Recently my girlfriends phone completely broke and we were trying to order a new iPhone with the money we were able to receive from the broken one. Well no matter what card you put in, what device is used to purchase it, or what bank you have, they decline your purchase. When you call to try to work it out they just say due to potential fraud there is nothing they can do until 48 hours. WTF. My girlfriend had called them before I did and they blamed it on her bank, which clearly was not the issue because I have a completely different bank, and the same issue happened when I tried to purchase it. Awful tech support, awful online purchasing, awful company. Makes me want to pull my hair out.

When you call customer about something. They need to know all this info before trying to help you. Then when you tell them what you are calling about they give you a bunch of run around BS and tell you need to call back or they just hang up on you. I highly recommend do not buy/sell a phone to someone you know cause when they call them to get it activated boost will give them some BS saying that they can't not use the phone. I am so glad we left this horrible company when did. I would not recommend this horrible company to anyone. If you have boost I would leave them or if you are thinking about getting I wouldn't because they will rip you off.

In the end, I had to change my payment options because I couldn't find a "terminate my account" option. It was almost impossible to speak to an actual person when I called Boost, and when I did, his connection was terrible and his accent was hard to understand.

Boost is trash!

When I first got boost I loved it and that was 10 years ago I still have it! But not for long. After having multiple phones and phone numbers over the years through boost. I have never been done this wrong by them before they suspended my phone for the second month after I paid them for my phone service! And haven't resolved the issues as of yet and it being 3 days after I called to resolve the issues. Oh I'll have a head person call you back with in 24 to 48 hours but yet still nothing I don't have phone service and yet I need it cus I have to have it for my job! So I will not go back to boost after this. Even if I get a year free I will not go back this is the last straw even after the other things they've done. Sincerely Sara

So mere hours after making the mistake of buying their ripoff plan (you aren't saving any money btw) this new phone number is riddled with dozens of spam callers every day to the extent that I am better off using Google Voice and hundreds of random texts I don't give a rat's stinking dumb $#*! about. On top of that, the service is utterly horrendous and with an "unlimited" data plan you get a download speed of deadass 80kb/s, reminiscent of Dial-Up if you still miss those days, and it is painfully apparent that these greedy tax evading foreign sacks of burning dog$#*! clearly have no interest of doing anything for you beyond scamming you while providing not a single thing in return to maximize their profit so they can keep burning rubber in their ferraris while you can't even download a mother$#*!ing pdf. Do yourself the ultimate favor and throw a motolov cocktail through their $#*!-crusted window when you drive by and never buy their thoroughly worthless service.

Why is the ACP benefit I qualify for still PENDING? Considering what is going on in this country I wouldn't be surprised if this company is deliberately discriminating against certain groups of people. You won't be getting away with it, if that's what you think.

Boost mobile does not care about its customers. After paying my $35 bill my service was not working 3 days after paying my bill and when I contacted Boost about this issue about 1 week into the issue they said towers were being worked on. Upon calling boost 1 day prior to my next bill being due I was told they could credit my account only $5 and I still did not have an estimate on when my service would work as its supposed to. As a result boost expected me to pay the equivalent of $10 per day for service and be OK with that. That works out to an average of $304 per month with the way this past month of service worked. It would've been literally cheaper to go through any other service provider and have a contract with a $1000 phone. In the past I've bought phones through Verizon for example as well as AT&T that the phone costed $1000 that the payments were wrapped up in my bill plus my service fee came out to a fraction of what boost mobile essentially charged me for per day for service and then with no estimated time for my service to be corrected and boost only willing to credit me $5 somehow boost expected me to be ok with that. I will 100% be transferring service providers and be notifying people to steer clear of boost mobile since boost is willing to take your money but isn't willing to ensure that the money they take is spent accordingly. If I pay for a month of service I expect that I get my month of service or money back equivalent to the service lost. You don't get paid for a month just to provide service for 3 days out of 30 ie. 10% of what was paid for. An appropriate refund would have been $32.50 as that is 90% refund. You provide 10% service you receive 10% pay not 10% service for almost 90% pay.

I've been trying to swap devices multiple times now and the site keeps saying something went wrong! I've typed the IMEI number and ICCID number over and over again and each time it doesn't work! Customer service is horrible they are unhelpful and slow and never know how to fix the problem! So yeah, only buy boost mobile if you want to waste money on a useless phone you can't even activate with $#*!ty customer service!

