I rented a book for a session and I knew the due date for return was coming up. I returned the book 2 days before the due date and they charged me full coverage of the book. All it took was an email and proof of mail and they refunded me my money! It was simple, they took maybe 2-3 days to respond via email which for me understandable. I would recommend this company for book rentals. They were good to me.

I had the pleasure of using Booksrun's service this past semester to rent a casebook for law school. The rental arrived promptly, with plenty of updates along the way, and I had no problems with logistics. After my finals, I shipped out my rental, but received notification that I had been charged $15 as an extension fee (because while I'd shipped out the rental on time, it had not arrived back to Booksrun by the deadline). I contacted customer service to explain the situation and request a refund, provided proof of mailing, and was generously offered a refund on the condition that the rental arrive in its original condition. I recently received an update that the rental arrived in said condition, and that I should expect the refund in the near future. In addition to the automatic update, I also received a personal note from the customer service representative I'd been in contact with. Overall, this was honestly some of the best personalized customer service I've experienced with any business I've worked with. Thank you!

I used buyback, and was told the "check" shipped. 4 weeks later i still do not have it, and was told to wait longer. Ive been waiting 4 weeks, and even with holiday shipping it should have arrived, its an envelope!

It was a good option to buy textbook. The one I bought as new. Although they attached with the wrong receipt, they sent me the right copy with no issue.

Book was in great condition. Price was great as well. The only downfall with this website is the shipping turnaround time -it took over 2 weeks to get my stuff, but it wasn't a huge deal in my case since my semester doesn't start for a few more weeks.

Very pleased with the book and with this company (my first time purchasing from BooksRun). The only thing that's slightly bothersome to me is the type of packaging the book came in—no clear "starting point" is indicated for where to open it (a point along the four surrounding glued edges where they can easily be separated) without possibly damaging the book. Also pleased with the follow-up communications and the opportunity to correct any errors or issues.
