I've never been with a company before that absolutely refuses to give you your account number number. Total disregard for any person's situation... even the disabled. Service ranking 1-10 is a Suck. Quality of phones 1-10 pathetic, Choice of phone selections 1-10 Sorry asf, and my favorite Customer Service Support 1-10 Junior High All Day Everyday and honestly that's being disrespectful to junior high employees... I've been with this company for 10 years and they've regressed for the past 5 years into a shell company. They are not worth your precious time and especially not your money. The competition out here offers more and offers better service and customers care. It's safe to say that Thomas Smith is leaving Loose-Mobile today December 28,2021. I'm going to T-Mobile, but hey that's me. Good luck Loose-Mobile customers, enjoy your poor service.

And now that they are switching to Dish network it's worse. Phone started glitching like crazy and now can not access and they will not give me my information. BS!
Very frustrated I ordered a phone from boost Mobile on Black Friday I never received the phone although UPS claims it was delivered I was home all day and there was no delivery I asked for a refund on my money or a new phone replacement boost Mobile would not give me one until I file a police report I had a police officer here at my apartment and there's really nothing I can file on because I never received the package UPS is willing to take care of it but boost Mobile will not give them the info they need UPS accepted my claim that I never received it... I've been a customer of boost Mobile for 5 years and I had no complaints until now as of yesterday I got myself a new phone provider because I get tired of hearing over and over that I need to file a police report before they will give me my money back I wished I could file a police report on boost Mobile I feel like I got scammed

I recently got a family upgrade to three for $100 promo
Unfortunately I got the 3/$200 deal instead
Well $100 from my original plan update of $65
Plus an additional plan 2 lines for $100
Months went on of me paying $200 a month until I caught it.
I called boost today the representative was pretty helpful and even put them all on one line as initially on promo but when I asked about the extra $100 dollars a month and what could be done in credited r something wow another lost to society bs I'm frustrated never written a review 5yrs to credits hell y'all should credit a free month in gratitude anyway well metro T-Mobile sprint Verizon prime co whatever next here I come

I have been a loyal customer for over 10 years. We have a Unlimited family plan service. Over the past couple of years the service and customer service have really gone downhill. My service is constantly telling me I'm roaming when I'm running around town as usual like I have the last 6 years with no problems. I purchased a phone for my Mother and she died from Covid-19 a month later. I want to give the phone to my Grandson who has service on another carrier. Boost has the phone locked and will not unlock it even though I paid for the phone outright, No contracts right! So, Depending on the non-American English speaking person you get on the other end of the phone, they will most likely determine how the call will not satisfy the problem you called about. It may end with you either being lied to and then dismissed like they helped you(even gave me a bogus ticket #). Or Lied to and transferred to the phone manufacturer that then transfers you back to Boost because it is a Boost problem. Or, Lied to and then transferred to a Supervisor / an extension that will eventually hang up on you after you have been on hold for 45 minutes. These are the same tactics that Virgin Mobile used and seems to have come with Sprint and T-Mobile to Boost! I'm going to pay less for better service and go back to Verizon or AT&T!
Boost Mobile is horrible! They downloaded this garbage on my phone MCM Client service! This garbage download stuff on my phone constantly all day long without asking me! I cannot use my own phone so much of the damn time! Every time I am in my car trying to get my GPS and get directions garbage is downloading stuff on my phone constantly MCM client services that boost Mobile put on my phone without my permission permission! Their service does not work great as it is! And I pay for unlimited services! What a joke! No I have to redo my phone to new take off all my stuff to try and get rid of this garbage that they put on my phone MCM services straight Up effing garbage! Don't do boost Mobile!

I could list countless times that BOOST MOBILE has knowingly committed fraud and fraudulent transactions including but, not limited to stealing money. Breaching their own contractual duties and many other claims with evidence however, BOOST mobile is not worth the time or effort!

Been with Boost 4/years bought both my phone straight out because they want you to stay it will not unlock it they do not tell you this very unsettled very unprofessional my phone number is 434-709-089 I will never tell someone to go to boost mobile!
My husband and I bought Boost Mobile iPhones and they sent us 5G SIM cards we talked through the set up with a Boost Mobile rep and got our new phones up and running... I thought everything was up and running until I was away from home (away from WiFi), I was on the road and needed maps to get directions and my cellular data would not work, tried texting my husband and couldn't send out a text, stopped at a gas station to buy a map... they don't cell maps at most gas stations because we have cellphones. I have been working with Boost tech support for two weeks now, and by the way, my husband and I are both disabled and needed to call 911 and that didn't even work, and tonight not one, but two tech support people hung up on me. I was not belligerent, not one swear word and if they lose your call they are supposed to call you back and not one did.
The same thing happened the other night too All I said to these folks was, please put yourself in my situation... I truly hope the CEO of this company sees this review and makes some changes to their customer service. This is not how you treat people that have always paid their bills on time faithfully. So, in the end, please do your research and good luck with your phone provider. Very disappointed
I had boost for a little, it was nothing but a headache. Their app is terrible, how to pay is terrible. I paid my month's bill on October 1st 2021 then put another month on my account so I had it to pay for December 1st that money disappeared and I had to pay another 57 dollars when my phone was shut off. Now today my account is suspended because I disputed the money I put in my account because of having to pay again. DONT USE THIS COMPANY
They don't give you a full amount to pay, there is a lot of hidden fees. I don't recommend their services
I had Covid and needed an extension for 3 days they wouldn't give it to me. Then I got a new job and my first paycheck was 1 day after my bill I asked for an extension they still wouldn't give me so im done with Boost.
Since the swap from sprint to t-mobile this company has given me nothing from problems while the workers within the stores are polite cheerful an a delight to encounter especially the ladies of Mt cross danville store the service itself is my issue the company is a headache I've had boost for years always happy with my service but since the exchange from company to company the service has plummeted I just got off the phone with tech support an the issue was not resolved claimed I had used ALL my HOTSPOT data without turning it on after 2 hrs after I paid my phone bill not possible but the service is just a waste of time now as much as I hate to do this I will be changing my service providers to a more credible company ending my 4 yr contract with boost

I am thoroughly appalled, and I'm every bit of annoyed, unpleased, and overall frankly I'm disgusted! No words could even express the amount of unpleased I am, except maybe a few vulgarities. Boost has dedicated it's time to wasting mine, and isn't something I would even recommend to a bum on the street! They have lost a great customer today, I paid every bill on time, and never asked for an extension. I hate this company, and always will. My phone recently broke, and my "insurance" sent me this ugly "cricket wireless" looking phone, seriously though, if I had food stamps... I'd be able to get a better phone... I don't even give half of a pretend care, if it WAS the newest version of the phone I had! Boost suspended my account without warning for a chargeback and they double charged me in the first place. Paid the $35 charge back the same day they suspended my account and have yet to have my account restored after speaking with multiple agents who told me my account would be restored within 24 hrs. It is now going on the 3rd day and I have yet to have my service restored
Do not go here they want to have you verify with pin code then amount after that they call you to give you not only half the account number but they give you the incorrect information go to metro PCs everyone is jumping ship from boost to Metro Pcs can hear them thick accent incompetent worthless outsourcing agency not a single person speak English clearly