Worst company I have ever had to deal with. Went into Fuquay-Varina location because my phone wasn't updating. They told me to go to McDonald's and use their wifi to get an update... Do yourself a favor and stay away from Boost Mobile!

TERRIBLE SERVICE!

I tried to activate my parents' phones after ordering two $100/year sim cards and two phones on the Boost Mobile website. They wanted to transfer their old phone numbers, but after calling Boost customer service 5 times and spending 6 hours on the phone with them, I finally gave up and took the phones to the Boost Mobile store and paid them a $35 fee plus a more expensive plan that my parents didn't need to finally get the phones activated, without their old numbers! AND they never received refunds on their 2 $100/year sim cards. So, we lost $200 on the sim cards and didn't get the old phone numbers and spent 6 hours with "customer service" and spent an additional hour and $35 dollars at the Boost Mobile store and an additional $160/year for the service for the two lines. As I said, TERRIBLE service.

A bunch of liars

Boost has the worst customer service EVER... EVERY single time i call with a issue thats boost mobile started they never can make me whole. They lie, gaslight and straight u give a hard time with a tone of sorry you feel that way. No whats sorry is that they really dont help and always a language barrier. Boost Mobile you need to do better. FYI i only gave 1 star because no star arent allowed. But honestly they need to have a negative star mode

Terrible Service

The transition being done to the new 5g service created all kinds of trouble. I had constant problems with not getting calls, texts, and not getting internet. I was constantly lied to by service techs about why. They even told me that my phone had gone bad and I went out and bought a new one. After almost $500 low and behold I discover I had been lied to. Thankfully I got my money refunded but I was out two full days of nonsense because it took my entire weekend of running from Boost store to boost store to only find out I had been lied to by a bunch of boost store employees as well. I found one guy who was really decent and told me he could fix the problem. It was fixed but my service has continued to be horrible. I still can't send texts and always make calls. I am getting real tired of this and am looking for another company.

Seems ever since March of 2022 no signal what so ever dropping calls 1 bar signal have to use Wi-Fi at home to get on internet what happens if I need to make an emergency call customer service gives runaround time to get a new cell service not worth 20 dollars a month let alone 50

I had the BoostUp upgrade plan. I went to order a new phone. The website says to call to order a phone. I call, and it says to go to the website to purchase a phone. It's nearly impossible to get a live agent. When i did, I got all different answers. Difference in cost, the phones I checked on were no longer available, etc. After a couple days of frustration, I switched to Metro, and got a great phone for free.

Don't ever use Boost Mobile. My wife had problems with her phone, do you know what the caller did? Hung up on us! So we ask for a manager or supervisor multiple times, he hung up on us! Do NOT ever use this phone service EVER!

Do not, I repeat do not sign up for boost mobile
I paid for the most expensive plan already knowing the service would be horrible.and the unlimited data and mobile hotspot. I tried to use my hotspot and it never works and they blatantly refused to fix it. I'm addition the data speeds for regular activity are painstakingly slow even in the most convenient areas for connection. Never again I'm switching back to metro

Worst customer service!

Called several times before today and the agents even pretend to be supervisors. Today I was placed on hold, and off, for over an hour. I called the agent to ask how I can I replace a handset I bought on the Boost mobile a few months ago because the device kept unlocking from their network... a simple question, you would think. I had called several times about the device in the past and to which the other agents kept telling me to restart my phone or their was issue in my area (none of which was the problem), however, this agent asked me the same questions that I had already answered which showed she was not listening or she placed me on hold deliberately to help someone else. Despite this I stayed composed and decided to finally write a review. Please do better. My bill is paid religiously every month, yet this is the service they provide. Smh.

JFC this company has the worst customer service you'll ever experience! Do not, I repeat, do not try transfer your number to this carrier if you want to keep it! These people are poorly trained from India and can barely comprehend English. Forget about having a live online chat feature which would make chatting with someone who speaks English as a second language much easier, nope you must call them and try to spell out everything you say! Fck Boost, I havent even activated my phone yet and you've already lost me as a customer!

I've been with boost for 15+ years and loved it up til now. I realized today because I was making my payments early they were changing my payment dates and I wasn't receiving my full months I was paying for. Now my phone will be cut off tomorrow because I don't have my payment til Thursday so I will be finding a new company and I will be letting everyone know what be this is
