Easy to use and quick shipping, but after we received it we found one on Amazon for half the price.
I recently purchased two items (long sleeve romper & lingerie) as Christmas gifts for my wife. While I was happy to have received the gifts in time for Christmas Day, I was extremely disappointed with the quality of the fabrics and quality of workmanship of the products.
The material for the long sleeve plunge cut romper was very thin. Additionally, multiple seams had long pieces of thread hanging, while also appearing loose and almost as though they are unraveling.
With regards to the bra/panty set, the bra strap adjusters do not stay in place.
I realize that the price of my purchases were on the low side as compared to larger, more well reputed vendors. However, when reviewing the products online, it seemed as though the products were of a good quality. Therefore, I thought I would receive a decent product. That being said, I value the money that I spent, and with this purchase, I feel as though I wasted my hard earned money.
In conclusion, I will not procure any new items from Boutiquefeel in the future.

Poor customer service. I was sent the wrong color item and it was not rectified when I complained.
Answer: They suck at refunds and make excuses. Such bad customer service.
Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
