As its underwear they have a no return policy. I did get send a second set, which at least did not have broken chains but the bra is still a hideously ridiculous training bra for 5 year olds.

Answer: They suck at refunds and make excuses. Such bad customer service.
Answer: THAT'S A SIGN. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered 3 blouses and they were too big. I returned them in a flat rate package thru USPS and because it only had a tracking number and not the weight they refused my $66 refund. Yet still, they have my returned items. Therefore, they have my money AND items they surely will resale.
Answer: Unfortunately takes about 6 weeks at least that's how long it was for me and I was not satisfied with their clothing
