The only thing that I would prefer is that the Books Run sticker on the back of the book be easier, and less messy to remove, or be replaced with a bookmark. I have to keep in mind that all books from Books Run have a big sticker on the back when browsing Abebooks. This may impact my future purchases. That's the only thing I'd change. Other than that I was very happy with the service.

The book I received was in excellent condition, but the the seller had applied a large sticker on the back. Once removed, the sticker left an indelible sticky spot that completely ruined the book. Then they sent me multiple emails requesting a review. I cannot recommend this seller.
