The product I bought was absolutely different then what was on the picture. Completely small, like for a doll. And it arrived broken already. I tried to claim refund but noone was there to actually communicate with me. Never more!

You know I love the cut but when you get these garments in and you hold them in your hand the sewing is really substandard it's irregular and the material just lacks the feel of quality is just a cheap polyester. The pictures feel a lot better than the quality of the product really is.

Half of my order never arrived they said it would be two days later to ship and it's now been weeks.

My first order several months ago one item never came and they refused to help me. So they packed up a partial order skipped one item and then just set out too bad on you. That's really poor customer service.

Dress was cheaply made and see through and when I asked for a refund I had to pay to return it and was only refunded the cost of the dress so I actually only got £4 back in total taking away two lots of postage. They also tried to bribe me into taking a 20% refund instead of the full price.

Easy to use website. Nice products. Look forward to given my order as a present

Photos on the web look really good but the pink metallic bikini was tiny and bra straps too short (child size) - not impressed

It seems unheard of for me to do a survey, without taking into account that my product has not arrived and it took a month to arrive

It took forever to get my shipment and when I finally got it two of the items were cheap made and way too small. Not true to size at all.

Good choices in clothing, the delivery is slow and im not yet able to give feedback on the return process but I will since i am making a return I will see how long it takes to get credited.

Placed an order it took my money from my account but told me it didn't on the site... how do i get my money back..

I made an order a month or so ago and have not received it, I tried to follow the link in the email that said an account had been set up but there's some glitch that stops you from doing a password and you can't access, I looked online and many people have had problems with this site - I would recommend not using at all

Is the first time my wife order from this website she's very Disappointed everything she ordered was to small she order large size and compare to other websites this was way to small

I'm still waiting on 2 dresses. I paid for the "fast delivery" but it's almost been a month. The other 3 I received in the last week, so about 3 weeks shipping. Overall the material isn't great, very thin, but some can work still. Probably won't order again.

Some items took a little longer to arrive, but worth the wait! I love all of the clothes I ordered! Will purchase here again! Thank you!
