Received my book in excellent condition thanks to how BooksRun packaged it. Other retailers ship softcover books in a flimsy, bubble wrap envelope or an oversized box where the book can get battered, dog-eared, creased, damaged, etc. while in transit. BooksRun went over and above my expectations. Will definitely shop at BooksRun in the future!

I received my book via regular mail. It would be nice if it came faster. The book back cover was folded over and the pages had writing in them. It would be nice if they had the books that had no writing.

I sold my books to booksrun in January. I did two different packages of books to reduce the weights. I sent them both at USPS together. Booksrun had received my first box and reduced my payment from $84 to $53. They claim they "sent my check" and I checked for 2 months until realizing they never sent it. I tried multiple times to contact them and they are unreachable due to no one answering the phone. My second package of $150 apparently got "lost" there and I lost the money and the books. I will never use booksrun again, as I fell for the scammiest company. Hope this helps y'all to use a reputable company that won't rip you off!

Worked well for a few shipments and then customer service indicated my box had a counterfeit. They refused to tell me which book was counterfeit and kept the entire box with no payment or return. Send small shipments and be prepared to lose your books.

Ordered a textbook for the Fall 2021 semester. It was received new, still in shrink-wrap, correctly packaged. Tracking information provided. The price was extremely competitive and less than the on-campus bookstore. Truly a wonderful experience.

I used BooksRun in order to rent my textbooks. The process was easy, I got to rent only for the six weeks that I needed the book, allowing me to save and not rent it for the whole semester.
The book arrived in time and in great shape. I think they sent me a new book! I am a minimalist and renting allows me to only have the books while they are useful and not go through the struggle of selling them afterwards.

I actually ordered through AbeBooks but Bookrun shipped it. I've ordered from them before and it was fine. It was fine this time too. The book I ordered claimed to be used and in fair condition. I would say it was actually a little better than fair. The cover was a little bent and had the remains of a sticker on it and there was minimal highlighting inside. On the whole, it's in better condition than some I've ordered that claimed to be in fair/acceptable shape, and it cost me about $80 less than the same thing would have cost in the campus bookstore, so I'm satisfied and would do business with them again if they had the best price on something I needed. (By the way, I don't generally give 5 stars unless something truly spectacular happens. 4 is the best I give for people actually doing what I'm paying them to do.)

A month to send a book from like seven states over. They sent me an e-mail today after I was supposed to get it asking me if I was happy with my purchase well here's my answer. No I'm tired of these fly-by-night outfits using covid-19 as an excuse to not send packages. Don't waste your time time and money on these Jag off.

The book was very poor quality and water damaged. When notifying the company they were not willing to discount the rental price. The book was unusable in certain chapters because the pages were stuck together. Locally it was content I was just refreshing on not a learning for the first time. I will not be ordering from them again.
