After a long wait witha missing tracking number (the one sent to me only goes to a forwarding processing centre), a email to Alibris was unhelpful in any way. I had to re-place the order eventually since it's been 3 weeks at that point. I am looking for a refund for my purchase

I ordered a used book that was not described as "so badly underlined -- actually lined through the print on over 30 pages -- you won't be able to read it.
These silly "business people" then busted my chops about it, and offered me a discount! If I can't read it, why do I want it for a discount?
Needless to say, I won't ever waste my time or money with them.
