Only a boost mobile customer only because they Virgin Mobile $#*! down and clients passed to them… to the point there CS dept totally uninformed or just a bunch of liars. Ported out my # to another carrier without being informed/advised that I was 2 months short of owning the phone but told if I checked back then the phone could be unlocked… call back then - given a case # and timeline of 24-48 hours for phone to be unlocked - check in overall several days without any change only to be told on the third inquiry that the phone can't be unlocked? I was irate to say the least… they could have made it right if they wanted to but expected me to reactivate the phone so they could get 2 more months of charges from me? Bottom line read the unlock policy before you purchase but i would NEVER do business with them again for the CS experience alone!
Trust me when i say this, get cricket or attat or any other service. These Guys are garbage. Please heed this warning. They will cost yoy money not fix your phone and lie to you about it. DO NOT BUY THEIR GARBAGE.
I've had boost for over 2 years. I have a tower that I can see from my house. Since they were bought out by dish my service is horrible. I'm seriously going to drop them and go to someone else. Definitely not T mobile since I have neighbors that have the same problem. Don't get Boost
I bought a LG stylo 6 from boost mobile less then 3 months ago. The phone drop calls. I talk to someone for over 3 hrs. Trying to get a resolution. The phone was tested numerous time. They finally said i need to call LG. I will probably have to send the phone in for about 2 wks. I ask is someone going to give me a loaner phone during the time i don't have my phone? Bottom line i need to ask LG. I've been with boost mobile for awhile. I never missed a payment. This is how they treat their loyal client. I will never buy another phone from them again.
On Sunday 5/23/21, I went to Boost Mobile on Division. I had to get a new phone. Mandy K. Was who helped me. Not only did she give exceptional customer service, she did it while enduring the high pitched screaming my son was doing the entire time I was there. I was very happy with the whole transaction! I will be staying with boost because of the outstanding customer service I received! Thanks Mandy!
My main gripe is they say unlimited data but they constantly are reminding you with harassing emails / text messages that your going over your data.
New phone doesn't receive or make calls. Rings sometimes be new phone and network no problem. Network sucks.bought.new LG.##*******# don't work on new network. Nothing but missed calls
I was in Orlando on business and dopped my ph in the toilet. I knew it was a matter of time before i couldn't use it. Rushed to the 4477 vine store where mike assisted me. He was patient as i am not a techy and the most pleasant person as i needed to get up and running since i was here on bussines. You saved me. Thank you Mike.
Customer support scripted service is no help with Technical problems. I have 2 lines paid monthly service always on time and this last pymt may 14th 2021 on time and know on may 15th, 16th, 17th, 18th I have no data service. Call several times with. Support. Chat omline with support. Constantly getting lies told to me. Its the sim card, its the tower, pls upgrade to a new phone. Well Boost Im going to a new cell phone provider today. I hope you go out of Business.
I wanted to play my games and I cant play my dad bought me an iPhone 7 I would always get 999 pings and when I call my mom it kept cutting off very trash don't get this deal very trash I mean it.

I'm really mad because this girl name Daniela she's working at boost mobile in bensenville. Illinois.it's calling my husband almost every day. When I answer the call shes not answer me... I move to a other agency... and she was checking my calls and was turning off my cell. So the point is no respect. We this Cain of idiots working in this places... I we like to talk we how owned this place... I don't like the service's.
The website is mediocre at best. Trying to get a live customer service representative that speaks English is a giant pain in the keister. I was given misinformation (or incomplete) when I wanted to have my phone unlocked. As a result I am without a phone for 3 to 5 working days which causes undue hardship. When you're a customer of boost you're nothing more than a monthly payment because you're certainly not given any respect.
I just had to switch my account with Boost to another carrier after they tried to charge me for something I did not sign up for which was some game thing called mini-me games. But before that I was not receiving texts or even phone calls. I had to resort to using Twitter DM as a back-up contact. But all that isn't even the worst. After I contacted customer service (which is really, really hard to do by the way) to have the mini-me games fee removed, I was blocked from transferring my phone number, which I had for over 10 years via great old Virgin Mobile. I was forced to get a new phone number. After Virgin Mobile went out of business, all their customers were forced to sign on with Boost. Wha a horrible company! What a nightmare!
I been with boost for a few years now. No phone I had since I been with them last more than a year. I ordered a phone and had a expedited shipping to get it in time and I still had to wait almost a week Custermer service is rude hung up on me several times never called back Transferred to the wrong person and was not able to help me. The custermer and phone service is horrible cuts in our I have the most gigabytes they offer and still work when it wants.
So I want to buy a new phone. I go to the web site. I enter all my info and click. "Address is invalid." What? Try again a couple of times. Still invalid. Call them. Customer rep and me spend 45 minutes on the phone trying to get my address accepted. He eventually says "must be a bug". But I now have multiple pending charges on my credit card which after almost a week still haven't gone away. And then I decide to look up Boost's ratings (I was grandfathered in from Verizon). Wow. No new phone for me from them and I'm getting another carrier.
Not only does the service suck so does there phone... The sales rep did warn me i was down grading going with boost and she was so right! Going back to a real cellular company
I had boost mobile for 4 years and I've had bad service them whole 4 years I finally made the switch to metro pcs By T-Mobile and I would recommend metro pcs by T-Mobile rather then boost and if you want to take your phone to someone have fun because Boost has a "Policy" they have to follow and it will take 5 days to unlock so your better getting a new phone

Maybe I missed the memo, but I always thought that when you call a company's Customer Support line, somewhere among the many automated voice prompts you usually have to weed through, you'll find something like "If you wish to speak to a representative, press '0' ". Not here, though, and even one of their reps confirmed with me via an on-line communication they they do not have that option. WHAT? What genius thought that was a good idea? Isn't being able to actually talk to someone a very basic part of customer support?
And then there's the support itself. I've been trying to buy a new phone via the web site for the last couple of days, and despite everything confirmed as AOK by my bank, it keeps getting declined, apparently on Boost Mobile's side. The rep I spoke to -- after innumerable tries -- (a) tried to process the order himself, but couldn't (no surprise), (b) didn't know why it wasn't processing (not helpful news at all), (c) could not transfer me anyone else (Hey, folks! There are these things called support tiers, and escalations.), and (d) advised me to call back and speak to a different rep. Why another rep would be able to do something he could not, was something he could not explain.
The chances of me still being a customer by the end of this week are fading rapidly.
I give this company ZERO stars they steal money from their customers on top of they lie. I switched from boost because they lied to me and I switched mine and my husband's phone we still had 26 days left and they refused to give me my money back that we did not use. They are NOT A TRUST WORTHY COMPANY. They are suppose to be their for the customers that keep them in business. If it wasn't for us they would not even be in business. Do not trust them they are out for their benefit and not their customers.
