Constantly changing prices of quoted buyback books once in cart for lower prices. If not paying attention you WILL lose money on your buybacks.
Automatically charge insurance for any buyback shipment (insurance is free when shipping FedEx not sure why they charge you again). Will never use again.

Book (sold as new) was damaged. I didn't try to get damages because I'm a foreigner and I'm not familiar with New York law.
But they gave me a 50% refund, and the book is readable. Fair!
