They are very courteous ad prompt in response to questions. They replaced a defective solar charger right away. They are very good on payments to book sales.

Booksrun is very consistent and has great prices. Some other sites pay a little faster, but I've not had any major problems. I've also had success reaching their customer service department with one or two questions I had. Overall a great site to use to sell textbooks.

I'm giving one star for this website. I have sent off three different books to them. In which two of the quotes I got were then adjusted to $0. In addition to that, when you request a return they ask you to pay $8.95 for the return fee. The quality of service is terrible. And it's clear they don't give you what they already quoted you. I will not be using this site again!

I am very satisfied. I received my book with out having to wait for weeks. The book was cost effective as well as the cost for expediting shipment. My book was inexpensive and I did not have three weeks to wait for a book to arrive. I received my book within a week from the time of ordering it. All o my books were not available because of the high demand for the books in my industry and limited businesses they can be purchased with. Not only did I receive my textbook faster than expected, but it was in brand new condition not used - very good. I was nervous about this order because I've never heard of the site, but they are amazing. Way better than paying almost $300 for a textbook. THANK YOU!

I purchased a used Black's Law Dictionary. The dictionary is new for all tense and purposes. It arrived in excellent condition. I am very happy with it. The book arrived exactly when they said it would. It was packaged with sturdy cardboard in such a way as to protect from travel damage. I will purchase from booksrun.com again!

The worst online book store I have EVER encountered. My package wasn't delivered although they said it got delivered and they ask me to go through so many loops just to get my refund like filing for a missing package through USPS. All I asked was for a refund. And they continuously delay their response time and fail to help out.

I understand that were in the middle of a pandemic still. And that the weather hasn't been good. But it took my book almost 3 weeks to get to my daughters apartment. I was expecting no more than 3 to 7 days. I only got in touch with booksrun one time out of a a dozen calls/ chats. No one answers the phone! Their chat robot Tom is terrible- no one will give me an update I couldn't even call to cancel. Never got my shipping refunded either.

I was really unfamiliar with how to sell my books back and this website made it very easy to do they give you the the option to use their free shipping wish I did to send the books back going things that I really wasn't too happy with was the timing overall it took a really long time to receive my payment I was guessing that it's due to The Cove aid but they do say on the website that they are experiencing delays which I definitely experienced but overall I would definitely sell my books here again and thank you too the staffing at booksrun.com

Great site overall! I made 49.30$ from 4 books! I would really recommend it to a seller. Textbooks give you the most money.
