I purchased tickets through boxofficetickets.com to see a play in March. The pandemic right at this time. The show was "postponed". I called and it took 3 or 4 times to get a customer service person to answer. I explained my show was postponed and because I did not live in that area I wanted a refund. They told me I had to wait until it was " cancelled". It finally was cancelled and I after 7 or 8 emails and a few more phone calls, I hot my refund today, October 18th. Their policy says 30-60 days. Well. They obviously DONT know how to count to 60! My first request was June 26th. I will NEVER deal with this company again. At one point I was ready to go to my attorney. The man said if I did, they would put my refund at the bottom of the stack and hold it until March 2021. This company has NO business selling tickets or any other things.

My family bought tickets to a Journey Concert that was scheduled to happen this year, but for obvious reasons, was cancelled. My mom mistakenly called them rather than Ticketmaster and told her she had row 10 tickets for five people, which you can imagine, is a lot of money. We've been calling them for the past 3 months straight demanding a refund and all they tell us is to check our email.
Please, if you're reading this, stay as far away from these scammers as you can. I'm hoping someday we'll get our refund, but in a way the pandemic saved us from going to the concert and not getting in because the tickets were fake. I would have never wanted my grandma, who just became cancer free and that concert was her treat, to have experienced such a horrible thing. These people are inhumane, do not support them.

Very Rude

Find my tickets for easy and quick. However with the pendemic I tried getting a refund and it wouldn't let me no it's canceled and I can't get my refund but they wouldn't give me my full refund because they charged me delivery fee for something that I printed at home using my own Ink My Own printer and my own paper. The two people I spoke to on the phone or very rude and even let me explain anything

Cher concert has been POSTPONED. So you cannot get your money back, even though Ticketmaster gave you the option of a refund or keeping them.
I called to ask them for a refund and they said they don't give refunds for postponed concerts, only if they are cancelled. So I asked to speak to a supervisor.
Well I guess they hire hated people for this reason because he was ready for me. As soon as he got on the phone with me he had an attitude. I told him to please not be rude I just had some questions that I didn't understand and proceeded to ask him about COVID 19 and tell him that Ticketmaster was giving the option to a refund. He said that CHER had done this before and had postponed her concert 6 times before she had it. He spoke to me like a child and his tone was so rude. I will be putting this on Facebook so all the world can read my review of this place. DONT USE THEM. THEY ARE HATEFUL.

Scam

Buy your tickets from someone else. This place is a joke. No refund even if the virus keeps a show postponed for years. Josh Cornelison who claims to be the boss, said people have been waiting since 2018 to see the group Alabama and still waiting and can't get a refund. He said I should of ordered thru another company because they give refunds. Don't give your money to these crooks. They need to get closed down.

The worst

After event cancelled, no refund happened after 40 business days. They asked for 30. A call was made and I was told it was now 60 business days. I would get an email about that. There was no email. This group has lost any credibility. As pretty much everyone else says.

We purchased tickets to an event in Austin Tx since we would be visiting at the time. Because of the Coronavirus, the event was rescheduled to another date when we are not available. I couldn't reach them by phone but finally received an email stating no refunds and my only option would be to try to resell the tickets myself. To be fair, this is in the terms (that nobody reads) but you would think given the circumstances, they would be more accommodating. Lesson learned. Do not buy tickets from "resellers"!

I bought tickets for a show and not only did I pay a fortune for tickets WAAAAY over face value but the event was suspended and the agent and manager were both horrific and TOXIC. They said I agreed to the terms all sales are final but I also agreed to the date that the show is not on anymore... I advise you NOT to pay one red cent with this company they are SO NOT WORTH IT. More frustrated with their customer service... I mean what customer service...

I accidentally purchased these tickets and upon calling the customer support not 30 seconds it explain I actually needed the next day they refused to change the date

Following that I was told they would sell for me

I listed the tickets for a fraction of what I had just purchased 5 minutes previous less all service fees

I was then changed ANOTHER service fee to list the tickets

Completely terrible site

Proceed with caution

We Paid over 100 dollars for Mercy Me tickets thinking I was ordering from the event and the prices were just exorbatent. However after looking more closely after buying them I noticed I had bought from another site, so went on Ticket Master and the tickets were LESS THAN HALF THE PRICE... ALL SALES FINAL. They got you.

