Paid for a phone now I don't have the service I have to wait a whole year for the phone to unlock what a crock of crap I don't recommend boost at all it a real rip off beware unless u want to give away ur money for free
Boost mobile has got to be the worst phone company I think I've ever used. Not only do they not listen and very rude but when my phone had been suspended I paid my $50 bill and had to wait almost 2 days before they would cut it back on, when I would call to speak to a supervisor I was told no that they had no one in that department I could speak to, and to top it off they had my debit card and bank frozen. It finally took 2 days, 16 phone calls, and my husband calling and raising cane over it, before they had back on. I would not even give them a half star rating! No one should have to go through the mess I did just to get a phone cut back on, needless to say I have taken my business to Metro PCS. Through the whole experience I felt as if I was being scammed as they kept asking for additional payment when I had basically already paid them 2 times.

Current my Coolpad phone work great no issues until drop the phone shattered the screen thinking to myself no problem I have insurance I contacted boots in regards to my phone pay $30 deductible on the new phone and it is trash contacting boost about drop calls can I call out no signal just a terrible waste of money in regards of this new phone was told in order to get another phone had to pay a $50 deductible I'm like what wait a minute I'm already paid you $30 deductible I'm not understanding the agent on the other line just continue to say do you want a claim or not yes you're going to pay $50 it doesn't matter that you pay $30 do you want to file the claim or not all of this took place in less than 30 days ago and nothing

Cant resolve any issues can't speak with anyone that can speak clear correct English try to escalate this situation by following proper protocol an speaking with someone higher up and still no results customer service horrible the level of disrespect I cannot believe I lost my $30 still without a phone it does not work properly fact that I had to Resort to transferring my phone number to another phone that's not even with Boost Mobile which poses another problem I was charged $50 to make his phone work with my old number that's a total of $90 now if anybody ever went through Boost you know that the phones that they give you for free when you start up a plan is about $90 I would have been better off just purchasing another full crap phone and this company is supposed to be a better company for prepaid services wow
As many of you may know boost mobile recently moved to their expanded network. Well their new expanded network is 10 times slower and I couldn't even listen to music or podcasts or even be on social media anymore because of how horrible the service was. Tried to contact boost on several occasions with no answer or just excuses. If you are having the same issues, I suggest you try visible they have a 14 day free trail download an e-sim see how well it works in our area. For $25 a month no data cap with decent service ( they use Verizon towers) I switched about a month ago and I am extremely satisfied with the switch. I hope this helps anyone who had the same issues as me and doesn't want to pay $70-100 a month with the big carriers.
I was a Virgin Mobile customer for years (aprox 10) when Virgin was farmed out to Boost, apparently now the Dish Network runs Boost. Big mistake, the Dish Network can not supply reliable or even basic 5G service and offer a variety of excuses why it won't work, clouds, mountains, space & time, you name it so I pay for 5G but only use 2G & 3G for any reliable service. I was forced to buy a 5G phone for a service they can not provide. I also have an Unlimited Data plan that usually runs out of data a week before my plan expires so it is limited, even though I pay for Unlimited Data but this not only happened with the Dish Network but with Sprint as well. I miss the original Virgin Mobile and all the service & everything it provided (Way too much to mention) Virgin Mobile was fantastic but I was let down by Sprint & now the Dish Network supposedly having 5G service.
Boost Mobile promises all kinds of things but once you buy their phone they will never ever unlock it so you can use it with any other carrier do not believe the salesman they are horrible and they have no repair or support service unless you want to take it to one of their corporate stores which are far and few between.
They have lied and wasted my time and money and costumer service sucks. They keep telling me before that I needed to wait for maintenance they gave me a credit for 9 days back in March and now they tell me they can't credit my account until they fix the issue. They won't give me corporate office info. And they put me back in the queue so someone else can deal with me. Or leave me on hold forever hoping I'd disconnect
I called and talked to a representative, I told her I wanted the 15$ a month plan for 3 lines. She guided me to go buy SIM cards from a field store and to call back to activate them. I did that and called back, the new representative said i shouldnt have done that and was misguided. I went to return the SIM cards which i bought for 50$ and the store has a no return policy which i understand. I tried calling customer support and they were not able to help me.
So in summary i was misguided to pay an extra 50$ for two sim cards which i didnt need and was not able to refund.
