Im unhappy with the return policy, I recieved item that were to small & wanted to return for bigger sizes & instead was offered 10% back on my prchase or $10, no return label which is unexceptable but Im going to pay on my own for return & a full refund, then may have to shop elsewhere

Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
