I really wanted to love this company because of the cheaper prices I've found on their books. Their customer service is majorly lacking - taking a long time to respond, despite stating on their website it would be x amount of time. I ordered the incorrect book, and they wouldn't let me send it back - Didn't want a refund, just wanted to go ahead and get that out of the way and send back. Slightly silly if you ask me. The hardest part with this company is the shipping times. I would only order from BooksRun if you had at minimum a week to wait on the book.

Checks for the books came quickly and they communicated well. We did have some books they thought were not in as good of shape as we thought using their condition guide, but for the most part our outcome was very positive.

I got VERY lucky. I ordered used books, but when they arrived...they were brand new! They even had all the cellophane on them. I'm not saying everyone will have the same experience, but I wish I had found out about BooksRun before I was going to my 6th semester! I will be telling my fellow students, though!