I HAVE BEEN WITH BOOST FOR A COUPLE YEARS! TODAY I WILL MAKE TIME TO FIND A NEW COMPANY! CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS NO CLUE HOW TO HELP YOU WITH A PROBLEM WITH THE PHONE, SUPERVISORS HUH WHAT A JOKE. IF YOU WANT TO GET A RUN AROUND AND STAY ON PHONE ALL DAY CALL BOOST. IT WILL TAKE ALL DAY TO FIX MINE HAS TAKEN SEVERAL DAYS AND STILL CANT GET INTO PHONE OR MAKE CALLS. ONLY RECEIVE THEM. DONT DO IT YOUR BETTER OFF WITH A TRAC PHONE FROM 7-11. I HAVE REACHED MY FINALLY STRAW WITH THIS COMPANY! LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE FOR A PHONE BECAUSE BOOST SUCKS! THE ONE STAR WAS GENEROUS THEY SHOULD HAVE ANY.
No issue with boost, UNTIL I moved my phone to AT&T. BOOST didn't want to unlock and release my phone for to take with me to AT&T. I owe the phone and don't owe any money. So I was told 1 to 2 hours. They they told me 48 hours. After 48 hours I was told 3 to 4 days. I'm so upset with boost that I will never go back to them or recommend anyone using them.
I have been using boost mobile for the last 10 years Since last year I tried to switch for a better plan carrier they don't want me to go they are not willing to remove the PORT, I don't have the right to use my phone number to another carrier because of this I fell I am Slave for boost mobile, can someone give me a helping hand America
I'm $#*!en tired of these $#*!es always got a issue wit the $#*!en service & the last 2 months my service been stupid asf a week before my bill is due couldnt recieve pics or send pics messages loading even if u try to pay ya bill early u have to wait til your original shut off date got your service to start over! I just paid my bill 30mins ago & my phone still the $#*! ain on this is the worst $#*!en phone company to go with I prefer metro boost needs to be shut the $#*! down forever they're no good at all maybe for 5yr old anybody with business to handle or nex they're phone more than others boost will not satisfy you!
So I purchased a Boost Mobile phone with a $35 reboost card and I did a pattern to keep my phone locked for safety forgot it forgot what it was could not reset the phone every time I went into there it said no command so took the phone back for a refund and went through a whole different company and now they don't even want to refund me my $35 so everyone out there you are very wise not to use Boost Mobile they are horrible
I rePEAT DO NOT I MEAN DO NOT change your phone plan to this company! They steal your money! I've sued them because they won't give it back or even try to help! You've to sit on the phone with a robot for like 15 minutes and they always transfer you for no reason! I'm not a Karen so I'm never mean to the customers service worker but this has happened 3 times and it sucks that I've to get my lawyer involved in this situation! PLEASE PEOPLE DONT SWITCH you're going to loose your MONEY AND YOUR PHONE NUMBER! NOT WORTH IT
Boost Mobile sucks, the customer service communication is terrible, they do not genuinely try to help or make anything right. Always just a "Give it a little bit more time". No matter how much you pay or if you do expedite an order it won't do any justice. You'll wait at least 5 days, as you would if you ask for a refund.
I stopped receiving calls after flying across the country. For a month I was talking to customer service to get the issue fixed. After going through the same troubleshooting 6 times, I finally said enough. I told customer service I want to cancel. They canceled alright. Lost my number thay I had for a dozen years and they said I can't even use the rest of the months service I paid for to test. $#*! company.
Made the mistake of giving boost mobile my card information. Can not take my card info off the website so I will have to get a new card so they don't take money off it again. Have not given me a refund. No good reason why the refund shouldn't be given right away. I found no way to remove my card info from the website and my card was charged they are robbing people
On April 8,2002 I paid $103.00 for 12 months. Yesterday it stopped working after 2 months.
They told me that they have upgraded to 5G and my 4G phone will not work anymore that I need to buy another phone. I told him no my phone has two SIM cards one for my business and one for personal. I told him that I want my money back. The guy just hung up on me. So I went to there store and talk to the salesperson about my problem and she told me that she was sorry but she cannot do anything about it that I would need to call their home office. I called again and told the her my problem and she hung up on me.
Have a virgin mobil that switched to boost and they updated there system but we can't use our phone because they said we need the pin from virgin and when you call virgin it goes to boost. They said they can't activate there new sim without virgin mobil pin that we can't get because its now BOOST. DO THEY EVEN GET IT. This is the dumbest company I ever used and will never use AGAIN...