TOTAL RIP OFF! SCAM! THE PRICE NEVER WAS WHAT I WAS TOLD! WAS CHARGED WAY MORE ON CREDIT CARD! CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS AWFUL! Tons of hidden fees and won't mail my tickets. Told me to buy a smartphone. DO NOT PURCHASE. They make it seem that they are an authentic seller but they are a reseller that sells for tripple the price. I got sold 50 $ tickets for 200$ each. Hidden fees, charge in foreign currency. Customer service does nothing to help. They wont even send the tickets until 2 days before the event. Warn all your family and friends.

I thought I was ordering from the event in Saskatoon Sask Canada. This outfit is in the US so had to pay US exchange. Tickets that should have cost 150.00 cost me 273.00 Canadian. Stay away from this outfit.

I typed in Canadian Tire Center Box Office and the site for BoxOffice Ticket Sales came up. Tried to get Pearl Jam tickets when they went on sale on Jan. 24 2020 but they weren't even able to get them for me. So disappointing!

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

Bought a single baseball ticket via phone. Agent misrepresents herself as being a member of the team ticket agent. Bought a $13 ticket for $90... get to the venue (3 hours away) & NO ONE COULD OPEN THE EMAIL TICKET. Fan services couldn't help me, as the seat HAD BEEN PREVIOUSLY SOLD! The company refused a refund and were EXTREMELY RUDE.
Reported them to attorney general, who they also refused to work with, refused refund And refused to mediate.
NEVER, EVER BUY FRO. THESE SCAMMERS

We called the number to the Event center where our concert is to be held, we have none many concerts there... and some how my call got switched to this outfit. They said they were affiliated with our local event center. So without checking we just booked the tickets thinking it was the normal event center we were talking too. Turns out they charged us more than twice the price with no refunds of course.
Avoid buying from BoxOfficeTicketSales, They are bad!
Once we figured that out we called back our local event center at the same number we alway call and they had no idea how our first called was rerouted.
We maybe should have known better, but we definitively got scammed, Avoid buying from

I purchased tickets from believing I was contacting an actual Box Office for the show I wanted. I had searched several sites, and wanted to purchase the tickets enough in advance of the show to get semi good seats. When I spoke to BoxOffice Ticket Sales person, he asked me what my price range was and I told him. I knew there would be a service charge, but I didn't listen carefully enough to hear 23%. We discussed the location of the seats, and I heard close to the front mezzanine. First I received the receipt via email, it indicated the purchase price of the tickets to be $189.50 with a 23% fee of $133.00 for 3 tickets. When I received the tickets fromTelecharge the price on each ticket was $109.00. When I called Telecharge to find out why (and they were in the rear mezzanine) they told me that BoxOffice Ticket Sales was a broker, they buy tickets from Telecharge then resale them at a higher price. IN OTHER WORDS THEY ARE LEGAL SCALPERS. BE WARNED DO NOT BUY TICKETS FROM THESE SCAMERS. And if you do, don't even bother calling customer service, it is not a service to customers

They misled us to believe they were the legit box office and not the scalper scum that they truly are. Charged us $300 for $90 tickets. The best seats offered are only $290 and we got stuck in the nose bleed section. I get paying more if the show is sold out but there were still better seats available for less money at the start of the show. Stay away

Beware and stay away from them.
They are never say anything at the time of the purchase, then they start reading the script and it goes so fast and try to get you that way.
For a ticket that it was originally $137 I end up paying $170 with the HIDDEN CHARGES AND MISCELLANEOUS EXPENSE that they impose in your purchase.
REALLY REALLY BAD AND THIEVES!
They are only there to RIP OFF PEOPLE!
DON'T BUY FROM THEM IS THE WORST WEBSITE FOR TICKETS.
I HOPE THAT THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS! AND SOON!
Their sales practices are very deceiving.
HORRIBLE! TERRIBLE!
