The pages came held together by strings. It wasn't actually a book, but it was a bunch of paper carelessly held together. It made my studying harder as I tried to not harm the pages.

Once I bought an e-book in this company but I didn't receive any related information because of some technical faults. Then I chose to contact the support department and after two business days(It's the ordinary time which they estimate) they sent me an email about my problems and refunded my money. According to their advice, I tried paying once more and this time everything was fine. I'll browse for more e-books which I need on their website in the future.

I made a good amount of money off of books I had laying around in my house. It took a little longer than I initially expected, but with COVID delays it wasn't out of the ordinary. If there were any issues with my books, I was notified and given the option to accept the new price or have it sent back to me. I'll definitely be using this site again in the future.
