Horrible. I couldn't contact anyone the minute I pressed the purchase button telling them I pressed the wrong bottom for the address no answer no one to help. Book went to the wrong address. Really bad

This book was in excellent condition, looked new. I already had one but it was getting pretty ratty with all the use I give it. I believe reference books are worth their weight in gold. This purchase and shipping was reasonable and a good bargain. If I come across books sold by this seller I will buy from them again.
