Placed my order via AbeBooks and received quickly and with no problems!
I spent over 2 months going back and forth with customer service (initially my error I missed the first email response) as the book I purchased was incorrect. The title and image was for a specific edition of a book and I received the previous edition. I was told that as a consumer I am expected to check the ISBN numbers. After I was finally offered a refund the response back was in I am outside the return window. Will not be purchasing from here again.

I deal with several book vendors and Book Run is the only one that charges insurance. What is the insurance for? Also I mixed up my order back in July or August and had to call twice because there was no communication between Books Run about the order missing books or being incorrect.

After originally removing one of my books, BooksRun finally got back to me. It took a couple customer service inquiries, their main line goes unmonitored, but it all got sorted out.
I cannot stress enough that your order has to be absolutely precise, including choosing the ISBN must readable to the person scanning the books, to prevent delays and errors.

This was the best price I could find for most of my books. One of the checks got lost in the mail but customer service handled it. PayPal is the better option

Whenever I check out to send out a group of books wholesale. The settings automatically charges me $1.89 for insurance. Since I am sending small bundles often... this is a large percentage of my net gains. I am dyslexic and it is difficult for me to find the button to uncheck this feature. Sometimes I forget and the work involved in starting over is quite annoying.
Prices for buybacks should hold for 24 hours. They should not change while establishing a list. It feels like bait and switch when you offer one price that is best in the market and then as I am listing books to well wholesale this price changes. I will on principle start selling those books either myself or to another company that doesn't change their prices this frequently.
