Love every thing, except was disappointed when sneakers arrived without no laces

This company is a JOKE. They do not CARE at all if you don't receive your package. "Not our problem," they say. Doesn't matter if you spent $100 on items around Christmas time and NEVER GOT THEM. They couldn't care less. They offer a "$10 coupon for the inconvenience". Really?! WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I've never dealt with a site whose customer service was SO unhelpful, rude and just plain AWFUL! And I have purchased from MANY sites. This was the first and last time ordering from this site. TERRIBLE.

Ordered fleece lined leggings in black in a size larger than I usually wear. Had previously ordered them in grey and was pleased with my purchase. However, this time my order was slow to arrive and they are still very small - probably another 2 sizes smaller. I have tried to initiate a return and refund twice but so far without success. Customer services reply with an automatically generated email stating I can keep the item and they will either send a 5% off coupon against my next order or offer me a 10% refund whichever I choose. This is very unsatisfactory. I have tried to request a full refund but get the same email response as before.

Most of the stuff I buy is pretty good. I wish, before you bought an item, that there would be a list that told you exactly what came with it.

I ordered my things 1 month before my trip and nothing came on time. My order was delayed twice. Everything finally came, but I was on day 2 of my trip

I ordered 4 items from this company and was disappointed with all the items received. Two items did not look like the items in the picture. I also ordered a black panty in a small size and they sent the panty in a large or extra large size. When I asked them to resend the panty in the correct size they refused to do so. ALL THEY SAID IS THAT ITS NOT RETURNABLE. WILL NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I have a really good experience. The products was consistent to what was advertised on the website.

Will not shop here again. Disappointed with both shirts.

Looking forward to shopping at this store again. Clothes are sexy and cute and i love the prints.
