I paid $50 to Boost for the next month of service (auto withdrawal...been paying for years). I originally had Virgin Mobile but was switched to Boost when they sold. I switched to Mint a couple of days after paying Boost but, up to that time, had never called them. I didn't have a a PIN so after many calls they gave me my PIN so the transfer to Mint could be processed. I was told I would be refunded for the time not used after the switch. Two months later and still no refund. I called them and was told I need a PIN (which I can't remember) and there was nothing they could do without the PIN. I didn't have a problem with the service but I'm furious that they couldn't find my PIN again and just blew me off.

My phone doesn't even work, no reception no internet if i leave within a mile of my house. Trying to transfer to a new carrier and they make it near impossible. They told me my number was being transferred and never bothered to answer my new phone company with a pin and never gave me the pin i needed when they emailed me that my number was being transferred. Terrible don't do it

Boost swapped my phone number to a device that I DO NOT OWN AND I HAD NO SERVICE FOR 5 DAYS WHILE I WAS IN PUERTO RICO AND WHEN I CALLED OR CONTACTED THEM NOBODY WOULD ASSIST ME WITH THE ISSUE AND I HAD TO GO TO ANOTHER PHONE COMPANY AND BOOST WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO PORT THE PHONE NUMBER I HAD FOR 10 PLUS YEARS AND I HAD TO GET A NEW PHONE NUMBER AND THE VERY NEXT DAY THEY TRIED TO DEBIT MY BANK ACCOUNT TWICE BUT I HAD ENOUGH COMMON SENSE TO MAKE SURE THEY WERE NOT ABLE TO STEAL MY MONEY LIKE THEY HAD STOLEN MY PHONE NUMBER. THEY ACTUALLY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

I was looking to purchase a new phone. Saw a great offer only to find out they only applied to new possible customers. The only offer for a 5yr plus loyal customer was to PAY FULL PRICE for the same phone! It took me 5yrs to find out boost mobile could careless about our going 5yr relationship! Boost mobile has the worst online payment ever. When you log in it requires that you input your number and pin. Apparently, I had 2 emails associated with my number, yet the one associated with my active phone number was not credited. Basically you play Russian roulette with your payment. I had to speak to 3 reps and a supervisor to finally realize that my number was associated to 2 emails a app glitch on boost one. A ticket was submitted to transfer funds from one account to another because although I paid for services on time it was credited to the wrong email. I will have 3 days without service because it so happened to fall on a Friday and takes 24 hours for transfer to occur meaning 24 hour during business hours. The boost app one on my phone does not work at all it takes you to a white screen. If you are a person that works from home like myself beware if you use a punch out system and don't have wifi and you so happen to encounter this beware.

I bought an extra 10 gigs of data and it didn't register right away no big deal right. An hour passes so I call lady said it will be resolved with in 24 hours. 24 hours pass and nothing. I call again guy says issue is resolved and wait an hour. It's been an hour and nothing so I have no internet for 2+ days. Thanks boost mobile.

I spoke with Boost mobile customer service support about unlocking my old phone to start my new service with another provider that is compatible with my LG Stylo 6. I was told 5 times from 5 different representative that my phone was unlocked. And I get with other they that it's still locked. So today asked to speak a supervisor and my phone call was disconnected. I think they have the worst customer service support and I will not be a Boost mobile customer again.

What's the difference between a robot and a customer service representative from some third world country employed by boost Mobile? The person is a lot more rude but the results are always the same, they are not allowed to differentiate from their printed protocol in front of them. They are not allowed to use common sense, logic, reason, or decency, and what's worse is that they will lie. I had two customer service Representatives promise me a refund, when I checked back, there was no such record of that so I ended up paying boost Mobile money that they didn't earn or give any services for. They are liars and thieves and I don't understand how they manage staying in business. Don't get boosted by boost Mobile.

Why do they exist

Boost Mobile is by far the jankiest mobile carrier thus far they offer you a janky boost one app that never works proper they offer you a $200 gift card when you sign up make your first three payments on time but all of a sudden when it comes to your last payment the app crashes and you can't make a payment so they want you to go into the store to make the payment on time I was in a car accident bedridden hit by a semi truck couldn't get to the store but tried repeatedly to make the payment on time through the app but to no avail so I will be leaving boost Mobile with sir janky app and their janky service if I can leave zero Stars I would

I have to say this is one of the worst phone services I have ever had to endure. It starts with the customer service which terribly lacks any kind of professional courtesy to the customer. Then the service is just horrendous. Any store I go into shopping or a mall and I want to Google something and look up a product I cannot get any service and I do not get calls that are trying to come through. I have tried to cancel my service twice and I still was billed twice and they could not refund my money they would only credit me another month of service with they're terrible service that I did not want. I do not recommend this service to anyone when there are so many to choose from boost is not the one to go with in my opinion.

I paid my bill on the 28th of June. It's now July 6th and I still can not use my phone. They are also giving me the run around on a new sim that might fix he issue. Customer support needs training, they have no knowledge on the service at all

They want their money every month they don't work with you at all but when you need help nobody can help you. They don't care if you don't have service and they don't care whether you can speak to your family. Their service is always down currently going on 30 hours and there is nothing you can do about. Got ripped off on free phones,at $100 each,coverage is non existence. And finally get a message,a scammer ports my paid service to his phone. Call boostmobile,they don't care. Don't ever pay with debit card for service. Stores are independently owned,and most are crooks. Tracfone way better. Buy a package,phone,and minutes.

Can't trust no one

Lost my phone on July 31 went to the store on 2832 w 63st and talked with manager named Jay and told him my situation losing my phone I so purchase a Moto g 5g 2022 for 245.00 dollar he didn't give me a receipt I asked for my receipt he told me it would be in my email then I was told the phone want be on for 2 hours so after the 2 hours I call customer service and I was told that he installed the wrong SIM card so called the store and he told me he closed and went to the store on 69th and Pulaski so the next day I went back to the and ask for my money back and was told I couldn't get a refund so I did a research about the phone and found that the phone cost 199.99 so first I had my phone stolen and then this guy stole money and I never received the email with my purchase

Don't do it

Customer service is overseas and you can't get past the accent to do any troubleshooting. Their stores can't do anything but activate new phones. If they don't know how to help, they read a script and "accidentally" disconnect the call. And you can't buy a phone card at a Boost store (and they charge you to put the code in for you). STAY AWAY!
