Good at first. Bad when the first outfit was broken

Rhe shopping and ordering was fine. The sizes seem a bit smaller than other clothes I have, it did take over a month to receive my order and I think there needs to be better descriptions of the items. For example, I thought the teddies had underwire in them which now that I see them they do not so that's a bit disappointing.

2 items not available. However, I got my money back quickly!

There clothes are very nice and a great quality the prices are very affordable

Delivery took approx 4 weeks... too long. Clothing was substandard and does not look as good quality as advertised.

I need to exchange my 4 Small items that fit too large, for an XS. My order was placed a month ago/pre xmas, and was a gift from my fiance. The total amount of the purchase was also a large $ amount. When I asked for a gift card as compensation for the items that were too large, so I could buy them in XS, I was told they could only do a 10% partial refund. My money isnt going somewhere else, so theres no reason for such laziness.

The items were okay but the customer service is terrible. Order five items. One, "knee high socks" did not even come up to her knees. Another item was way too small even though it was the same size as three other items that fit well. However, when I tried to return it, they said I needed to pay the cost which is way more then the price of the item. If they will not stand by the quality of their items, I will not shop with them again.
