Sent in my brand new book i didn't use, quoted me one price and then when they received it changed to zero. When I emailed asking why, the answer I got was that ISBN numbers were for a hard cover and not a loose leaf and then i explain where to get tue correct ISBN but I used the correct one.
Even that would have been fine whatever, but then i have to pay to have it shipped back even though it wasn't a mistake made by me? Not ok and not good business. I'm already out 100 bucks for the brand new book itself and times are not easy right now. Won't be selling to this place or recommending this to any of my friends or classmates.

Their model sets people up to sell their books to bookrun according to the condition of their book, only to then make claims that the books you tried to sell have "heavy damage" and then slash the price quote they will pay you for them. They also don't pay for shipping to return the book to you after they adjusted your price quote, so you are left with your hands tied. I sent them a perfectly fine book with no highlighting, no ripped pages, at most a couple scuffs on the front. They adjusted my quote to half of what they offered me before I sent the book, claiming the book had "heavy damage" which was entirely false. I'd reject the offer and have them send the book back, but then I'd have to pay for that. This company is full of fraud, and I would have rather given my books away for free to a local library. Don't become part of their scheme and don't enable them to get any more money. They're just your usual heartless and pathetic college student predators.

I ordered a medical coding book for 2 day shipping on the weekend but received book the following Wednesday as it was not shipped until Monday.

They refused to take my books because I didn't have the online codes attached. I specifically said they were USED, the books were in very good condition. Then they gave me a quote of 0 dollars and when I requested a return I was charged 13 dollars for shipping. Don't sell to them if you don't have the online codes because they will try to keep the books if you can't pay shipping.

They would now allow me to return a book because my courses were canceled due to COVID-19. I filed a Better Business Bureau complaint in which they became nasty and and accused me of fraud which is beyond the pale. This is a terrible seller and I would not recommend that anyone use their services. If you have any kind of problem, expect the worst kind of customer service -- different answers from different people, and an overall mean tone.

Description was perfect and the Emergency Medical Responder Textbook was in as-new condition. The packaging was thick and protective, and the shipping was upgraded to priority - and I received the textbook in two days. Very please with my Amazon transaction though Booksrun!

I would not recommend sending you book here. They gave me the quote of $70. My book was in perfect condition and there were only two paragraphs that had a few highlights on them. After I sent the book they change the price to $28, the reason they gave me was there were "many highlights". Then, if you and to deny the offer, they make you pay to get it shipped back.
