Very bad I have not received the shipment and any information

I still haven't received one of the items I ordered. I do not want to return the other items until I receive the final one as I don't know if it will be suitable or not but I am concerned that you are going to tell me I am outside of the refund period. The communication from you has been awful, it's very hard to get an update and even the items I have received took longer than expected. Yet despite all this, you were very quick to take my money. Extremely disappointing.

I am just waiting now to receive my delivery to make sure it is what it seems to be. So far I cant really rely on until I check the delivery deadlines and the quality of the products..

It's my first time shopping here so I'm nervous about being able to fit into the items ordered. All the models are so skinny and I am not so I'm going for it and will see what happens

Nothing about this order was good - this is a bad experience - poor material - cheaply made - sizing not true

Sizes are very small and no details in packaging on how to return them

The experience was okay, delivery was fast enough, but very expensive. But just beware if whover this particular piece is meant for, if they have a proportionately large buttocks, they may be hard pressed to fit it.

I was not pleased with my order. I feel like the company falsely advertised the merchandise. I received a little red dress thing. I thought it came with the garter belts and everything. I was not pleased. I still haven't received my other orders.

Was very easy to order, prices were ok, delivery time was about 2 weeks.
The only thing is the sizings were a bit on the small side, so you might to order a size or 2 up from your normal size.

I ordered a top that I expected to look like the one I saw on your website. It was too tight to wear, not nearly as loose as the photo. You should state what size the model is wearing and what her measurements are.

I bought two items, one was nice, but my first delivery was too small compared to the xxl size on the item.

I ordered 2 pairs of shoes for my wife. After 10 days the tracking indicated that they has not left the warehouse. I contacted the customer service team to check progress and they replied that they had cancelled my order.
I asked if the order could continue and to advise the delivery timescales and they advised that had already cancelled the order.
Personally I won't use this company again. I am trying to unsubscribe from their marketing emails, but even that process does not work!
