they are a scam and they only just want your credit card information over the phone so they can screw you over I don't trust them at all
Horrible customer service. I asked clear questions about what the service fees were and Seth, the representative on the phone, was highly irritated and hung up on me. When I called back, he realized it was me again and hung up again. When my mom called, she was also hung up on. The call says each one is recorded and I hope that this company reviews the log from the 3 calls between 11:45 am (ET) to 12:06 pm (ET) on 1/26/2024 because this is unacceptable. I would highly discourage the use of this business based on my experience.
DO NOT USE. The company is allegedly a market place for tickets. In reality a market place for sclapers. The tickets are marked up 3X the face value of the ticket, when legally, no mark up is allowed at all.
It is not even BBB acredited.
THERE IS NO REFUND.
Check the availability at the venue first. Then determine the face value of the ticket and then decide whether you want to pay 3x the ticket price. BUYER BEWARE
They charged me $1,385 for two tickets that later I found out costs $525 from the venue box office. This should not be legal for companies in the US to do this crap. If I find out where their offices are they're going to get a visit! They're nothing but $#*!ing thieves!
I was hung up on by 3 different women, by calling 3 different numbers found online. Each one was rude and railroading. I tried to respond, they ignored me, likely had me on mute. They each said, go back to your point of sale. Click.
So I wanted to say I moved, and changed banks since this purchase. I'll be sharing this online with my music community. Power of the People, stunt your third party crap in Seattle.

Box office ticket sales is the worst company I have ever felt with! They were very rude I spent over $800 on tickets and the venue did not have any record of my purchase! When questioned about this I was give a runaround that was made to make me feel better… it made me feel like I was getting robbed! They said only I could see my tickets? But I can't get them yet? I couldn't get access to them but they could have my money? At a markup as well! I found this place by accident but it was a terrible thing! I was getting more and more frustrated with each time I called! And they denied me to speak to a supervisor! And told me that they can hang up whenever! That I did not understand! I understand that in your mind you can have my money but I have to wait on your word? No that's not how things are done!
We bought tickets for State Street Ballet on 8 October 2023 for a performance on 16 December 2023. The e-mail response told us that we had tickets and they would be available on 15 December. On 15 December we received a phone call and the agent told us that there was an issue (not explained) and our tickets were not available. How do you explain this to three granddaughters and three great granddaughters? The agent said tickets were available for the following night but we had conflicts.
How, on 8 October, can they tell us we have tickets and then on 15 December, the day before the event, tell us we don't? Explain this failure on your part to our girls that have new dresses just for the event!

I called to order tickets through this website because at first, I thought it was the theater Box Office. I was advised that they were a private seller, but ordered in good faith. I found out later, that they charged twice as much as the tickets were at the theater Box Office. They even tried to slip in a 27% service fee, which I caught and they waived. When I got the emailed receipt, but no tickets, I called to see when I would get the tickets. They advised the tickets would be emailed two days before the event, which is three months away. Afraid that I had been scammed, I called the theater, which advised that the tickets I had been sold were still available. I called back one hour after I ordered, and tried to cancel the sale. They would not.
Since the tickets will not be available for three months, it should not be a problem to cancel the sale, but they refuse. So, I won't know until two days before the event, if I really have tickets or not.
My advice is to never deal with this company.
My wife and I purchased 2 tickets online to see the Neil Diamond musical when we visited NYC. We thought we were purchasing the tickets from the Broadway theatre's box office, but instead it was an alternate ticket intermediary named boxofficeticketsales.com. We purchased tickets for Dec 1 but received tickets for Nov 30. On the evening of Dec 1 while preparing to go to the theatre, we looked at the tickets and realized what they had done with the changed date. When we called them they refused to refund our money or provide replacement tickets for the Dec 1 performance. They misrepresent themselves as a legitimate theatre box office of a legitimate theatre. They took our money and did not provide what we requested in our purchase. They were unwilling to provide a refund. They act like thieves and crooks in the way they do business and treat unknowing customers.

Their "guaranteed delivery by the event" is not enforced for their sellers in a reasonable way. I purchased tickets 6 MONTHS in advance and had the absolute PANIC of having them delivered 13 minutes before my event began, as the doors were closing. I planned a whole trip to NYC around this event and cannot describe the stress of having this happen. Customer service was responsive but helpless - it was all up to the "seller." I would NEVER use this service for anything important, or ever ever again.
Their number was listed for ticket sales but it didn't offer seat assignments so I called the number to inquire if I went to box office would I be able to get a seat assignment because of a disability. I was told the box office wasn't open and I could get tickets from box office tickets and they would email my tickets. I was charged $113.0010 hours before concert I still hadn't received tickets so I called and text. I was then told to pick up at box office. Once at box office I was told that yes I could have purchased the tickets there because they had someone at the box office. My tickets showed they were 47.00 and box office ticket upcharged me 3 times the value and lied to me that I couldn't purchase on site. When I called to inquire about why I was lied to they were Rude. They are nothing but a scam!
I clicked and purchased 3 tickets in a great section (literally in front of the stage). The prices on the balconies were at least 7 times cheaper than what I paid for the premium location. As soon as I placed the order (paying $1,010!) I got an email saying that the confirmation was for balcony 12 (almost behind the stage), and not for the Floor level/in front of stage location. I called to complain but because the trick was on their email confirmation to me (and I didn't notice the email said "BA;C" (I thought that it referred to seats A, B and C since I purchased 3 tickets). DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY. YOU NEVER KNOW WHO AND WHEN WILL TRICK YOU!
I purchased 4 tickets in January 2023 for the Oct 7th Madonna concert at tmobile stadium. She got sick and rescheduled tour. I have another vacation already booked for the rescheduled date of March 1st. Box Office ticket sales will not refund money nor will they transfer my tickets to me until 24 hours before concert. That is not enough time to sell them on a different site. Their resale partner Tickets to Cash is only offering 50% of what I paid for my tickets. My recommendation is not to use

Don't buy tickets from this website. They will take your money and you don't get the ticket! They refund, but it takes over a week, so you are screwed on getting another ticket, because they only available are the more expensive one. Their customer service is only available after 10am. I did chat and phone calls to verify my tickets and they keep saying yes your ticket is guaranteed you will get it. Then at the last moment they said we could not secure your ticket.
Answer: I haven't received a refund for tickets I bought for my 5 year old to see Jojo siwa in 2019 and told me I don't use the money within a year towards something else I loose it. I didn't get that until 2021 March and they still were limiting and canceling things cause of COVID. Worst place ever
