I do question the fact it was delivered in a flexible package- if it had sustained damage in transit, how would that work out on my side of things...? Due to the USPS' longer than usual delivery time, there was a delay in BooksRun receiving my returned book rental. As such, there was an automatic rental extension charge for my book rental. When I reached out to BooksRun customer service they were very responsive, polite, and understanding. I provided them with back-up documentation demonstrating I'd turned the book rental over to USPS prior to its due date and they refunded the rental extension charge without hesitation.

The BookRun does not email updates, so you must go into your order online using the app or webpage. I sold them $42.00 worth of books. They contacted me once about processing my books and told me my order would be completed shortly. After issuing a second customer service email to BookRun they ignored my email and canceled my order. There was still no contact from BookRun about these changes. They have not issued my order back to me or told me why they decided to cancel my order. I fell their lack of communication means they will keep the books I sold them and not pay me. This action is them stealing from me, and I will be forced to file a legal police complaint if they do no resolve the issue in a timely manner. Please, look into this issue and help me find the resolution.

It was delivered within 4 days of ordering! The book I ordered was categorized as "Very Good" condition, and was under $30-- it arrived as sold and was in perfect condition. Really good quality book for so low a price (elsewhere cost over $100 for this same book).

NEVER ever sell your books with booksrun.com. I sent in a expensive book I used for 8 weeks max. I was initially quoted about $50 for my book as they were the highest payer... so I thought. I decided to go with them without reading any of the reviews too which now I see they run the old bait and switch program. They promise a great payout and then send you an email after getting the book and tell you it is worth less than half of what was quote but at your expense they will mail the book back. Heavy use was cited as a reason which wasn't even humanly possible. What an awful experience and then to only have a robot for a chat. Zero customer experience so it seems that BooksRun.com doesn't care that people truly can and will write a review about how they're getting ripped off! Ridiculous.

The book came unscathed, packed in an envelope type box (sorry i wasnt able to get a photo), i bought several books online but this is the first time with the type of packaging which prevents the book from getting damaged. I love it!, the cheapest among the rest.
